Abstract

This research focused on the influence of PSP Development Program’s (Farming Infrasturcture) toward farmer’s working ethos in Ngadisuko village from February to July 2020. This research was focused to examinethe effectiveness of the Farming Machineries Program’s and Subdisized Fertilizer Program’s toward farmer’s working ethos. Primary method used in this research are closed quetionaire survey with Likert scale using sample of 90 farmers tested dan regression model test based on Ordinary Least Square method. The result showed that there is significant degree of influence; simultaneously between farming machineries and subsidized fertilizer and effectivity toward farmer’s working ethos. However partially inter-variable test showed there is no significant degree of influence toward working ethos and has low influence for 22,5%. This is due to many problems in the implementation of programs aren’t perfect and must be immediately fixed.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of natural wealth that can be used as a ecotourism or tourism village. One of the tourism village developments is in Bono Village, Boyolangu Sub district, Tulungagung Regency. The tourism is Agricultural Education Tourism Belimbing Artha Mandiri Farmer Group. Agricultural education tourism is very potentially visited by tourists because of the quality of products and knowledge given to visitors. Agricultural education tourism managers must raise agricultural education in their tourism, because educational tourism aims to educate visitors about agricultural sciences, so the renewal communication media is necessary to support the achievement of these goals. The purpose this study is to describe the characteristics visitors and analyze the influence of visitor characteristics and the integration of communication media on the knowledge of visitors. The research method used is Descriptive Quantitative. Determination respondents' samples using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques, as well as data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed the level knowledge of visitors is at the stage of understanding and the presence a significant influence between the variable characteristics of visitors and the integration of communication media to the level knowledge of visitors.

Abstract

Fenomena media sosial merupakan dampak dari berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, dengan membawa perubahan cara berkomunikasi dari konvensional menjadi modern yang serba digital. Media sosial memungkinkan pengguna mempresentasikan dirinya seperti berinteraksi, bekerja sama, berbagi dan berkomunikasi dengan penguna lain yang membentuk ikatan secara virtual sehingga mampu mempengaruhi seseorang dalam mengambil suatu keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kopi Taji Lereng Bromo Desa Taji Kecamatan Jabung Kabupaten Malang pada bulan Maret – April 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh dari media sosial Instagram terhadap keputusan pengunjung yang datang ke Kopi Taji Lereng Bromo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan cara menyebar kuesioner pada pengunjung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Accidental Sampling pada pengunjung yang datang selama penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Media Sosial Instagram (X) memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung (Y). Tulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa seseorang dalam mengambil suatu keputusan untuk berkunjung juga dipengaruhi oleh penyebaran informasi melalui media sosial Instagram. Abstract

Studi literatur ini ditulis dalam rangka merancang penelitian berbasis ISD untuk mewujudkan perencanaan pelatihan yang baik yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan kompetensi sesuai yang diinginkan. Tulisan ini didasarkan pada permasalah penyuluh yang sangat antusias terhadap pendekatan penyuluhan partisipatif dan memahami pentingnya perlibatan masyarakat petani dalam kegiatan penyuluhan, namun demikian penyuluh merasa bahwa penerapan partisipasi dalam kegiatan penyuluhan tidak terjadi. Hal ini dikarenakan petani tidak merasa perlu untuk berpartisipasi dan menganggap partisipasi yang dilakukan membuang waktu mereka. Penyuluh merasa kurang mempunyai ketrampilan dalam berkomunikasi untuk meyakinkan petani akan pentingnya partisipasi dalam proses penyuluhan. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut perlu disusun model pelatihan berbasis ADDIE. Model ini dipilih karena mempunyai langkah yang sederhana, mudah diterapkan tetapi mewakili keseluruhan proses system pembelajaran. Model pengembangan model pembelajaranADDIE dari lima fase yaitu, Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Keseluruhan tahapan yang ada pada model ADDIE dapat di implementasikan atau digunakan dalam program pelatihan untuk upaya meningkatkan ketrampilan komunikasi dan teknik fasilitasi yang dirasakan kurang bagi PPL di Kabupaten untuk meyakinkan petani akan pentingnya partisipasi petani dalam proses penyuluhan.

Abstract

Janti Village, Jogoroto, Jombang has a corn productivity of 2020 reaching 84.5 Kw/Ha, this achievement exceeds national average corn productivity. However, this is inversely proportional to the unstable price of corn, which can even be far from the normal price. Besides, the lack of farmer participation makes the problem drag on longer. The existence of farmer group institutions is very important to solve this problem. In addition, the application of participatory technology to farmers also provides clear goals for future agricultural production activities. Therefore, it is necessary to be active and participate in the Janti Village farmer group members. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of participatory technology (discussions, workshops, and action planning) and institutional participation of farmer groups (participation in planning, implementation, utilization of results, and evaluation) on farming development (social, economic, and environmental) in Janti Village. Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. The research method uses descriptive quantitative data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Previously, the questionnaire had to be tested for validity and reliability tests to support the validity of the research data obtained. The sampling method used is a simple random sample. Then the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the ordinary least square method including data tabulation, estimation of multiple linear regression models, classical assumption tests, regression feasibility tests, and interpretation of multiple linear regression models. Results showed that there was no significant effect if independent variables moved independently on dependent variables. Meanwhile, if independent variables move simultaneously, there will be a significant influence between participatory technology and the institutional participation of farmer groups in the development of farming businesses.
