The development of tourist objects is a common problem in an area that has tourist objects, because if the development is well managed, it will have a positive impact on all parties. If there is a development of a tourist attraction, it will indirectly create business opportunities and increase income in the community. The purpose of this research is to find out and get the results from tourism villages, and from developing tourist objects into tourist villages can expand business opportunities. This study uses a qualitative method. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation.The results showed that the development of tourist villages can be seen from the increasing number of tourist visits in Setanga Lestari as well as the characteristics of tourist villages that are the main attraction of developing tourist objects. The participation of the local community can be seen from the support of the community who participated in the development of the tourist village. With this tourism village, it can open business opportunities and increase the income of the people in the area.

The problem of poverty is not only due to the pressure of economic factors but there are other factors that are more influential, namely the very low human resource factor of farmers. The problems of unemployment and poverty remain problems that have not been resolved properly in the Indonesian government. Unemployment in Indonesia, one of which is the unavailability of jobs for new graduates and lack of adequate human resources. The purpose of this study is to describe how big the role of village heads is in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit for people's lives, in order to improve the welfare of economic life for As a real effort that can be made by the Village Head is to conduct various trainings and assistance for farmers so that they can have skills that they can use, as a provision for them to work. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Result: The spirit of service shown by the village head and the approach of a leader figure who is able to provide a good example to the community so that it can influence changes in the mindset of the community itself. Changes in the mindset of the community can occur by conducting a lot of training and mentoring. Conclusion: In this study, the findings are described in several parts: The spirit of service and the approach of a leader who is able to set a good example to the community turns out to influence changes in the mindset of the community for the better. As a solution to the problem of lack of adequate human resources, a lot of training and mentoring can be done.

Kegiatan yang dilakukan pengabdi dilakukan di Desa Sebente, Kecamatan Teriak, mayoritas penduduk di desa tersebut memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai petani atau peladang dan belum ada sumber tambahan lainnya untuk menunjang ekonomi keluarga, sebagai lagi penduduk ada yang berdagang. Sehari-hari penduduk mengkonsumsi hasil ladang dan tidak lepas pula dari konsumsi makanan yang diantaranya menggunakan media dengan bungkus berbahan plastik. Untuk itu pengabdi berkeinginan untuk mengajak masyarakat masyarakat di desa tersebut, untuk memanfaatkan bungkus plastik bekas tersebut sehingga dapat membuka peluang usaha dan meminimalkan tingkat pengangguran. Tapi sebelumnya pengabdi memberikan wawasan terlebih dahulu mengenai sisi kewirausahaan dalam pemanfaatan plastik bekas. Tujuan dalam pengabdian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang awalnya tidak berguna, tetapi setelah melalui proses dapat bernilai jual dan ke depan nantinya dapat berfungsi sebagai salah satu souvenir di daerah wisata tersebut dan target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah ingin membuka lapangan usaha bagi masyarakat lokal, sehingga dapat menjadi usaha sampingan. Metode yang akan dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah berupa pendampingan berupa tutorial dari pengabdi kepada masyarakat lokal yang mengikuti sharing dan pelatihan dari pengabdi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini terdapat pola pikir dari masyarakat untuk berwirausaha dan dapat terbentuknya suatu produk yang berdaya guna yang berasal dari bahan plastik bekas. Ke depannya diharapkan produk yang tercipta dari kegiatan ini dapat menjadi barang oleh-oleh di desa wisata tersebut.

This study discusses the women empowerment in digital promotion strategies to solve the problem optimization of ecotourism border areas. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is the technique of Observation, Interview and Documentation. The research location is in Sebente Village, Shout District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The research subjects were the Sebente Village Head, Pokdarwis Chair, PKK Chairmen and members, women who had businesses, and visitors. The results showed that the optimization of ecotourism was carried out by empowering women in tourist villages through local potential and wisdom. This potential is the development capital of the village government so that women can have the ability to manage natural resources to increase production capacity, output, and ultimately improve women's welfare.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai aspek-aspek yang memiliki relasi kepada perilaku investasi dari seseorang atau individu. Aspek yang dimodelkan dalam penelitian ini berfokus kepada aspek internal dan eksternal. Gambaran yang diperoleh adalah relasi dari modal minimal, literasi keuangan dan minat investasi. Relasi Modal minimal diwakili oleh kebijakan, kemudahan dan ketersediaan modal atau pendapatan, relasi literasi keuangan diwakili oleh pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kompetensi dan relasi terakhir adalah minat investasi yang diwakili oleh sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku persepsian. Pada relasi minat investasi menggunakan theory of planned behavior (TPB) yang mengemukakan bahwa perilaku investasi dari seseorang atau individu disebabkan oleh sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku persepsian. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dinamika sistem atau system dynamic berdasarkan konsep umpan balik dari control theory dan causal loop. pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan causal loop diagram yaitu sistem lingkaran umpan balik secara diagram, dan ini adalah alat komunikasi struktur umpan balik yang mewakili lingkaran umpan balik utama dari sistem yang menghasilkan perilaku dinamis referensi dari system. Kata Kunci: Modal Minimal, Literasi Keuangan, Minat Investasi, Dinamika Sistem, Causal Loop Diagram

Optimizing ecotourism in the border areas of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on local wisdom as an effort to strengthen and increase the role, capacity, and initiative of women as one of the stakeholders in optimizing ecotourism. Ecotourism began to be developed due to the negative impact of conventional tourism activities and the environmental damage caused by business people seeking their own profit without paying attention to environmental sustainability. SMK Negeri 01 Bengkayang is one of the most popular vocational high schools in Bengkayang Regency. Located in the center of Bengkayang City, SMKN 01 has several departments, one of which is the culinary department. Although they have been equipped with how to make varied food products, these students are still lacking in terms of packaging and giving stickers and product seals so that the products they produce have not been able to compete in the market. The purpose of this community service is to develop the skills of culinary students in the design of the creative products they produce so that they can compete with other products. The methods used in carrying out this community service program include providing understanding through socialization to students about the importance of product design and providing assistance to them in designing and sealing products.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence motivation among honorary teachers in border areas. This study also analyzes what factors play the most important role in providing work encouragement to honorarium teachers. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained through in-depth interviews with honorary teachers who have worked for three years. The data found were organized in files; the files were classified, codified, and converted into text form to be re-analyzed and presented. The results of the study found that the factors that influence motivation in honorary teachers are individual factors, leaders, the work environment, psicological, and future careers. The research shows that future career plans have the most influence on the work motivation of honorarium teachers at the border. It can be seen that all participants claimed to be motivated to continue working well because of the opportunity to become a contract teacher (PPPK) in public schools.
