Abstract

This Yatamu Hafizil Orphanage is a social foundation that educates and fosters entrepreneurial skills for orphans and poor people with social problems. Like economic capacity, left behind by dead father and mother. The theory explains, financial, entrepreneurial spirit, thinking, creative spirit, innovative are the core requirements for empowering the entrepreneurial spirit. Unlike the orphanage and poor people in Sabungan, Jae accepts children to be empowered for their entrepreneurial spirit at no cost. This is contrary to the requirements for empowering an entrepreneurial spirit. entrepreneurship requires sufficient capital, a strong physical condition, has a creative and innovative mindset. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The informant retrieval method used was purposive sampling, while the data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation. The instrument used in the interview was a focus group discussion. The analysis of the validity of the data used was source triangulation. As a result, there are several methods of empowering the entrepreneurial spirit of the orphanage and poor people. Namely, snowballing lessons, meet the guests, town meetings, whatsapp conferences.

Abstract

Abstract This study tries to examine the problem of whether there is an influence of conventional bank interest rates and inflation on the volume of savings at Bank Muamalat IndonesiaSibuhuan. The data used in this study is secondary data using combined time series data (time period) which is based on quarterly financial reports from 2010-2017. The results of data processing show that there are simultaneous effects of variables on conventional bank interest rates and inflation on the volume of savings that can be accepted as a whole. While partially there is a significant negative relationship between the interest rates of conventional banks and the volume of savings, while partially there is a significant positive influence between the variable inflation on the volume of savings at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan.  Abstrak Penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji permasalahan apakah terdapat Pengaruh tingkat suku bunga bank konvensional dan Inflasi terhadap volume tabungan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan mempergunakan data gabungan time series (kurun waktu) yang didasarkan pada laporan keuangan triwulan dari tahun 2010-2017. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan variabel suku bunga bank konvensional dan Inflasi terhadap volume tabungan dapat diterima secara keseluruhan. Sedangkan secara parsial terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara tingkat suku bunga bank konvensional dengan volume tabungan, sementara secara parsial terdapat ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara variabel inflasi terhadap volume tabungan pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan.

Abstract

Abstrak,              Segmentasi pasar adalah upaya pengelompokan konsumen berdasarkan kebutuhan. Sehingga perusahaan dapat menerapkan pemasaran lebih efektif dan ekonomis. Sebelum diterimanya segmentasi pasar, cara yang umum melakukan bisnis dengan konsumen melalui pemasaran massal yaitu menawarkan produk dan bauran pemasaran yang sama kepada semua konsumen. Berdasarkan wawancara yang peneliti lakukan pada salah satu industri kopi hitam yang beralamat di Kelurahan Hutaimbaru, strategi pemasaran produk masih menggunakan pemasaran massal. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti, fenomena di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Kebiasaan masyarakat mengkonsumsi kopi hitam diwarung kopi. Budaya ini hal yang menarik diteliti dalam segmentasi sosial budaya. Permasalahan di atas menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: bagaimanakah segmentasi pasar konsumen kopi hitam di kota Padangsidimpuan.              Teori-teori yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini sebagai pendekatan terhadap permasalahan yang diteliti adalah teori tentang segmentasi pasar, teoripasar, teori konsumen dan teori perilaku konsumsi dalam persfektif ekonomi konvensional dan ekonomi Islam. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis sebelum di lapangan, analisis data di lapangan model Miles dan Huberman dan analisis data di lapangan model Spradley. Jumlah respon den 60 orang.Hasil penelitian, berdasarkan segmentasi demografis yaitu konsumen keseluruhan adalah laki-laki, usia35 tahun, pendidikan secara umum yaitu SMA, pekerjaan secara umumnya wiraswasta, pendapatan rata-rata setiap bulan Rp 1.000.0000-Rp 2.000.000 dan Rp 3.000.000. Berdasarkan segmentasi sosial budaya, agama Islam 59 orang, Kristen 1 orang, berdasarkan suku, 55 suku Batak, 2 suku Nias, 3 suku Jawa konsumen suku Batak. Alasan konsumen memilih warung kopi tempat untuk mengkonsumsi kopi hitam untuk berinteraksi sosial dengan masyarakat dan berbagi informasi pekerjaan. Berdasarkan segmentasi terkait pemakaian konsumen tergolong loyal, tingkat pemakaian pemakai ringan 17 orang, pemakai sedang 24 orang, pemakai berat19 orang. Alasan konsumen memilih kopi hitam karena rasa yang khas. Berdasarkan segmentasi psikografis, konsumen menghabiskan waktu dengan, membaca Koran, majalah, menonton acara khusus di TV dan mendengarkan radio. Konsumen berpendapat tidak ada perubahan rasa kopi hitam dari dahulu sampai sekarang. Berdasarkan segmentasi psikologis motivasi awal konsumen mengkonsumsi kopi hitam karena interaksi sosial dengan masyarakat yang terjadi di warung kopi, konsumen suka produk yang berkualitas, suka mencoba produk baru sejenis dan aktif mengikuti perkembangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what are the determinants that influence the demand for financing micro traders, and which factors are the most dominant. The main sub-topic of this research is micro traders who are classified as UMKM, in the entire City of Padangsidimpuan, namely the pasar sagumpal bonang, pasar ucok kodok, pasar Impres Sadabuan pasar Saroha with 180 respondents. The technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis by describing or describing the actual state of the research object. The results of this study are the determinants that influence the demand for micro trader financing in the city of Padangsidimpuan, which are Capital Deficiency or business development, Easier / lighter administration, Banking Knowledge, and interest rates / profit sharing. Whereas the determining factor which is the most dominant in influencing the demand for financing is easier / lighter administration.

Abstract

PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. The PANYABUNGAN Branch Office is a part of a Sharia Commercial Bank. One of the products offered by the bank is financing. Distribution of financing to PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. The Panyabungan Branch Office must comply with the principles of prudence and coverage of risks due to default. This research is motivated because the customer cannot pay off the financing provided by the bank so that the bank executes and auction off the customer's collateral. After the collateral is executed, the bank will hand it over to KPKNL for auction according to the limit price set by the bank. So the formulation of the problem in this research is how the auction of collateral at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Panyabungan Branch Office. With the aim of knowing the auction process of collateral at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Panyabungan Branch Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researcher can conclude that if the customer does not pay off his debt at a predetermined time, the collateral will be auctioned off. Previouslythe bank gave warning letters three times and provided relief tocustomers to sell the collateral themselves. And if within threemonths the customer was still unable to sell the collateral, the bankwould submit an auction to the KPKNL in the city of Panyabungan, because the auction is the last step that must be taken by the bankin order to return the funds that have been issued by the bank tocustomers who commit default.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of NPF, CAR and ROA partially and simultaneously on the FDR of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This type of research is a quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data taken through the website www.ojk.co.id. The form of data in this study uses time series data as many as 60 samples. technical analysis using eviews, godnes and fit, t test and F test. The results of regression measurement with the equation FDR = 18249,622 -7,498NPF -3,589CAR - 0,721ROA and R square data of 68.6 percent, while the rest is 31.4 percent is influenced by other variables not included in this model. The result of the research partially (t test) states that -titung <-table (-7,829 <-2.003) and the significance value <0.05 (0,000 <0.05) means that H1 is accepted, meaning that NPF partially and significantly affects FDR

Abstract

The obligation of zakat in Islam has a fundamental significance, other than closely related to aspects of divinity, is also closely related to the economic and social problems. Zakat became one of the instruments of collective social welfare achievement. But in reality, the economic potential of this promising and well-being not optimally managed, professional and accountable. This article offers an analysis of the charity as an instrument of economic development of the welfare of the Ummah with the first show reviews historicity zakat. Zakat as an instrument ekonommi and welfare of the community, efforts to optimize its management becomes a necessity because it is one of the pillars of Islam dimension ubudiyyah, ijtimaiyyah and iqtishadiyyah, which can contribute to enhancing the welfare of society and the stranding - rope of love between man (hablunminannas) as well as liaison komunikasi a servant to his Lord (hablunminallah).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the habits of the people who use conventional banks and the small number of people in Batu Hula Village, Batangtoru District who use Islamic banks. This is caused by several factors that influence people's decisions, including cultural factors, social factors, and personal factors. Based on the results of the research, the cultural factor variable partially has a significant effect on people's decisions, this is evidenced in the results of hypothesis testing that the cultural factor variable has tcount ttable (3,932 1,69726), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. on community decisions, this is proven by the results of hypothesis testing that the social factor variable has tcount ttable (1,726 1,69726), then Haditolak and H0 are accepted. And the personal factor variable partially has no effect on people's decisions, this is evidenced by hypothesis testing that the cultural factor variable has tcount ttable (0,188 21,69726). Then the variables of cultural factors, social factors and personal factors variables simultaneously affect people's decisions with the results Fcount Ftable (23,362 2,28).

Abstract

The results of the initial survey of traders in Panyabungan District as many as 37 out of 50 chose credit from conventional banks over financing in Islamic banks. The decrease in people's income levels drastically due to coronavirus disease, resulting in lowering people's purchasing power so that it will affect the income of traders.The low Islamic financial literacy that occurs in the community, which is only 8.93%, is far below the national financial literacy of 38.03%. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether income has an effect on traders' decisions to finance at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District? Does Islamic financial literacy affect traders' decisions to finance at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District? Do income and Islamic financial literacy simultaneously affect the decision of traders to do financing at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District?. This research is quantitative research.The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents using the incidental sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, and F test. The results of the study used the t-test of income with –ttable ≤ tcount  ≤  ttable (-1.66792 ≤ - 1.304 ≤ 1.66792) with sig. 0.197 0.1, it can be concluded that income has no effect on the decision of traders to finance at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District, Islamic financial literacy with tcount ttable (3.646 1.66792) with a sign. 0.001 0.1, it can be concluded that Islamic financial literacy affects the decision of traders to finance at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District. Abstract

One of the obstacles for the Mandailing Natal community to go on a pilgrimage is the high cost of going on a pilgrimage. IB Hijrah Haji Savings is a savings account that makes it easier for people to visit the Baitullah. However, not many people know about this IB Hijrah Haji savings product, seen from the number of IB Hijrah Haji savings customers who experience fluctuations every month in 2018. The problem formulation in this study is how to analyze the SWOT product of the IB Hijrah Haji Savings product PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the number of customers of IB Hijrah Haji Savings PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch with qualitative-descriptive research method. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch, IB Hijrah Haji savings customers and the Mandailing Natal community. Collecting data using interview techniques and direct and indirect observations of objects related to the researched and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used the following techniques: data editing, data reduction and data decryption. The results of the study using the SWOT Matrix showed that PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch has strengths which consist of: fairly good and fast service, service to deliver prospective pilgrims and free Hajj rituals, free administration fees, free insurance. Weaknesses of IB Hijrah Haji savings, namely: lack of human resources marketing IB Hijrah Haji savings products, product promotion is still lacking. The savings opportunities for IB Hijrah Haji are: people who are predominantly Muslim, increasing customer interest in using this product, strategic location. Meanwhile, the threats of IB Hijrah Haji savings are: product competition that is getting tighter, locations between banks that are close to each other.
