Abstract

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, education in Indonesia has shifted from face-to-face learning to online learning via the internet and digital technology. Therefore, digital literacy is a skill needed by vocational students and teachers today. This study aimed to identify and analyze digital literacy competency indicators to improve the quality of learning in high vocational education. This research employed a systematic review method, especially a qualitative meta-ethnographic approach, by reviewing various studies related to digital literacy competencies from various journal articles and conferences to then carry out the synthesis process. Meta-ethnography as part of the systematic review method integrates data across studies to obtain new theories and concepts with a deeper and more thorough understanding. The results showed four competency factors and 28 indicators to improve digital literacy competence. This research can be the basis of creating a digital literacy assessment model for high vocational education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify problems, describe, analyze, and evaluate the use of e-commerce to increase the competitiveness of innovative and entrepreneurial products produced by students of State Vocational High School 3 South Tangerang, Banten province. This research had three main stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The research location was the State Vocational High School 3 South Tangerang, Banten province, Indonesia, due to the school being outstanding in the field of Motorcycle and Animation expertise. The resource persons and respondents in this study were teaching teachers and students in classes 10-12 majoring in culinary, automotive, and animation. Implementing e-commerce activities at the production unit of State Vocational High School 3 South Tangerang, has increased the image of the production unit of State Vocational High School 3 South Tangerang. This study was a descriptive qualitative with the questionnaire, interview, and practice method. This study revealed that the application of e-commerce using the Shopee seller marketplace provided significant benefits and impacts for the production unit of State Vocational High School 3 South Tangerang. When the production unit implemented e-commerce, sales turnover increases rapidly, and the number of consumers, as a means of promotion, ease of transaction did not need to meet directly with buyers and can expand the business. However, there were also several obstacles, like weak human resources, intense competition, and the emergence of plagiarism of ideas and products.

Abstract

The security maturity level of Indonesia's e-Government system needs to be evaluated to determine the current status of security implementations and to plan for overall system security improvements. In general, the maturity model describes how a system consisting of humans and devices performs their duties. These capabilities include effective leadership and governance, level of awareness of implementers, and capabilities of existing tools. This study aims to create a strategy in implementing the security maturity model in the e-Government system in Indonesia. The research method uses a mix method, namely qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative method aims to obtain the Critical Success Factors Implementation of the security maturity model, and the quantitative method is used to analyze the results of the Critical success factor validation using SPSS. The strategy for the Security maturity model is based on the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Model.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the continuous professionalism of teachers through the Teaching Clinic at the Muhammadiyah 28 Islamic Elementary School, Jakarta. Continued professionalism requires high self-awareness of teachers to consistently build their profession regardless of educational qualifications, subjects, and levels of education. The research method uses Research Development with the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were teachers of grades I – VI of SD Islam Muhammadiyah 28 Jakarta. The results showed that teachers' need for continuous professional development was very high using a self-management model including self-mastery, self-motivation, self-management, material, and emotions. Further study has discovered that the resulting self-management model is feasible to use. This is shown by expert validation of 87% and practitioner validation of 83.5%. The study hopes to provide a self-management model for fostering continuous professionalism of teachers at SD Islam Muhammadiyah 28 Jakarta through the Teaching Clinic
