Abstract

Pemantauan kinerja admin layanan keuangan mahasiswa pada Web Based Accounting Online sebuah instansi merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan agar kinerjanya dapat terlihat. Kinerja admin layanan keuangan mahasiswa harus diperhatikan setiap saat untuk meminimalisir kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh user. Sama halnya dengan pemantauan kinerja karyawan pada umumnya, pemantauan ini dirasa perlu dilakukan agar tidak terjadi kerugian di antara kedua belah pihak baik user maupun instansi penyedia Web Based Accounting Online. Penggunaan dashboard pada Web Based Accounting Online dapat digunakan untuk memantau kinerja admin. Karena informasi yang disajikan pada dashboard dapat menampilkan hal-hal yang terjadi pada akun Web Based Accounting Online milik instansi yang meliputi tindakan membuat, mengubah dan menghapus transaksi, serta dapat melihat jika ada pengguna lain yang login. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada, lalu merencanakan hal apa yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan data yang didapatkan, dan merancang sistem penyampaian informasi untuk memantau kinerja. Dengan adanya penelitian ini guna untuk memantau kinerja karyawan sebagai admin  pada Web Based Accounting Online diharapkan dapat bekerja secara maksimal dan tidak melakukan kesalahan yang merugikan kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

Monitoring the performance of the accountant's user in an agency's Web Based Online Accounting is something that must be done so that its performance can be seen. Performance User accountants must be considered at all times to minimize errors made by the user. As well as monitoring the performance of employees in general, this monitoring is deemed necessary to prevent losses between the two parties, both the user and the provider of Web Based Accounting Online. The use of a dashboard on Web Based Online Accounting can be used to monitor user performance. Because the information presented on the dashboard can display things that happen to an Online Web Based Accounting account owned by an agency that includes actions to create, change and delete transactions, and can see if there are other users who log in. The method used in this study is to identify existing problems, then plan what should be done based on the data obtained, and design a system of information delivery to monitor performance. With the existence of this study in order to monitor the performance of employees as users of Web Based Online Accounting is expected to work optimally and not make mistakes that harm both parties.Keywords: Web Based Accounting Online, Dashboard, User

Abstract

In a scientific work, it is closely related to a writing management. Writing which is a writing activity is inseparable in the learning process. Writing can also be used as a management communication tool in conveying information. There are 4 (four) written communication elements as media tools. But recently a new paradigm has begun to develop that a management of scientific work does not have to be based on scientific research, but also a study of a problem that is analyzed professionally by experts. With the method of description using 5 (five) principles in the management of scientific writing to solve problems. So writing management is needed in compiling scientific papers in order to create good work by following the development of the industrial era 4.0. Thus, the task of intellectuals and intellectuals is not only able to read, but also must be able to manage writing about scientific writings and master the procedures for preparing scientific works. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technology management has touched every aspect of human life. The combination of these two factors will become an innovation in the management of education. At Raharja College, the entire academic community has facilities in the form of an official e-mail, namely Information which functions as a communication medium. However, there is no place for discussion management between students and lecturers, so that the discussion process of learning is considered to be ineffective and inefficient because it is still done directly. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the use of RinfoApps which is used as a discussion medium for online learning. RinfoGroups is one of the Google System features that can be used as a formal media for the online learning discussion management process. By creating a forum called the class mailing list at RinfoGroups, students and lecturers can discuss anytime, students can share about learning material, and lecturers can also monitor the effectiveness of student discussions, this certainly has a significant influence on student learning motivation. Supported by 2 (two) research methods, namely library research and observation methods. The final results of the research that has been achieved are the formation of a discussion media that is easily accessible anywhere and anytime so that the discussion process between students and lecturers becomes more effective and efficient. Abstract

All fields have been supported by technology, especially in the world of education in theteaching and learning process to determine the quality of graduates of a university. In theworld of education Raharja College has implemented iLearning learning methods to achievelearning goals. Students are given learning experiences using the iLearning method which isthe learning process using the Ten Pillar IT iLearning (TPI) media. But the learning processis not working properly and is still using all the paper-based nuances such as learningmethods in general, of course it is considered to be ineffective and efficient. Therefore,nowadays to achieve highly effective learning goals so that the Learning ManagementSystem (LMS) is implemented using iDu where lecturers can provide assignments onlineanytime and anywhere easily that can convey information online, i.e. on the mediaapplication iDu via e-mail Rinfo. So that with the delivery of information via E-mail Rinfo canbe done anywhere and anytime without having to come to campus which of course has aninfluence on the performance of lecturers in giving assessments to students, besides that theinformation delivered is more comprehensive and precise to students not limited by spaceand time.

Abstract

As we know today, Indonesia has entered the era of revolution 4.0 which in that era had a significant influence on the changes that took place in all fields. Including in the area of education, in particular, the changes that occur in the world of education today are so rapid with the abandonment of learning methods that still use conventional methods. Doing tasks with books, face-to-face communication, collecting assignments in hard copy, which will undoubtedly cause a lot of losses in a certain period, such as many assignments that are long buried and difficult to find when needed. This method is undoubtedly considered an annoying and time-consuming way, where students cannot explore in the learning process which will take a long time to do a manual search for the number of files that have been collected. At present, the application of learning methods with concepts organizes many reports on the work of assignments on a website content management system. This learning method is made to maximize the way to hold student assignment reports for time management efficiency. Therefore this learning method can be applied as the management of education in higher education. It is expected that the existence of this method can improve time management in learning so that it motivates to explore abilities in the existing learning process. Abstract

In the world of education, Raharja College has implemented iLearning learning methods to achieve learning goals. Students are given learning experiences using the iLearning method which is a learning process using the Ten iLearning IT Pillars (TPI) media. However, iLearning learning is considered to be ineffective where many students do not communicate with lecturers as well as lack of information about lectures. Therefore, a new learning method is made for the teaching and learning process to be more effective and can be developed, the presence of gamification in online learning is to encourage students to be more enthusiastic as well as an alternative in organizing and conditioning learning situations to be more exciting and not monotonous, so that it can be fun and build character for students in participating in online lectures, the presence of a leaderboard in the form of a level of student activity is also useful to find out how active students are in working on assignments and understanding the lecture material provided by the lecturer.
