<![CDATA[The development of tourist objects is a common problem in an area that has tourist objects, because if the development is well managed, it will have a positive impact on all parties. If there is a development of a tourist attraction, it will indirectly create business opportunities and increase income in the community. The purpose of this research is to find out and get the results from tourism villages, and from developing tourist objects into tourist villages can expand business opportunities. This study uses a qualitative method. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation.The results showed that the development of tourist villages can be seen from the increasing number of tourist visits in Setanga Lestari as well as the characteristics of tourist villages that are the main attraction of developing tourist objects. The participation of the local community can be seen from the support of the community who participated in the development of the tourist village. With this tourism village, it can open business opportunities and increase the income of the people in the area.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the interests and intentions of young people in entrepreneurship in 3T areas in creating an ecology-based business by processing household organic waste into organic fertilizer as a product of the sale value in implementing sustainable development goals. The problem faced is how to foster interest and intentions of entrepreneurship among young people in border areas, household organic waste that is thrown away in vain, and high use of chemical fertilizers. The target of this research is young people in border areas with farmer family backgrounds not as entrepreneurs. This study uses participatory qualitative methods and project-based learning methods. The object of the research is purposefully selected using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) data collection techniques, unstructured open-ended interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Factors that influence entrepreneurial interest are personality factors, sociological factors, and environmental factors as well as the processing of household waste into products of the sale value. The results of this study are that entrepreneurial interests and intentions are determined by freedom, self-efficacy, and more benefits if we are just employees, creativity. Ecologically-based business development has interesting potential to be developed, but in the production process, there is a tendency for these young people to be impatient (instant culture) in carrying it out and still lacking knowledge about how to package and market their products properly. ]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Modal sosial atau kapital sosial muncul karena adanya trust di kalangan sekelompok masyarakat yang sudah diikat oleh norma-norma. Tujuan adanya Modal sosial agar masyrakat dapat menjadi fondasi yang baik dan efektif untuk meningkatkan ketahanan sosial dan ketahanan ekonomi karena dengan membangun jaringan yang baik akan membuat semakin meningkatkan modal sosial yang dapat mendatangkan keuntungan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kekuatan ekonomi terutama di daerah perbatasan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana terjadinya perubahan pola pikir yang membentuk ‘’mental pegawai’’ ke pola pikir yang membentuk pribadi wirausaha. Dan Mengetahui seberapa jauh semangat wirausaha para mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan perekonomian penduduk di desa sekitar kampus melalui wirausaha produksi biodiesel dari minyak jelantah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan maksud untuk memaparkan dan mengetahui bagaimana terjadinya pola pikir yang membentuk ‘’mental pegawai’’ menjadi pola pikir yang membentuk pribadi wirausaha,serta untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh semangat wirausaha para mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan perekonomian penduduk di daerah perbatasan melalui usaha produksi biodiesel dari minyak jelantah..Teknik pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, teknik wawancara. Hasil semangat Berwirausaha di daerah perbatasan dikategorikan lumayan bagus ini dapat terlihat dari antusias mereka untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang ilmu kewiusahaan dan menerapkanya dalam praktek nyata Kata Kunci : Penguatan modal sosial,semangat, wirausaha,Pemanfaatan ]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of poverty is not only due to the pressure of economic factors but there are other factors that are more influential, namely the very low human resource factor of farmers. The problems of unemployment and poverty remain problems that have not been resolved properly in the Indonesian government. Unemployment in Indonesia, one of which is the unavailability of jobs for new graduates and lack of adequate human resources. The purpose of this study is to describe how big the role of village heads is in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit for people's lives, in order to improve the welfare of economic life for As a real effort that can be made by the Village Head is to conduct various trainings and assistance for farmers so that they can have skills that they can use, as a provision for them to work. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Result: The spirit of service shown by the village head and the approach of a leader figure who is able to provide a good example to the community so that it can influence changes in the mindset of the community itself. Changes in the mindset of the community can occur by conducting a lot of training and mentoring. Conclusion: In this study, the findings are described in several parts: The spirit of service and the approach of a leader who is able to set a good example to the community turns out to influence changes in the mindset of the community for the better. As a solution to the problem of lack of adequate human resources, a lot of training and mentoring can be done.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the role of women in supporting the family economy in tourism activities in border areas. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with research data obtained in the form of primary data namely observations, interviews and documentation as well as data in the form of journals and other supporting data related to research. The results obtained from this study are the potential of women in supporting tourism development such as in terms of providing culinary management, providing entrance tickets and bookkeeping in ticket administration and participation in managing homestays that have been provided in the tourist village.]]>

<![CDATA[This assistance was carried out in the Sekinyak hamlet, Belimbing Village, Lumar District, with the aim of helping the community in the hamlet to understand the importance of entrepreneurial opportunities amidst the tourism potential in the area. Even though the community already has a livelihood as a farmer, this business opportunity can add income and be a side business. This assistance is aimed at the hamlet community. <![CDATA[Abstract The problem faced by corn farmers is that the quality of corn prices is not in accordance with the market price because they do not drain well so that prices in the market have fallen considerably. The role of corn is very important and beneficial for human and animal life. And it is the second staple food after rice. While in the world corn ranks third after wheat and rice. The advantage of corn itself is that the harvest time is faster and very resistant to pests and diseases and higher production. (Ermanita, 2004). Indonesia is a tropical climate and fertile soil and as a country known as an agrarian nation, Indonesia is a country known for its rich biodiversity which is a mainstay in the fields of food, industry and energy. As an industrial material corn can be processed into processed oils, corn flour, sugar and others. The method used in this service is a method of training and teaching that is discussion, teaching method, participants of the training are housewives in the Farmer Business group. They are given material about how to make cakes so that they can be of selling value., Using the method (Discussion Method) Trainees are given the opportunity to discuss issues related to corn, using the interview method. <![CDATA[Desa Sebente ,merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Teriak,Kabupaten Bengkayang.Desa Sebente menjadi salah satu desa percontohan sebagai administrasi terbaik dan merupakan salah satu desa yang di jadikan desa percontohan wisata untuk desa-desa lain yang bernama Setanga Lestari. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yakni : Memberikan edukasi serta keterampilan kepada warga masyarakat melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani Kiranti yakni dengan mengadakan Pelatihan Pembuatan Teh Herbal Rambut Jagung. Manfaat Teh Herbal Rambut Jagung adalah : mencegah batu ginjal,menurunkan kadar gula darah,mengontrol kolestrol serta meningkatkan Kesehatan pencernaan serta dapat mengobati infeksi kandung kemih juga mencegah penyakit jantung. Cara Pembuatan teh herbal rambut jagung : Siapkan bahan-bahan yakni : air putih satu gelas,jeruk nipis 1 biji,Madu 2 sendok kemudian rambut jagung. Kemudian rebus air dalam panci sampai mendidih lalu masukan rambut jagung kedalam panci, kemudian jeruk nipis di peras lalu masukan air jeruk nipis kemudian di aduk sebentar setelah itu di diamkan, lalu di angkat. Setelah itu air rebusan rambut jagung tersebut di saring lalu di tuangkan kedalam gelas atau cangkir.Kemudian di hidangkan.Teh Herbal Rambut Jagung dapat di Minum dalam keadaan hangat atau bisa di nikamati juga saat dingin.]]>

<![CDATA[Corn farming is one of the fields expected to be able to be a pillar in order to improve community welfare. The role of agriculture is very large because agriculture is able to restore the nation's economic growth because of its enormous natural potential and the amount of uniformity which is a reliable sector that is able to develop well. This research is to provide education and motivation to the mothers of farmer groups in building an entrepreneurial spirit by reading opportunities or opportunities that exist. The writing method used is descriptive qualitative or describes all the events in the field and tells the solution of existing problems based on data obtained by the aim of providing an explanation of the variables examined. The focus of the study was to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of women or mothers or wives of corn farmers in Belimbing village. The data used are primary data because they are taken directly from data sources, namely the corn farmer mothers. The benefits of corn itself are very many because there are many nutritional contents and can reduce hypertension so as to prevent heart disease, and corn can also prevent disease diabetes and can prevent constipation and hemorrhoids.]]>
