Abstract

This paper proposed the method of measuring glucose level in solution using near infrared light (NIR) and photodiode sensor. We studied noises that occurred on the output signal of NIR sensor in three different room conditions in order to know the effects on this sensor output voltage stability. The sensor’s circuit consisted of a 1450 nm NIR light emitting diode, a photodiode as the receiver, transimpedance amplifier, a notch filter, and a 4th order low pass filter. The results indicated that sunlight passing through windows was the most influencing factor caused the unstable sensor output voltage. Filters removed the effective voltages and the average sensor output voltages from the three rooms were 4.6825 V for air media, 2.2809 V for water media and 2.3368 V for glucose solution media. The output voltages tended to increase for one-hour measurement about 10 to 40 mV for air media, 40 to 90 mV for water media and 30 to 80 mV for glucose solution media. This sensor could only be used in a short time and suitable in a room without sunlight. Based on the voltage difference of the average sensor output voltage with water and glucose solution media, the sensor had the potential to be a blood glucose level meter.

Abstract

In order to manage their blood glucose level, diabetics have to test their blood glucose level regularly. Unfortunately, the current blood glucose measurement device is uncomfortable, painful, event costly for the diabetics; therefore, a lot of effort is given to develop a noninvasive blood glucose meter. We studied the potential of two near infrared wavelength i.e. 1450 and 940 nm as glucose sensor. Each sensor consists of a light emitting diode (LED) as light source, a photodiode that is sensitive to that wavelength, transimpedance amplifier, and filters. An acrylic box size 5cmx1cmx5cm was used as glucose solution container. The LED and photodiode were located at each side of box width, at 1 cm distance. The container was than filled with various concentrations of glucose solution, and the sensor output voltages were measured. The results show that for glucose concentration 0 to 500 mg/dl, the output voltages of the 1450 nm sensor tend to lower when the glucose concentration is higher, therefore it has the potential to be used as glucose sensor. Different result is obtained from the 940 nm sensor where the output voltages were remained the same when the glucose concentration was varied.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia, especially the DKI Jakarta Province in Gambir sub-district for almost 2 years, has greatly affected all sectors of people's lives such as education, health, economy, and other sectors. Economic sectors such as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (TP PKK) are the most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, an effort is needed to provide technological and motivational improvements that can provide solutions to the problems faced by TP PKK to survive and continue to be creative during this Covid-19 pandemic. To empower the community's economic activities during this pandemic, the Department of Electronics in collaboration with the Department of Informatics Trisakti University has carried out a training on the Implementation of the Virtual Pujasera based on the Cloud Kitchen platform for PKK women in Gambir District. This training explains about Virtual Pujasera based on the Cloud Kitchen with a target audience of the PKK Mobilization Team (TP PKK) in Gambir District. The training goals is to provide knowledge and practice in promoting and marketing of culinary products online. The training method used is to provide seminars and practice. From the answers to the questionnaire by the participants, it is known that the usefulness of the activities and materials provided gets a score of 100%. It is hoped that the benefits of this training can be implemented by women who run culinary businesses to promote and market their culinary products online at the Virtual Pujasera based on the Cloud Kitchen platform, especially during this pandemic.Keywords: Covid-19, UMKM, Virtual Pujasera, Cloud Kitchen, TP PKKABSTRAKDampak dari pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia khususnya Provinsi DKI Jakarta di kecamatan Gambir selama hampir 2 tahun ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap seluruh sektor kehidupan masyarakat seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, perekonomian, dan sektor lainnya. Untuk memberdayakan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat di masa pandemi ini, Jurusan Teknik Elektro bekerja sama dengan Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Trisakti, telah melaksanakan pelatihan Implementasi Pujasera Maya berbasis Cloud Kitchen untuk Kader Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan Kesejateraan Keluarga (TP PKK) di Kecamatan Gambir. Pada pelatihan ini dijelaskan apa yang dimaksud dengan Pujasera Maya berbasis Cloud Kitchen untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek dalam mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk kuliner secara online. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan seminar dan praktek untuk dapat mengimplementasikan dalam pemasaran produk mereka. Dari jawaban kuesioner pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh peserta pelatihan diketahui bahwa kebermanfaatan kegiatan dan materi yang diberikan mendapat nilai 100%. Abstract

The use of information technology (IT) and internet networks is considered to be able to meet human needs in various sector. This is evidenced by the increasing availability of applications to be a media for data and information transactions about business by mobile-based applications that is marketplace. One indicator of the success of achieving a country's development is determined by human resources which can improve with education and workshop, event through by formal and non-formal channels. Role of Faculty of Industrial Technology, Trisakti University as an academic institution has carried out one of the functions of Tri Dharma of Higher Education that is community service activities which partnership with Family Welfare Empowerment cadres of Gambir District. The aims of this activity is to tarin for using marketplace based on mobile application  to provide Family Welfare Empowerment cadres knowledge and skills to be able to promote and sell their products by online. These activity method uses are with seminar method for provide material about the introduction of the marketplace and workshop for use this application. From the results of this activity, it shows about participants satisfaction with score are 90 % and level of benefit of this training materials provided are 90%. The practical benefits form this training are to give knowledge for cadres for support the community to be able in improvement people's living standardsABSTRAK:Penerapan teknologi informasi (TI) dan jaringan internet dinilai dapat memenuhi kebutuhan manusia di berbagai bidang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin banyaknya ketersediaan aplikasi untuk dapat menjadi media transaksi data dan informasi tentang bisnis melalui aplikasi berbasis mobile berupa marketplace. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan pencapaian pembangunan suatu negara ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia. Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat melalui pendidikan dan keterampilan baik yang dijalankan melalui jalur formal maupun non formal. Pada kesempatan kali ini, Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Trisakti selaku institusi akademik telah melakukan salah satu fungsi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi berupa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang bermitra dengan kader Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Kecamatan Gambir. Pada kegiatan PKM tersebut, berisikan tentang pelatihan untuk penggunaan aplikasi marketplace berbasis aplikasi mobile yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada kader PKK untuk dapat memasarkan dan menjual produk hasil karya masyarakat. Metode kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan metode seminar untuk pemberian materi tentang pengenalan marketplace dan pelatihan untuk menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Dari hasil kegiatan PKM, menunjukan bahwa manfaat yang diberikan dari pelatihan tersebut, memperoleh nilai kepuasan dari peserta pelatihan sebesar 90 % dan tingkat kebermanfaatan materi pelatihan yang diberikan yaitu sebesar 90 %. Adapun manfaat praktis yang didapatkan dari pelatihan ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi modal bagi para kader PKK dalam memberdayakan peran serta masyarakat sekitar untuk dapat meningkatkan taraf  hidup masyarakat

Abstract

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) predicts that by 2050 the world's population will reach 9.1 billion. That means agricultural production must increase by 70% in that year to meet the food needs of the population. Based on data from the official Cigelam village website, it is known that the number of farmers is 161 people or 2.34% of the total population of Cigelam village. Based on a field survey that was conducted in August 2022 in Cigelam village, there are smallholder farms that grow chili, corn and other fruit trees. Farmers water the plants at certain hours manually by turning on the water pump without seeing whether the plants are short of water or not. The problem faced by farmers/planters in Cigelam village is that they plant crops in areas with hot and temperate zones so that the plants need to pay more attention to soil moisture. This Community Service Program introduces smart agricultural technology or smart farming to farmers in the village of Cigelam which can increase the quality and quantity of agricultural products in a smart way. The implementation method used is to provide counseling about smart farming and demonstrations of automatic plant sprinklers based on soil moisture. From the answers to the evaluation of the implementation of the activities by the training participants it was found that the usefulness of the activities and the materials provided received good and very good scores of 92%. It is hoped that the benefits of this counseling can be spread again to other farmers and implemented. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)/Organisasi Pangan dan Pertanian memprediksi bahwa pada tahun 2050 jumlah penduduk dunia akan mencapai 9,1 milyar. Itu berarti produksi pertanian harus meningkat sebesar 70% pada tahun tersebut demi mencukupi kebutuhan pangan penduduk. Berdasarkan data dari website resmi desa Cigelam diketahui jumlah petani/pekebun adalah 161 orang atau 2,34% dari jumlah penduduk desa Cigelam. Berdasarkan survey di lapangan yang sudah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2022 di desa Cigelam terdapat pertanian rakyat yang menanam pohon cabai, jagung, maupun pohon buah-buahan lainnya. Petani menyiram tanaman mereka pada jam tertentu secara manual dengan menyalakan pompa air tanpa melihat apakah tanaman sedang kekurangan air atau tidak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi para petani/pekebun di desa Cigelam yaitu mereka menanam tanaman di daerah yang berzona panas dan sedang sehingga tanaman perlu lebih diperhatikan kelembaban tanahnya. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat kali ini memperkenalkan teknologi pertanian pintar atau smart farming kepada para petani dan pekebun penduduk di desa Cigelam yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil pertanian secara pintar. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang pertanian pintar dan demonstrasi alat penyiram tanaman otomatis berdasarkan kelembaban tanah. Dari jawaban evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh peserta pelatihan diketahui bahwa kebermanfaatan kegiatan dan materi yang diberikan mendapat nilai baik dan sangat baik sebesar 92%. Dirahapkan manfaat dari penyuluhan ini dapat disebarkan lagi ke petani lain dan diimplementasikan.
