Abstract

One of the steps that taken by the Government of Tarakan City in supporting the development of the city is by the way of developing transportation of infrastructure in the form of a road network that aims to provide accessibility, for making it easier for people to do the movement. This study aims to find out the sale value of land for connection with the accessibility of the road and to know the accessibility factor of the road that has the most influence on the sale value of land in the city of Tarakan. Sampling was conducted on three streets namely, Yos Sudarso road, Mulawarman road, and Sudirman road as the location of this research. From the data that obtained were analyzed by using statistical analysis that using by multiple regression. For this analysis shows that the results of 70.6% of the variable sale value of land can be explained by the intensity variable of city transportation. The most influential accessibility factor of the sale value of land is the intensity of city transportation, which every addition of public transportation 8 vehicle / hour will increase the sale value of land amounted to Rp. 394,527.40 per m².

Abstract

Side friction is a towards the flow roadway at an internode road which is able to cause a conflict and has big effect for the activities in roadway. Side frictions which were effected the capacity and pedestrians in city road were pedestrians, transportations which stopped, slow transportations (bicycle, wheelborrow, etc) and transportations which were went in and out from the side internode road. The purpose of this research is to find out the significant effect of side friction toward the road performance. After several stages in collecting the data and data analysis using method (MKJI 1997), it can be concluded that the effect of side friction toward the performance at Yos Sudarso street for the relation between road volume with side friction which has the highest correlation score was transportations which were went in and out at 0,260. Meanwhile, the relation of rapidity transportations with side friction which has the highest correlation score was the transportations which stopped at 0,495. The factor that effected the internode performance at Yos Sudarso was the side friction which has the highest score after the transportations which went in and out started at 17.00 – 18.00pm, so the total was 1.278,90.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the characteristics and satisfaction models of speed boat, ferry and plane transportation routes for the Nunukan-Tarakan aircraft. Survey data using descriptive methods and multiple linear regression methods using SPSS v16. From the survey results, it is found that the characteristics of ferry transportation agents aged 17-27, male and female sex, high school education/equivalent, type of work are students, earning Rp2,500,000, and recreational trips. The characteristics of speed boat transportation are 17-27, male, last education is high school/equivalent, work is student, income is IDR 2,500,000-3,000,000, and recreational trips. The characteristics of airplane transportation modes are the majority of the age of 28-38 years, sex is male, last education is undergraduate, civil servant employment income IDR 3,000,000-5,000,000, and work/business travel destination. Equation model satisfaction for each mode of transportation, for the Y Ferry model = 0.493 + 0.726X1 - 0.017X2 - 0.163X3, Y Speed boat = 0.128 + 0.897X1 - 1.279X2 - 0.114X3, and Y Aircraft = 0.253 + 0.400X1 + 0.195X2 - 0.250X3.

Abstract

The use of asphalt (Liquid asbuton) as a road pavement material can be an economical and efficient choice for road construction and maintenance because, in addition to being cheaper and having better work abilities compared to other types of buton asphalt, a new step is carried out by using Asbuton liquid in a hot mix. One of the materials used is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic waste. The ideal plastic prohibition needs to be balanced with waste management and financial incentives to change the habits of consumers and industry players. This research was conducted to determine the effect of using HDPE type plastic as an addition to the Asphalt Layer mixture Concrete (Laston) in terms of Marshall characteristics by using liquid asbuton and the level of plastic addition used was 2%, 4%, and 6% The results achieved were the addition of plastic waste flakes into the asphalt concrete mixture AC-BC can save asphalt 6% to the weight of asphalt The characteristics of the AC-BC mixture can be explained that with the addition of plastic waste flakes, stability will rise, flow decreases, Marshal Quotien (MQ) increases, VIM decreases, VMA decreases, VFB increases with increasing levels of effective asphalt, remaining marshall stability can be reached above 90%, and the cavity in the cam Puran at the refusal density can be achieved in the range greater than 2%.

Abstract

Jl. Yos Sudarso is one of the centers of movement in Tarakan or a business zone. Jl. Yos Sudarso has experienced an increase in road load and a decrease in the level of road services which will eventually cause traffic problems, namely the effectiveness of reduced traffic performance. To find out the analysis of traffic performance due to the arrangement of the vehicle movement system on Yos Sudarso Tarakan road, traffic surveys are carried out, such as traffic volume, traffic speed, road capacity, and degree of saturation. After the road performance analysis, the characteristics and conditions of the road were obtained, the average total volume was 1399.92 pcu / hour, the average degree of saturation on the Yos Sudarso road in the direction of Kusuma Bangsa was 0.53, while the direction of Mulawarman was 0,55. Thus the average performance along Yos Sudarso road includes the C service level. By looking at these conditions it is necessary to increase the clear traffic flow regulation system such as traffic signal so that it can reduce the congestion that occurs on these roads. The construction of the coastal road frontage line and the construction of the access road network will provide benefits in the form of a road network in the western part of Tarakan city, reducing traffic density points.
