Abstract

Antenatal Care (ANC) adalah suatu pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perawat kepada ibu hamil, seperti pemantauan kesehatan secara fisik, psikologis, termasuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin serta mempersiapkan proses persalinan dan kelahiran supaya ibu siap menghadapi peran baru sebagai orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Kunjungan ANC Pada Ibu Hamil Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2022. Metode penelitian  survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gunung Medan dengan jumlah sampel 47 orang. Analisis data ini menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari 47 ibu hamil dengan kunjungan ANC lengkap hampir setengahnya yaitu sebanyak 22 orang  (46,8%) yang memiliki pengetahuan baik, dan hampir setengahnya yaitu 31 orang (66,0%) dengan mendapatkan dukungan dari suami, dan hampir setenganya yaitu sebanyak 21 orang (44,7%) mendapatkan gaji diatas UMR. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut didapatkan hasil P Value = 0,925 > 0,05 yang artinya tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kunjungan ANC, diperoleh hasil P Value = 0,05 < 0,05 yang artinya ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan kunjungan ANC, dan diperoleh hasil P Value = 0,071 > 0,05 yang artinya tidak ada hubungan antara status ekonomi dengan kunjungan ANC.

Abstract

P4K is a program launched in an effort to accelerate the reduction in maternal mortality. 2021 is the year with the highest number of maternal deaths in the last 5 years. Meanwhile, in 2022 the MMR has decreased to 6 mothers including maternal deaths caused by bleeding, eclampsia, and tuberculosis, and these causes can be prevented by using P4K. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women with the implementation of the Birth Planning and Complication Prevention Program (P4K) in the work area of ​​the Sitiung II Health Center, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is descriptive analytical research. The research design uses a cross sectional research design, the sample taken is total sampling where all members of the population are used as samples with a research instrument using a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that there was no relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women and the implementation of P4K with a P value equal to 0.294 (P value more than 0.05), there was a relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women and the implementation of P4K with a P value equal to 0.037 (P value less than 0.05) . It was concluded that the knowledge of pregnant women had nothing to do with the implementation of P4K, while the attitudes of pregnant women had a relationship with the implementation of P4K. It is recommended that health institutions or village midwives provide education about implementing P4K properly and correctly

Abstract

Pregnancy exercise is a fitness program intended for pregnant women. By participating in regular and intensive pregnancy exercise, pregnant women can maintain optimal health of their body and fetus. World Health Organization (2018) estimates that worldwide every year more than 585,000 die during pregnancy or childbirth. The death of pregnant women can be prevented by up to 22%, namely through regular antenatal care (ANC) and regular pregnancy exercise. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of pregnancy exercise to prepare them physically and psychologically for childbirth. The type of research used was quantitative conducted from March 24 to April 4 in 2023. The population in this study were all pregnant women in their second trimester, consisting of 36 people. The sample in this study were all second trimester pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Koto Besar Nagari Koto Ranah Community Health Center as many as 36 people using the total sampling method. The analysis used is univariate. The results of this study indicate that the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of pregnancy exercise is less than 16 people (44.4), sufficient knowledge of 13 people (36.1), and sufficient knowledge of 7 people (19.4). It is recommended that health workers provide counseling and pregnancy exercise training so that they can increase the knowledge of pregnant women to prepare physically and psychologically for childbirth
