Abstract

Abstract MICE is growing industry. Due to global demands, MICE events to be one of the economic driving and creation or employment. MICE activities require personalqualifications with specific tasks. PT. Hariyono Tour and Travel as one business unit MICE event organizers in Malang prepare and plan particular job specifications. Human resources has an impact on the needs of competence in each field. One important area in organizing MICE activity is meeting planner who served as a planner, manage schedules, manage finances, help the committee correspondence with participants, helping locate the implementation, promotion, and marketing, the delegation, registration and request support staff, on site management, helped arrange transportation, accommodation, VIP treatment, and helps make the design, printing, and photographer. Abstract

This study focuses on developing bundling product strategies in the marketing of objects and tourism attractions. The purpose of this research is to examine the application of the bundling product concept as the development of the competitive strategy of tourist destinations. The research was conducted in Bondowoso district, East Java, Indonesia, which has various potential tourism assets. The method used is a descriptive method to analyze data and information relate to the opportunities and development of tourism in Bondowoso. The results indicated that the form of policy direction bundling strategy of Bondowoso tourism products have the opportunity to optimize the product bundling strategy with promotional packages to provide value of customer. The preference of the variety bundle is expected to be higher in the combined evaluation mode rather than in the separate evaluation mode. The Special Interest Tourism is the suitable type of tourism development. The attributes of the destination are expected to satisfy the needs of tourists also the aspects of performance quality which based on emotional motives. Marketing bundling products through promotion can be done by using e-marketing and viral marketing with several forms of social media.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil investigasi lapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa budidaya tanaman organik yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan yang datang berkunjung ke desa tersebut. Program ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan produk budidaya tanaman organic yang telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat melalui tiga hal yaitu: I) pendampingan dan simulasi tentang optimalisasi produk budidaya melalui penyuluhan kepada mitra tentang teknik pengemasan produk budidaya, pemberian informasi dan pengetahuan tentang daur ulang, serta praktik langsung. Pengenalan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk memasarkan paket wisata; 2) diseminasi tentang pemasaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang difokuskan melalui media social; 3) melakukan praktek pembuatan menu baru serta pengenalan higienitas dan sanitasi makanan dan minuman. Metode penelitian meliputi penyuluhan, pendampingan, simulasi, praktik bersama, serta evaluasi berupa pemberian pre-test, post test, dan kuesioner. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mitra mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dari kegiatan pengabdian ini.Bahkan di akhir kegiatan, produk daur ulang yang dibuat mitra telah dijual kepada wisatawan.

Abstract

Innovations and initiatives in village tourism continue to grow along with community involvement and participation in the development of tourism products and activities in the village. The Kencana Tourism Awareness Group in Kemiren village continues to strive to maintain its branding as a cultural village by renewing the tourism products and activities offered. This study used an explanatory approach, with data collected through interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of the study identified the types of innovations, the role of the parties, especially the management of Kemiren traditional village in sustainable tourism development by maintaining tradition and culture. Some strengthening of traditions and innovations are reflected in products, processes, management, marketing, and institutions, among others: 1) the inventory of types of innovation in Kemiren Traditional Village, in the form of strengthening product promotion, tour packages, crafts through digital systems as a result of creativity and hard work of youth, 2) The role of stakeholders in tourism development as planners, facilitators, motivators, and communicators through pokdarwis, BUMDES, traditional dance studios, art communities and village culinary specialties, 3) strengthening policies and drafting village regulations in the preservation of Gandrung culture, traditional houses, and Kemiren traditional clothing, through village regulations for the preservation of traditional houses and village regulations for clean water management systems,  4) Facilitating the strengthening of business quality and services through soft loans to the community and small and medium enterprises, strengthening the capacity of tour guides who emphasize the uniqueness and uniqueness of the Osing Kemiren tourism village, 5) co-creation between the community and visitors in the form of activities and tourist attractions sangrai ngopi, ngopi ten ewu, or gejog lesung.
