Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil investigasi lapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa budidaya tanaman organik yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan yang datang berkunjung ke desa tersebut. Program ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan produk budidaya tanaman organic yang telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat melalui tiga hal yaitu: I) pendampingan dan simulasi tentang optimalisasi produk budidaya melalui penyuluhan kepada mitra tentang teknik pengemasan produk budidaya, pemberian informasi dan pengetahuan tentang daur ulang, serta praktik langsung. Pengenalan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk memasarkan paket wisata; 2) diseminasi tentang pemasaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang difokuskan melalui media social; 3) melakukan praktek pembuatan menu baru serta pengenalan higienitas dan sanitasi makanan dan minuman. Metode penelitian meliputi penyuluhan, pendampingan, simulasi, praktik bersama, serta evaluasi berupa pemberian pre-test, post test, dan kuesioner. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mitra mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dari kegiatan pengabdian ini.Bahkan di akhir kegiatan, produk daur ulang yang dibuat mitra telah dijual kepada wisatawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of market orientation in the tourism industry. The object of this research is Wisata Bahari Lamongan and the informants in this study were three people who were chosen by the researchers. This type of research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The analytical tool used is taxonomic analysis domain analysis. Taxonomic analysis is a tool used to analyze the overall data from the research object based on a predetermined domain and then a more in-depth analysis. The results of this analysis explain that Wisata Bahari Lamongan considers competitors as a benchmark or reflection, this can be seen from cooperative activities. Wisata Bahari Lamongan has a different potential from other places. Wisata Bahari Lamongan has several departments in the organizational structure, one of which is the Marketing department. In practice, the Marketing department has many online and offline based activities. In terms of products and facilities, Wisata Bahari Lamongan always issues new innovations every year and makes periodic improvements. They cooperates with several competitors by marketing promotional media at each tourist spot. They carry out activities that adopt technology, both marketing activities and internal activities, so that tourist destinations become more open and able to compete equally with others.

Abstract

The marketing strategy carried out in the era of new wave marketing will cause the old paradigm related to marketing to be abandoned. Marketing strategies through New Wave Marketing are currently being used and developing rapidly. New Wave Marketing connects producers with customers on a human-to-human basis supported by machine-to-machine described through 12C. This study aims to determine the New Wave Marketing at a Budget Hotel. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The informants of this research are the Hotel Capsule Owners and Managers. The data analysis techniques used in this study are domain and taxonomic analysis. The results showed that there were eleven components of the New Wave Marketing Strategy in Capsule Hotels. Online and offline strategies are also carried out by Capsule Hotels.

Abstract

Abstract Ecotourism Rajegwesi Village in Meru Betiri National Park or Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB) has been developed as tourism destination managed incooperation with local people. However, tourist visit number still needs to be increased and the condition of tourism area is not fully satisfying the touristsexpectations. The research is descriptive and verificative, while the main data were collected through questionnaire distribution to 400 tourists who had visitedEcotourism Rajegwesi Village more than once. Based on the analysis, it is suggested that further research on the potential of travel in Betiri Meru National Park(national park). In addition TNMB suggested to business and Ecotourism Society Rajegwesi to improve the facilities in Ecotourism Rajegwesi include resting facilities(beach chair, gazebo), play facilities for the various age groups, other public facilities. Excellence attractive natural conditions need to be maintained andpreserved. Accessibility to a location that is less need to be improved in cooperation with the Department of Transportation Banyuwangi. Promotion of tourist sitesshould be increased up to national and international level to increase the number of domestic and foreign tourists visiting the country. Abstract

Abstract Increasing public economic development has in turn made increasing public activities. Thus, in the highly competitive service industries such as fast food restaurants, it is very essential to satisfied customer. This may be achieved through the high quality of the service, food, and price the service provided by producer. The objective of this research was: (a) the positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, (b) the positive effect of food quality on customer satisfaction, (c) the positive effect of price/value on customer satisfaction, (d) the positive effect of customer satisfaction on behavioural intention. The design of this research applies a survey on McDonald’s restaurant as the unit of analysis by interviewing in the customers to test the hypothesis. The data consist of five variables including service quality, food quality, and price/value attribute as independent variables, customer satisfaction as intervening variable and behavioural intention as dependent variable. A number of 177 customers were selected as the respondents this research. Data analysis used in this research consists of Structural Equation Method by LISREL software. The results of this research concluded that variables of service quality, food quality, and price/value had positive effects on customer satisfaction, and variable of customer satisfaction had positive effect on behavioural intention. Abstract

Teknologi Informasi di Industri Pariwisata sudah mulai banyak digunakan untuk mendukung operasional hotel. Concierge memiliki tugas dalam memberikan bantuan dan kebutuhan tamu di Hotel sehingga operasional hotel dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Layanan digital concierge di salah satu hotel di Indonesia dilakukan untuk memberikan pengalaman baru bagi tamu. Hal ini perlu menjadikannya perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut terkait efektifitas layanan digital concierge di hotel tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk studi kasus. Adapun data yang digunakan dalm bentuk observasi, wawancara, diskusi dan dokumentasi. Terdapat beberapa fitur digital concierge yang dapat dilakukan oleh tamu. Adapun prosedur penggunaan digital concierge dilakukan melalui telegram oleh tamu dimana akan terhubung langsung ke vouch system. Layanan digital concierge by vouch yang dijalankan oleh The Anmon Resort Bintan ini sudah efektif dalam mendukung operasional. Terdapat kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam layanan digital concierge akan tetapi kelebihan dari layanan digital concierge lebih banyak daripada kekurangan yang dimiliki layanan tersebut sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam bentuk digital concierge by vouch ini sangat membantu operasional hotel dan dapat memenuhi harapan tamu. Sedangkan, beberapa kekurangan dari layanan digital concierge by vouch masih dapat diatasi dengan memperbaiki sistem yang ada serta dengan menambahkan ataupun mengembangkan fitur baik yang sudah ataupun belum ada.
