Abstract

N-Queen problem is a problem which a N-Queen pawn in is place chess with n x n size. N-Queen pawn is a put in such away in chess board with under condition that the queen pawns do not attack each other. The attacking movement of N-Queen problem is similar to the way of the queen pawn attacking in chess. Commonly the queen pawn moves horizontally to left and right, forward and backward vertically and also diagonally, so there are no queen pawns in a line of horizontal, vertical and diagonal.Heuristical searching is one of the method which can be used to solve the game of N-Queen problem selectively, by giving solution of the shortest time channel efficiently in order to able the user to solve this game well, fast and relevantly. Some algorithms that use heuristic is Iterative Deepening algorithm A* (IDA*) and Branch and Bound (B&B) algorithm. The used heuristic function is by seeing the numbers of boxes which are empty and the number of queen which is not be put in board yet.The aim of making this final project to implement the solving of N-Queen problem using heuristic searching (B&B and IDA*). From this implementation could be seen that IDA* and B&B algorithm is able to give channel in solving N- Queen problem. After a repetition of test by using 19 sheet of data, it is shown the comparison of result between IDA* algorithm and B&B algorithm which IDA* algorithm result the shorter channel in solving N-Queen problem based on the node 61%, and time 41% which better than B&B algorithm.

Abstract

The medicine management incommunity health clinic is one of important aspect, because the health community clinic will have negative impact in costs if there is inefficiency in managing the medicine, the most used medicine will be out of stock before the re-order due date. In artificial neural network backpropagation method is classified as algorithm learning or traning tend to supervised and using rules of quality correction. Backpropagation is using error output to change the value of qualities in two ways, in backward and forward propagation. In this research, writer applying backpropagation method to predicting the medicine usage in oesapa community health clinic. The data was taken from usage report and medicine order receipt in 2014-2016. Where at 2014-2015 was data training and 2016 was data test. Which is the result of data training has ±99% accuracy and the data test has 70,66% accuracy.

Abstract

The development of digital library (digital library) can not be separated from the development of information technology. Digital library (digital library) is built on web technology, which allows accessing collections of digital files by users, whenever and wherever the user's position is through the internet. Computer Science Department Library had information stored physical forms such as books, theses, journals and various other scientific work is a collection of 115 pieces. However, management is still closed in the sense just for the students and lecturers so that still untapped by many. Application is a web-based digital library using a global network of media, namely the Internet. Making these applications using the programming language PHP and MySQL as database. For the development of applications using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall models. Based on black box testing can be seen that in running applications run well because the test result consistent with the result expected by the internal user and based on internal testing results of questionnaire use applications, the largest percentage in the results of a questionnaire on the aspects of software engineering that is 66,25 % (response 5 = very good), on the aspects of functionality that is 67,5 % (response 5 = very good) and on the aspects of visual communication that is 77,5 % (response 5 = very good). With the use of a questionnaire testing the application using Likert’s Summated Rating Method (LSR), the overall total score (1000) on the interpretation of LSR, program is considered successful.

Abstract

Sub district Bakunase Kota Raja District handles public service activities in the form of the data of the population and the creation of the certificate. The system runs in the sub district Bakunase was limited because still using microsoft excel and microsoft word for storage of data so that it cannot provide information on population data quickly and cannot be accessed online. To answer the problem a web-based demographic information system is produced to manage the data of the population and the creation of the nine(9) certificate along with outgoing mail report and demographic data reports which are all based online that can be accessed by the public and the officer at any time. To achieve these goals in building this information system using the method waterfall with methods of analysis system used the diagram context, DFD, ERD and table relationships. Testing system using blackbox method that yields 100% accuracy of the system and to get the response from the user used questionnaire method where the results of the questionnaire distribution obtained the level of satisfaction with an average of 4.205 or 84.1%.

Abstract

Barcode is a device in the form of a black and white matrix to represent 1 and 0, which aims in storing information. It is divided into two types, namely 1D and 2D barcodes. The different between them is 1D barcode has black and white bars, while 2D barcode has square shape. The method used in this research is grayscaling, floating and screening comprehensive using flood fill pixel reduction algorithm, the perimeter of objects, extraction feature using gabor filter algorithm, the learning method uses backpropagation neural network algorythm, and the identification process using the feedforward method to backpropagation neural network algorythm. The data used in this research is a data of 2D barcode on each of it amounted to 20 users who are taken from the BBM (Blackberry Messenger) contact, due to the lack of data thus a data of the 2D barcode is cropped for 8 times to be the training data and twice to be the test data. The test is done in three stages which the first data set consists of 10 users, the second one consists of 15 users and the last one consists of 20 users. The result of the testing system for those data sets show that the first data set obtains an accuracy of 100%, the second one obtains 93,33% and the last one obtains 66%.

Abstract

The development of information technology makes Department of Education, Youth and Sports Kupang began developing administrative systems using information technology. One of the administrative system required by the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Kupang is in the public and employees of sub-section had difficulty in calculating the data processing performance of teachers in the process of filing a promotion to the preparation of reports. Therefore we need a system that can facilitate the processing of data in an integrated manner, which is supported by the use of desktop-based system to facilitate the presentation of information and data promotion of teachers. In this study designed “An Application Calculation Of Assessment Teacher Performance For Process Increase Filing In Rank Teachers" based desktop using Visual Basic programming language and Microsoft Office Access 2007 as the database. In this study produced an assessment of the performance of teachers and support the submission of information for the promotion. With this application, it will assist and facilitate the work in the process of teacher performance assessment calculations by the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Kupang.

Abstract

Meteorological Station El Tari Kupang (El Tari Kupang Stamet) has a fundamental duty to implement functionsin the field of Meteorology BMKG in particular to support the safety of air transportation and provide public information such as weather forecasts of NTT province, weather forecasts cruise along the waters of the sea wave heightin NTT and early warning of bad weather. Problem that often encountered is the dissemination of information that is still less effective and efficient. To overcome these problems,a website is designed as a media to deliver information quickly and can be accessed anywhere. In this research,the website is designed and manufactured, where the process begins with the analysis of needs and roles of the users, and then create the design to realize those needs. The next process is to implement it by making an appropriate website design and the final process of this research is testing the system. This website is built using PHP and Mysql languange programes. The output soft his website are in the form of profile information, news, galleries, downloads, employee data, image data, maritime weather information, maritime weather maps, provinces weather information, early warning of bad weather, airline data, guest book and flight information document.

Abstract

The level of student anxiety when compiling a thesis impacts the length of the lecture process. The number of clinical psychologists not proportional to the number of students in East Nusa Tenggara causes many students not to consult a psychologist. An expert system for diagnosing student anxiety levels using the certainty factor method with a HARS scale for 14 criteria and 81 symptoms will help students analyze their anxiety levels. The results of the study based on 300 student data obtained that the accuracy of the expert and system results was 100%, where the more extended the study period, the higher the level of anxiety in students.

Abstract

Kepribadian merupakan segenap perilaku dan sifat unik yang menonjol dari seorang individu, untuk dapat dibedakan dari individu lainnya. Setiap individu perlu mengenal kepribadiannya, sehingga dapat mengembangkan potensi dalam diri. Teori Big Five Factors Model merupakan salah satu teori yang digunakan untuk menentukan kepribadian manusia, dengan penggunaan alat tes psikologi berupa kuesioner. Namun penggunaan kuesioner yang diisi secara manual dirasa kurang efisien dan dapat berpengaruh pada hasil kesimpulan. Pada penelitian ini, metode Dempster-Shafer diimplementasikan dalam tes kepribadian Big Five Factors Model. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box dan pengujian akurasi sistem. Pengujian black box memperoleh persentase sebesar 100% dari 49 pengujian untuk 23 halaman uji. Pengujian akurasi sistem dilakukan pada 225 data hasil tes kepribadian Big Five Factors Model dari pakar, dengan cara membandingkan hasil diagnosis pakar dengan diagnosis sistem. Sebanyak 188 data hasil diagnosis sistem sama dengan hasil diagnosis pakar, sehingga keakuratan sistem sebesar 83,56%. Analisis dilakukan pada 37 data yang berbeda dangan diagnosis pakar menggunakan nilai densitas dari sistem, hasil dimensi dari diagnosis pakar dan hasil dimensi dari diagnosis sistem. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perbedaan nilai densitas, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Terdapat 21 data diagnosis dari pakar berupa satu dimensi, 20 data berubah nama dimensi tetapi memiliki dimensi yang sama. Hanya ada 1 data yang bervariasi menjadi dua dimensi kepribadian. Sedangkan 16 data lain hasil diagnosis dari pakar dengan lebih dari satu dimensi, 15 data berubah menjadi satu dimensi kepribadian dan 1 data dengan hasil tiga dimensi menjadi dua dimensi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK - Digitalisasi adalah sasaran pergerakan dan perubahan zaman. Kondisi ini makin terasa pada era generasi milenial saat ini. Salah satu dampaknya adalah tren penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti internet dan media sosial makin menjadi kebutuhan utama. Fenomena ini melanda hampir semua institusi masyarakat termasuk gereja. Hal serupa terjadi juga di jemaat Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT) Koinonia Kupang yang persentase jemaatnya didominasi generasi milenial. Dampaknya adalah diperlukan model-model pelayanan yang menjangkau dan menjembatani kebutuhan jemaat yang berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk masalah di atas adalah membuat website Gereja Koinonia sebagai sarana informasi dan komunikasi pelayanan gereja ke jemaat. Jemaat dapat mengakses informasi pelayanan kapan saja dan dimana saja menggunakan perangkat laptop atau smartphone. Selain itu dengan mengetahui informasi pelayanan memungkinkan anggota jemaat melibatkan diri dalam pelayanan gereja. Website koinonia juga memuat tabloid pelayanan online yang memuat secara rinci informasi kegiatan badan/unit dan lingkungan pelayanan dalam lingkup Jemaat Koinonia Kupang. Jemaat pun dapat memantau data statistik jemaat melalui database jemaat online pada website koinonia.
