The problem faced by the elderly is the natural aging process. Aging process causes many problems both physical, psychological, social relationship and environment. It has resulted disruption to always need the help, elderly people do not feel qualified because they always felt dependence on others. The existence of a family can support the daily activities of the elderly to be of higher quality.The aim of the study is determinant the relationship between family function toward the elderly life quality in the working place of Puskesmas Waara Muna’s Regency. Type of the study is quantitative by using Cross-Sectional Study approach. There are 71 elderly as sample. Data analysis are Univariate, Bivariate and Multivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between adaptation (p-value=0,001), partnership (p-value= 0,000), affection (p value=0,040), resolve (p value=0,001) and the quality of life of the elderly. Meanwhile, the growth variable (p value=0,052) has nothing to do with the quality of life of the elderly. The partnership variable has a significant relationship with the quality of life of the elderly (ρ-value<0,05) with a sig. of 0,000 on the quality of life of the elderly. It is recommended for puskesmas to improve health services for the elderly by conducting home visits to carry out direct monitoring of the elderly.

Edukasi pencegahan narkoba harus dimulai saat masa remaja melalui pengetahuan dan sikap, sehingga remaja bisa menjauhi dan tidak mencoba-coba untuk menggunakan narkoba. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan tentang narkoba terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Loghia. Jenis penelitian pra-experimen menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified dan random sampling melibatkan 52 siswa kelas VIII. Analisis data menggunakan non-parametrik melalui uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan tentang narkoba, data menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan pengetahuan siswa cukup (48,1%) dan kurang (51,9%), sedangkan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan meningkat kategori cukup (7,70%) dan baik (92,3%). Terdapat perbedaan sikap siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan tentang narkoba, data menunjukkan bahwa cukup (23,1%) dan kurang (76,9%). Setelah diberikan penyuluhan kategori baik (57,7%) dan cukup (42,3%). Hasil analisis p-value 0,000 artinya p-value<0,05. Hasil uji pengetahuan 0,000 sedangkan sikap 0,000. Artinya terdapat pengaruh penyuluhan narkoba terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Loghia. Diharapkan kepada pihak sekolah meningkatkan penyuluhan narkoba, khususnya Dinas Pendidikan, BNNK menggiatkan penyuluhan di sekolah sebagai upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa tentang narkoba.

Adanya kewajiban menggunakan masker oleh semua masyarakat, tentu akan diikuti dengan sampah/limbah masker yang dihasilkan. Walaupun sebagian masyarakat menggunakan masker kain (non medis), tetapi banyak juga yang menggunakan masker sekali pakai (medis). Salah satu penyebab ketidaktahuan masyarakat dalam pengelolaah sampah ini adalah masih minimnya sarana edukasi dan sosialisasi mengenai hal tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut kami melakukan penelitian berupa penyuluhan tentang dampak limbah masker bekas pakai terhadap lingkungan. Metode wawancara terstruktur dan observasi terhadap pengetahuan petugas sanitarian. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan juli – desember 2021, lokasi diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Batalaiworu. Responden sebanyak 2 orang yaitu petugas sanitarian yang bekerja Puskesmas Batalaiworu Kabupaten Muna dan mahasiswa Politeknik Karya Persada Muna sebagai peserta kegiatan penyuluhan sebanyak 20 orang. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk penyuluhan dengan wawancara mendalam secara terstruktur dan observasi. Hasil uji statistik dalam penelitian ini, petugas sanitarian yang memiliki pengetahuan dengan kategori baik (1,47), sikap dengan kategori baik (1,33) dan tindakan dengan kategori baik (2,97), dapat disimpulkan bahwa petugas sanitarian di Puskesmas Bata Laiworu memilki pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan yang baik dalam penanganan limbah masker bekas pakai. Hasil observasi lapangan tentang ketersediaan sarana pengelolaan limbah, menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak sarana dan fasilitas yang belum memadai. Sedangkan untuk hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan pada mahasiswa setelah diadakan kegiatan penyuluhan, pemahaman responden mulai baik dan paham akan pentingnya memakai dan mengelola limbah masker di masa pandemi ini. Manfaat yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas sanitarian mengetahui tentang pengelolaan limbah masker yang benar berdasarkan pedoman dari WHO dan Kemenkes RI.

Baground: Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, where there are often problems with deviations in sexual behavior as a result of lack of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health, absorption of information through the media, the social environment and the role of parents as a control function. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the sexual behavior of students of YPPGI Pasirido Manokwari. Method: The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. This study was conducted at MA YPPGI Pasirido involving a population of 360 students and a sample of 78 people using purposive sampling techniques. The method of collection by distributing questionnaires and data collection techniques were carried out univariately and bivariately. Results: showing that adolescent knowledge has an influence/relationship with adolescent sex behavior, results of the Chi Square statistical test = 0.04, The media has an influence on adolescent sexual behavior, this is evidenced by adolescent sexual behavior, by the Chi Square statistical test = 0.00, The social environment has an influence with adolescent sexual behavior, by the Chi Square statistical test = 0.011, The role of parents has no influence on adolescent sexual behavior, by the Chi Square statistical test = 0.131. Conclusions: Based on the analysis data, it was concluded that of the four variables of adolescent knowledge, media, social environment and the role of parents, there are among one variable that does not have a significant relationship, including the role of parents. Baground: Research on factors that influence adolescent free sex behavior in terms of Health Belief Model in SMAN 1 Pasir Putih Muna Regency, has been carried out by observing several variables including the Presence of Vulnerability / Severity of Disease, Threat of Disease, Religiosity, Gender, and Social Media. The purpose of the study was to find out some of the factors that influence and cause adolescents to engage in free sex.Method: This research is a quantitative study, using the design of the Cross Sectional Study approach, with a population of 304 students, where the sample observed was 75 respondents, with sampling using the Simple Random Sampling technique, with a population of 304 students, where the sample observed was 75 respondents, with sampling using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between adolescent perception about the level of vulnerability / seriousness of disease due to free sex with adolescent free sex behavior, with a Chi Square value of 9,182 (p = 0.350),means having a lack of relationship. There is a relationship between adolescent perception about the level of threat of disease due to free sex with adolescent free sex behavior with a Chi Square value of 14.815 (p = 0.444), means having a moderate relationship. There is a relationship between religiosity and adolescent free sex behavior with a Chi Square value of 23,628 (p = 0.561) which means having a moderate relationship. There is a relationship between gender and adolescent free sex behavior with a Chi Square value of 16,000 (p = 0.462) means having a moderate relationship. There is a relationship between social media and adolescent free sex behavior with a Chi Square value of 25,000 (p = 0.577) which means having a moderate relationship. Background: Performance is the appearance of the work of personnel both in quantity and quality in an organization. Some nurses have poor performance due to a lack of knowledge, motivation, and discipline of nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, motivation, and work discipline with the performance of nurses at the Katobu Health Center. Methods: This type of research is an analytical survey with a Cross-Sectional Study approach, the population is 45 people, with a total sampling technique, with a sample of 45 people. The analytical method is used in univariate and bivariate (Chi-square) analyses. Results: There is a relationship between knowledge and nurse performance = 0.013 (ρ < 0.05), There is a relationship between motivation and nurse performance = 0.000 (ρ < 0.05), There is no relationship between discipline and nurse performance p-value = 0.096 > 0, 05. Conclusion: there is a relationship of motivation with the performance of nurses and there is no relationship of discipline with the performance of nurses. It is recommended to the Katobu Health Center to evaluate the performance of nurses, increase the knowledge and motivation of nurses and improve nurse discipline. Background: The low rate of patient satisfaction will have an impact on the development of health centers or hospitals. For patients who are dissatisfied with the service received, the patient will move to another facility that provides better service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the facilities and work behavior of nurses on patient satisfaction through the performance of nurses at the Pasir Putih Health Center.Methods: This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach, the sample consists of 287 respondents, used simple a random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis, which is a development technique of multiple linear regression. Results: The results showed that the facilities p = 0,008, nurse behavior p = 0,020, nurse performance p = 0,000. R Square value 0,413. This means that the influence of facilities, behavior on nurse performance through patient satisfaction is 41,3%. Path analysis shows the effect of facilities (0,134) and nurses' work behavior (0,147) on patient satisfaction through nurse performance. There is a direct effect of nurse behavior on patient satisfaction (0,116) and there is an indirect effect between facilities and nurse performance on patient satisfaction (0,161).Conclusion: there is an effect of facilities and work behavior of nurses on patient satisfaction through nurse performance. It is suggested to the Pasir Putih Health Center to maintain and improve the work behavior of nurses towards patients to encourage an increase in the image and commitment of patients to continue using the Pasir Putih Health Center in the future. Abstrak. Narkoba merupakan singkatan dari Narkotika, Psikotropika dan Bahan Adiktif lainnya. Narkoba adalah bahan/zat yang jika dimasukan dalam tubuh manusia, baik secara oral/diminum, dihirup, maupun disuntikan, dapat mengubah pikiran, suasana hati atau perasaan, dan perilaku seseorang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) telah dilaksanakan dengan tema kegiatan “Penyuluhan Kesehatan tentang Bahaya Narkoba di Kalangan Remaja” yang dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, tanggal 16 Juni 2022 di SMA Negeri 1 Lohia, yang beralamat di Jalan Poros Napabale, Desa Waara, Kecamatan Lohia, Kabupaten Muna. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah diberikan disajikan dalam bentuk presentasi power point audio dan visual. Abstract. Abstract. Narkoba stands for Narcotics, Psychotropics and other Addictive Materials. Drugs are substances/substances which, if inserted into the human body, either orally/drinked, inhaled, or injected, can change a person's thoughts, moods or feelings, and behavior. Community service activities (PkM) have been carried out with the theme "Health Counseling on the Dangers of Drugs Among Adolescents" which was held on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at SMA Negeri 1 Lohia, which is located at Jalan Poros Napabale, Waara Village, Lohia District , Muna Regency. The method used is that lectures are given in the form of audio and visual power point presentations.

Several types of mental disorders are commonly found, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and psychosis. Some mental illnesses only occur in certain types of sufferers, such as postpartum depression which only affects women after giving birth. The research objective is to increase students' understanding of the importance of maintaining mental health. The method of implementation is by conducting a pre-post test. The conclusion is that the output obtained from this activity is that students at SMK Negeri 1 Muna know and understand how to deal with mental health problems so that students are able to make efforts to protect against things that can lead to dangerous actions such as self-harm, analysis techniques and activity results
