Abstract

One of the focus of agricultural commodities development is shallot. It was contributed on national and regional inflation. Therefore, is not a national centra prodcution of shallot, Aceh Province has shallot centra productio, namely at Pidie, Aceh Tengah and Aceh Besar district. As we know that the main character agricultural product was seasonal, thus sholud be effectivally managed of its. The objectives of this research were to obtain prodcution shallot pattern and to design a agroindustrial model which suitable with shallot characteristic production. The technique used Auto Regresive Moving Average (ARIMA), the data is used time-series (monthly) for 6 month, whereas option design model and product used Analitical Hierarcy Process (AHP). The result of study show that a model of ARIMA (p,d,q) was (0,0,1) with mean square 20,682,669. Meanwhile, the prediction of production t+1=6,662 qiuntal. The option of model design was micro-agroindustrial with a weight (0,59), small-agroindustrial (025). Whereas the main product was pasta (0,41), shallot (0,26) and shallot-cuted (0,19) Key words: Agroindustrial, Shallot, ARIMA and AHP

Abstract

Last 10 years, more than 50 papers and handbooks have been published on the topic of sustainable production and processing in the coffee commodity. Review process is used by desk study based on several scientific journals which are related to the topic. It was found by scientific publisher webs such as Scopus, Ebsco, Academia.edu, Researchgate, Portal Garuda, DOAJ and Google Scholar. Technically, sustainability was discussed at least 3 aspects, i.e. economic, social and ecology. In global growth, particularly a coffee commodity has been disturbing production which was caused by global warming, fair-trade and social conflict. On the other hand, dynamically there has been increasing of demand (export and local) due to lifestyle. Based on the fact, the realistic solution is needed on these matters. This study has done several articles reviewed and synthesized. The systematic of it’s through content analysis on that article and then clustered by a topic which assessed. The realistic solution complied based on economic, social and ecology aspects in a sustainable production and processing. Finally, we suggest several new techniques and products (downstream) which could be developed to reach the sustainability and processing of the coffee, especially cold-brew for new coffee product.Keywords: coffee, processing, state of the art, sustainable production

Abstract

Factual problems of the cocoa bean agroindustry at Pidie Jaya District, Aceh Province were large distances between farmers and processor, thus determining the shortest part route, backhaul location and quality risk becomes critically to the assess. The objective this research are to determine shortest route based on the location of suppliers, back location, and risk quality recommendations. Requirement of shortest part route solved by Algorithm Djisktra, Backhaul location with MPE and Risk management quality by Multi Expert Multi Criteria Decision Making, aggregation criteria with OWA. The result of the study shows that the shortest distance suppliers Aceh Timur District was 282km, Aceh Utara District 116km, Bireuen District 57km, Pidie District 24km and Aceh Tenggara District 391km. Backhaul location sat Aceh Tengah District with a value of MPE(6533). Alternative of quality risk management were direct fermentation, improvement of transport facilities and container with a high rating criteria, thus the agroindustry has to focus on this dimension.

Abstract

A factual problem in the coffee agroindustry at Gayo highlands Aceh Province is the utilization requirement of raw material supply and quality which inaccordance with procesor demand. The purposes of the study are to develop model of supply utilization and to determine alternative of risk management quality of Gayo coffee in the agroindustry at the Gayo Highlands of Aceh Province. Requirement of utilization supply solved by ARIMA technique, risk management quality by Multi Expert Multi Criteria Decison Making, aggregation criteria with OWA. The result of the study shows that utilization rate was 4.052 tons/years. The alternatives of quality risk management are improvement of human resources, transportation system and drying technology applications with high assessment criteria so the agroindustry must focus on this dimension.
