Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Food and Beverage Departement Gran Melia South Jakarta, to find out how compensation affects employee performance at the Food and Beverage Departement Gran Melia Hotel South Jakarta, to find out how the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Food and Beverage Departement Gran Melia Hotel South Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative method, namely through the approach, data collection and analysis using statistics. The data used through observation techniques, questionnaires (questionnaire as many as 90 respondents) and literature. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, auto correlation test, and hypothesis testing (test t and f test). The significant value of F is 0.000 (<0.05), it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the compensation and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance. The R value (correlation coefficient) is 0.629. So it can be interpreted that the relationship between compensation and motivation variables on employee performance is a strong correlation. The coefficient of determination (R) was obtained at 39.6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 60.4% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. It is known that the significant value for the effect of X1 (compensation) on Y (employee performance) is 0.008 <0.05 and the value of tcount is 2.711> 1.987, so it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of X1 on Y. It is known that the significant value for the effect of X2 (motivation) to Y (employee performance) is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount value is 6.984> 1.987, so it can be concluded that Ha2 is accepted, which means there is an effect of X2 on Y.It is known that the significant value for the effect of X1 (compensation) on Y (employee performance) is 0.008 <0.05 and the tcount value of 2.711> 1.987 and it is known that the significant value for the influence of X2 (motivation) on Y (employee performance) is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount value is 6.984> 1.987, so it can be concluded that Ha1 and Ha2 are accepted, meaning that there is an influence of X1 and X2 on Y together. This means that compensation and motivation have a sufficient role in improving employee performance at the Food and Beverage Departement Gran Melia Hotel South Jakarta. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja karyawan Departement Food and Beverage Pada Gran Melia Jakarta Selatan, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Departement Food and Beverage pada Gran Melia Hotel Jakarta Selatan, untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Departement Food and Beverage pada Gran Melia Hotel Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif, yaitu melalui pendekatan, pengumpulan data dan analisa menggunakan statistic. Data yang digunakan melalui teknik observasi, angket (kuesioner sebanyak 90 responden) dan kepustakaan. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien korelasi, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji auto korelasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Nilai signifikan F sebesar 0.000 (<0.05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, artinya variabel kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R (koefisien korelasi) adalah 0,629. Maka dapat diartikan drajat hubungan antara variabel kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan merupakan korelasi kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R) tersebut diperoleh sebesar 39,6%. Sedangkan selebihnya sebesar 60,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Diketahui nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X1 (kompensasi) terhadap Y (kinerja karyawan) adalah sebesar 0.008<0.05 dan nilai thitung 2,711 > 1,987, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha1 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X1 terhadap Y. Diketahui nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X2 (motivasi) terhadap Y (kinerja karyawan) adalah sebesar 0.000<0.05 dan nilai thitung 6,984 > 1,987, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha2 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X2 terhadap Y. Diketahui nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X1 (kompensasi) terhadap Y (kinerja karyawan) adalah sebesar 0.008<0.05 dan nilai thitung 2,711 > 1,987 dan Diketahu nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X2 (motivasi) terhadap Y (kinerja karyawan) adalah sebesar 0.000<0.05 dan nilai thitung 6,984 > 1,987, sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha1 dan Ha2 diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y secara bersama. Hal ini berarti Kompensasi dan Motivasi cukup memiliki peranan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Departement Food and Beverage pada Gran Melia Hotel Jakarta Selatan. Abstract

Children are the new generation who will continue the ideals of the struggle of the nation and human resources for national development. In addition, children are the nation's assets where the future of the nation and state rests on their shoulders. For this reason, children need to be directed, guided, instilled in their overall values in the form of character and given knowledge so that they have competitiveness with the abilities and desires they have on the basis of noble character. This is because every child has a character that can be directed and potential that can be developed. The potential or ability of a true child has existed since he was born on this earth, but will grow and develop with the guidance in learning. Therefore, learning must be a child's priority to be considered. Learning is an effort to find new things, which have not been known before. The government has provided educational facilities to provide a place for Indonesian children to learn. Schools are formal institutions whose job is to organize education where children as the next generation of the nation will learn to gain knowledge. However, learning is not focused on formal education in schools, but learning can be done anywhere, in informal institutions, nature, playing environment and so on, as well as in TPQ or TPA as an informal educational institution that organizes education and teaching in the field of religion. Through the learning process children will be able to develop the potential that exists in their respective individuals. Learning is also very important for children so they can adapt and solve problems both related to friends and the environment, as well as problems that will arise in their lives as adults. It is hoped that Indonesian children can grow and develop with good education and have a personality in the form of good character so that they can work for Religion, and the Nation. The importance of instilling the value of character is the background of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pamulang University Economic Education Study Program to carry out community service in one of the informal educational institutions namely TPQ and TPA Almuhajirin, with the title "The importance of instilling mind and character from an early age in TPQ, TPA Almuhajirin , Sawah Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City ". With this activity it is hoped that the students of TPQ and TPA Almuhajirin will be more motivated to learn and be more confident in their abilities and potential. So that in the end they can grow into the next generation of quality people, have good morals, in time they can boast within the scope of their families and communities.Keywords: children, character, early age

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service (PKM) is located at the publisher of CV Pena Persada which aims to introduce the concept of digital marketing to the marketing management system at CV Pena Persada. CV Pena Persada publishers have problems in the form of low book sales and lack of digital-based marketing management. The management of CV Pena Persada publishers has not been able to maximize the various features provided in the digital era. For this problem, the service team provided material on the basics of Digital marketing and how to practice it to increase book sales. The method used in this activity is to use seminars to deliver material about digital marketing. Digital marketing is a sales system that utilizes digital technology such as websites, search engine optimization, digital advertising, and various other things related to the digital world. One of the techniques that can be used in internet marketing is to use websites and online platforms, search engine optimization, and digital paid advertising such as Google AdSense. The result of this PKM is that 80% of the staff and employees at Persada publishers have adequate knowledge about Digital marketing. In addition, 90% of participants also stated that they were satisfied with the material presented. This seminar was attended by 10 staff and employees of CV Pena Persada. Keywords:  Pena publisher, Digital Marketing, Internet ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini berlokasi di penerbit CV Pena Persada yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep pemasaran digital pada sistem manajemen pemasaran di CV Pena Persada. Penerbit CV Pena Persada memiliki masalah berupa rendahnya penjualan buku dan kurangnya nya pengelolaan marketing berbasis digital. Manajemen penerbit CV Pena Persada belum bisa memaksimalkan berbagai fitur yang disediakan di era digital. Untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut, tim pengabdian memberikan materi tentang dasar-dasar Digital marketing dan bagaimana mempraktekkannya untuk meningkatkan penjualan buku. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan  ini adalah menggunakan seminar untuk menyampaikan materi tentang digital marketing. Digital marketing merupakan sistem penjualan yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital seperti website, optimalisasi mesin pencarian, digital advertising dan berbagai hal lain yang berkaitan dengan dunia digital. Salah satu teknik yang bisa digunakan dalam internet marketing adalah menggunakan website dan platform online, optimalisasi mesin pencarian, dan iklan berbayar digital seperti pada Google AdSense. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah 80% dari staf dan karyawan di penerbit Persada memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai tentang Digital marketing. Selain itu, 90 % peserta juga menyatakan bahwa mereka merasa puas atas materi yang disampaikan. Seminar ini dihadiri oleh staf dan karyawan CV Pena Persada sebanyak 10 orang. Kata Kunci: Penerbit Pena, Digital Marketing, Internet
