Abstract

This article elaborates the result of the Pilot Study which is related to IT implementation factors at the Higher Education Institution (HEI), a pilot study is used to validate quantitative readiness model of IT implementation. The main objective of this study is examining the factors that influence the readiness of IT implementation in HEI. This study attempts to analyze IT Content factors, Institutional Context, People, Process, Technology, Service Quality and IT Implementation Readiness (ITIR). The sample of data was taken from 150 HEIs throughout Indonesia which was then processed in statistical techniques through PLS-SEM method. The research finding shows that 9 of the 14 hypotheses used as ITIR model construct have a very significant influence on IT implementation on HEI, so that this finding can provide a comprehensive contribution to the literature of ITIR model development.

Abstract

As a country that has its language, English is an international language that needs to be mastered. Until now, the mastery of English in Indonesian on an international scale is in a low category. Learning English should be taught to children from an early age. For children with special needs, special learning methods are needed so that the material is conveyed. Educational games can be used as an interesting learning media. In this study, an English educational game was created that had the concepts of a quiz, rearrange, and matching. Fisher-Yates algorithm was applied to randomize the questions so that the questions that came out varied. Fuzzy Sugeno algorithm is also applied to the scoring calculation, with input variables of time, value, and the number of stars obtained. The system test outcomes show that the application of the Fisher-Yates algorithm was successful because every question that came out was randomized. The application of the Fuzzy Sugeno algorithm happened also successful because of the high degree of accuracy. Besides, the use of games shows there is an increase in student understanding as evidenced by the acquisition of grades. The results of the average value in doing the test is from 80.41 to 88.3 after playing the game.

Abstract

One success factor of an online affiliate is determined by the quality of the content source. Therefore, affiliate marketplaces need to do an objective assessment to retrieve content data that will be used to choose the right product in the appropriate product filter. Usually, the selection is not made using a good and measured system so that the selection of product content is only based on parts that are not in accordance with what is seen or subjective. However, if analyzed using a good and measurable system will produce an objective product content and can have a positive impact on users because the selection is based on factual data. The purpose of this research is to analyze the potential of the affiliate marketplace by combining cosine similarity with vision-based page segmentation. This is a new breakthrough made for optimization to get the best content in accordance with the required criteria. This work will produce a number of product recommendations that are appropriate for publication and then made use of for comparison that matches the required criteria. At the limited evaluation stage, the performance of the proposed model obtained satisfactory results, in which 5 queries tested were all as expected.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung salah satu institusi perguruan tinggi yang memiliki kualitas yang bagus dan memiliki potensi yang dapat menyerap mahasiswa baru berdasarkan berlimpahnya data awal yang diperoleh dari tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sampai dengan 2016/2017, dengan tahapan seleksi penerimaan yang banyak bahkan mahasiswa baru yang terserap beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan.Dalam penelitian dilakukan analisa perbandingan algoritma fuzzy logic metode Tsukamoto, Sugeno dan Mamdani untuk memprediksi jumlah pendaftar untuk tahun kedepan dilihat dari jumlah mahasiswa yang lulus dan registrasi dari tahun sebelumnya dan dalam membandingkan perhitungannya menggunakan nilai rata-rata dari hasil yang diperoleh pada ketiga metode fuzzy tersebut dengan aplikasi berbasis web.Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dihitung bahwa metode fuzzy Mamdani mempunyai tingkat error yang lebih kecil sebesar 19,76% dibandingkan dengan metode Tsukamoto sebesar 39,03% dan Sugeno sebesar 86,41% pada prediksi jumlah pendaftar mahasiswa baru.   ABSTRACT State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung one of the university institutions that have good quality and has the potential to absorb new students based on the abundance of preliminary data obtained from the academic year 2013/2014 until 2016/2017, with the selection selection stage Which many new students even absorbed in the last few years have increased and decreased. In the research, comparative analysis of fuzzy logic algorithm of Tsukamoto, Sugeno and Mamdani method is used to predict the number of applicants for the next year seen from the number of students who graduated and registration from the previous year and in comparing the calculation uses the average value of the results obtained in the three fuzzy methods with web-based applications. The result of the research has been calculated that the fuzzy Mamdani method has a smaller error rate of 19.76% compared to the tsukamo method To equal to 39.03% and Sugeno equal to 86.41% in predicted number of new student enrollment How to Cite : Irfan, M. Abstract

Teknologi komunikasi dan informasi telah berkembang seiring dengan globalisasi. Hal ini menuntut adanya perkembangan sumber daya manusia dan pendidikan adalah salah satu hal penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Bagi tenaga pengajar mengintegrasikan teknologi komputer dalam sistem pembelajaran merupakan tantangan, sehingga pembelajaran dapat lebih berkualitas dan menyenangkan. Terkait dengan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran secara garis besar komputer dapat dimanfaatkan dalam bentuk pembelajaran berbasis komputer atau Computer Based Instruction (CBI). CBI model Instructional games bertujuan untuk menyediakan pengalaman belajar melalui bentuk permainan yang mendidik dan tantangan yang menyenangkan bagi siswa. Tujuan akhir dari pembuatan Instructional games ini adalah memberikan siswa sebuah alternatif dalam belajar, sehingga dapat memudahkan siswa menerima dan mengaplikasikan materi yang disajikan. Penelitian ini diimplementasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak Adobe Flash CS6 serta perangkat lunak tambahan untuk menghasilkan instructional games yang interaktif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Teknologi komunikasi dan informasi telah berkembang seiring dengan tuntutan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih spesifik dan terukur. Data yang diolah dijadikan pendukung untuk mengambil keputusan dengan memanfaatkan basisdata yang dimiliki untuk menentukan pola asosiasi jalur masuk calon mahasiswa terhadap kelulusan. Pola asosiasi antara data mahasiswa dan data kelulsan mahasiswa. Pola asosiasi antara dua jenis data tersebut dapat menunjukkan apakah ada keterkaitan antara variabel data mahasiswa yang terdiri dari jalur masuk dan Jurusan, dengan tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa yang bisa dilihat dari lama studi dan indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK). Penelitian mencari pola asosiasi antara jalur masuk dengan kelulusan mahasiswa menggunakan metode FOLD-Growth. Dalam metode FOLD-Growth tahapan pertama yang dilakukan adalah mencari frequent itemset, pemangkasan item-item yang tidak frequent, pembangunan FP-Tree menggunakan transaksi yang telah dipangkas dan penggalian itemset frequent. Pencarian pola antara jalur masuk dengan kelulusan mahasiswa disertai nilai support dan nilai confident menghasilkan jalur masuk melalui tes tulis maka lama lulusnya lebih dari 4 tahun dengan IPK berada diantara 3.00 sampai 3.49 masuk dalam kategori B2 di jurusan Teknik Informatika, dengan nilai support 28,73. Jalur masuk tes PPA maka lulusnya lebih dari 4 tahun dengan IPK berada diantara 3,00 smapai 3,49 atau kategori B2 dengan niali support 12,80.

Abstract

Perkembangan pengetahuan dan tekhnologi yang ada menghadirkan media perangkat komputer dalam bentuk web, ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk sarana dakwah Islam, diantaranya sebagai pendukung media pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini dalam pengenalan kisah para Nabi dan Rasul yang ada dalam al-Qur`an. Nabi dan Rasul merupakan manusia pilihan yang mendapat wahyu dari Allah, jumlah Nabi dan Rasul yang wajib diketahui adalah sebanyak 25 orang. Tujuan dibuatnya aplikasi ini adalah untuk mempermudah dalam memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai kisah 25 Nabi dan Rasul karena dapat di akses melalui internet tanpa melakukan registrasi terlebih dahulu. Anbiyapedia Muslim Anak merupakan aplikasi yang berisi mengenai kisah-kisah para Nabi serta keteladanan-keteladanan dari seorang Nabi, selain itu anbiyapedia ini dilengkapi dengan game edukatif yang dapat mengoptimalkan perkembangan kognitif anak. Dengan menggabungkan antara animasi interaktif dengan website, sehingga konten terlihat lebih menarik dan anak lebih tertarik pula untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui kisah 25 Nabi dan Rasul.

Nowadays, using of the computer has increased widely, the technology used is growing rapidly every field, and technological Information become an important part of it that makes easy and speed in producing the latest information. The private or public agencies now competiting to make and build the information system to help their work. The Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung is an institution under theauspices ofthe Ministry ofReligious Affairswhichcannot be separatedas an educational institutionthat requiresasystemthat providesefficient service,fast, and transparent. In this case, Scheduling Lecture Application is one of the information technology used in the Faculty of Science and Technology State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Scheduling classes is not an easy task because it must consider many constraints or limitations, the limitation of humans to arrange all the existing constraints make them doing an error work sometimes, this factor is difficult to avoid. Therefore, it takes a scheduling lecture system that can perform calculations and checking an error as facilitation for officers easy in scheduling classes. In this case the writer uses the method of manufacture of the Rational Unified Process (RUP), which is proses of iterative software development that focuses on the use case driven.

Abstract

Currently existing information systems at the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN SGD Bandung focused on academic information systems only. While the use of academic information outside together in order to support service to consumers and sharing knowledge are still rare. Application service is an information management system and a web-based desktop dedicated to the educational institutions to simplify the complexity of the administrative process and take advantage of efficiencies in education-related activities. Application service is a customized software provided with many modules integrated automaton cycle of student life, academic systems, financial management systems and staff. It is very suitable for various educational institutions including universities.

Abstract

Asthma disease is a major global health issue that affects at least 300 million people worldwide. Even for clinicians working in emergency rooms, predicting the severity of asthma is difficult. Predicting the intensity of an asthma attack is much more challenging because it is dependent on several factors, including the person's illness's features and severity. Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor algorithms can be implemented to diagnose the degree of asthma control, so the consultation process through the system becomes more detailed. The expert system can be used as an initial reference for the diagnosis process. The forward Chaining algorithm is useful for reasoning, starting from a fact to a solution. On the other hand, the Certainty Factor algorithm is used to provide a level of confidence in the conclusions by generating from the Forward Chaining algorithm. The research implemented several phases as follows analysis, data preparation, modeling, and evaluation. On evaluation, this research conduct three stages and tested using 80 medical record data. The result of the study has produced an expert system and generated an accuracy level of 65%, a precision value of 58.3%, and a recall also produced 57.13%. Therefore, the Chaining and Certainty Factor performs reasonably well in the diagnosis of asthma disease.
