Abstract

Penulisan jurnal ini dimaksudkan untuk  menggambarkan secara sistematis  mengenai fakta yang berhubungan dengan strategi dan implementasi pemasaran produk funding di  PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Padangsidimpuan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menelaah seluruh data yang tersedia dari sumber data, sebagai hasil diperoleh strategi pemasaran dengan memberikan souvenir kepada nasabah, perencanaan  untuk menerbitkan produk baru meningkatkan promosi,  dan meningkatkan frekuensi kunjungan kepada calon nasabah dengan menawarkan produk serta memberikan keyakinan calon nasabah. Serta  implementasi strategi pemasaran yaitu promosi secara berkelanjutan dengan jangka waktu yang relatif singkat juga memberikan  layanan fasilitas jemput bola  untuk nasabah tabungan maupun nasabah pembiayaan.

Abstract

PT. Kimia Farma is the first pharmaceutical industry company in Indonesia which was established by the Dutch East Indies Government in 1817. Where the purpose of this company is to generate profit for survival and collect enough funds for implementing business activities. To achieve this profit, of course, it must improve product quality and increase sales volume. Sales volume of PT. Kimia Farma Indonesia experienced fluctuations in 2009-2016. The formulation of the problem from this study is whether there is an influence of distribution costs and promotion costs on sales volume at PT. Kimia Farma Indonesia Tbk in 2009-2016. Then the goal is to find out the effect of distribution costs and promotion costs on sales volume at PT. Kimia Farma Indonesia Tbk in 2009-2016.The discussion in this study relates to financial accounting especially in the focus of cost accounting and financial management. Where will be discussed about distribution costs and promotion costs and their effects on sales volume. This research is quantitative with a type of comparative causal research. The research sample is population research, sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Source of data from the financial statements of PT. Kimia Farma Indonesia Tbk which is published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the website www.idx.com. Data is processed using the SPSS Version 22 program by carrying out descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heterocedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficient test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the study are partial (T test) stating that the tcount t table (2.788 2.045) and significance 0.05 (0.04 0.05), the distribution cost variable affects the sales volume in 2009-2016. While the variable cost of promotion is very influential on sales volume with a tcount ttable (18,540 2,045) with a significance of 0.05 (0,000 0,05). Simultaneously (F test) states that distribution costs and promotion costs together (simultaneous) affect the sales volume with a value of F_count F table (196.662 3.328) with a significance of 0,000 with a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

AbstractPerformance means a work result that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with the authority and of each responsibility. This paper aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The efforts needed to improve occupational safety and health are preventing and reducing accidents by applying safe protection equipment, regulating temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, use of work space, lighting that is quite bright and soothing, and prevents noise. The population in this study were 400 employees and the samples taken for this study were 63 respondents using the Slovin formula with a significance level of 10% or (0.1). Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaire / questionnaire method, documentation method, and interview method. Analysis of the data used in this study used multiple regression analysis with a level of sig 0, 1. The results of multiple regression analysis shows that the influence of occupational safety and health has a significant influence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Key Word: Employee Safety, Health and Performance       AbstrakKinerja memiliki arti suatu hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja  secara parsial dan simultan  terhadap kinerja kayawan. Adapun usaha – usaha yang diperlukan dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja adalah mencegah dan mengurangi kecelakaan dengan menerapkan peralatan perlindungan yang aman, mengatur suhu, kelembaban, kebersihan udara, penggunaan ruangan kerja, penerangan yang cukup terang dan menyejukkan, dan mencegah kebisingan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 400 karyawan dan sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah 63 responden dengan menggunakan formula Slovin dengan taraf signifikasi 10% atau (0,1). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket/kuesioner, metode dokumentasi, dan metode wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial dan simultan teehadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Keselamatan, Kesehatan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan bidang ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia dan ilmu sosial.Sehubungan dengan hal itu pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan teori disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan kinerja pegawai/karyawan, dan beberapa teori yang diperlukan di dalam penelitian ini.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif.Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adlah angket dan wawancara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden.Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi R2, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji koefisien regresi simultan (uji F).Berdasalkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS Versi 23 maka diperoleh hasil pengukuran regresi dengan persamaan Y = 9.429 + 0,750 Disiplin + 0,282 Motivasi dengan data Rsquare sebesar 0,985, berarti 98,5% variabel disiplin dan motivasi mampu menerangkan variabel kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Puskesmas Marancar Udik Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 1,5%, dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil penelitian secara parsial (uji t) menyatakan bahwa, disiplin memiliki thitungttabel(5.332 2,018), artinya disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikansi terhadap kinerja pegawai.Motivasi memiliki thitungttabel (12,0432,018), artinya motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikansi terhadap kinerja pegawai.Hasil penelitian secara Simultan (uji F) menyatakan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi memiliki Fhitung FtabeL (132,188 0,282).Artinya Ho ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi secara besama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerja, Motivasi dan Kinerja pegawai.  ABSTRACT This research relates to the fields of human resource management and social sciences. In this connection the approach taken is theories related to the theory of work discipline, motivation, and employee / employee performance, and several theories needed in this study.This research is a quantitative research. The data sources used are primary data. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews with a total sample of 45 respondents. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, test coefficient of determination R2, partial test (t test) and simultaneous regression coefficient test (F test).Based on the results of the analysis using the SPSS Version 23 program, the regression measurement results obtained with the equation Y = 9,429 + 0,750 Discipline + 0,282 Motivation with Rsquare data of 0,985, meaning 98.5% discipline and motivation variables were able to explain employee performance variables at Marancar Public Health Office Udik, South Tapanuli Regency, while the remaining 1.5%, is influenced by other variables. The results of the study partially (t test) states that, discipline has thitung t table (5,332 2,018), meaning that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has tcount t table (12,043 2,018), meaning motivation has a significant effect on performance Simultaneous research results (F test) state that work discipline and motivation have Fcount FtabeL (132,188 0,282). The meaning of Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that work discipline and motivation jointly influence employee performance.Keywords: Work discipline, motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK,Penelitian ini membahas mengenai konsep pemasaran Islam yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) se-kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan yang terdiri dari PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Oloan Ummah Sidempuan, Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Mitra Manindo Panyabungan, Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Sindanglaya Kotanopan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan strategi pemasaran produk funding di PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) secara langsung implementasi strategi pemasaran produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Implementasi strategi pemasaran PT. BPRS yaitu promosi secara berkelanjutan dengan jangka waktu yang relatif singkat, kemudian penerapan harga yang relatif murah dibandingkan dengan bank syariah lainnya, yaitu bank tidak mengenakan biaya administrasi pada rekening tabungan. PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) juga memberikan  layanan fasilitas jemput bola  untuk nasabah tabungan maupun nasabah pembiayaan.ABSTRACT,This study discusses the concept of Islamic marketing conducted by PT. Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in South Tapanuli regency consisting of PT. Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Oloan Ummah Sidempuan, Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Mitra Manindo Panyabungan, Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Sindanglaya Kotanopan. The purpose of this study was to determine the funding strategy of marketing product planning at PT. Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) directly implements product marketing strategies. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study are the implementation of the marketing strategy of PT. SRB is a continuous promotion with a relatively short period of time, then the application of a relatively cheap price compared to other Islamic banks, namely banks do not charge administrative fees on savings accounts. PT. The Syariah People's Financing Bank (BPRS) also provides pick-up facilities for savings customers and financing customers.

Abstract

Abstract The population of Padangsidimpuan city is 89% Muslim who does not understand Islamic banking, and considers Islamic banking to be the same as conventional banks. The purpose of this paper is to determine the understanding of the people of Padangsidimpun city about Islamic banking products. The theory used is a general understanding, specific understanding, products about Islamic banking. The method used is PAR where the strategy used is a process of approach, research, learning and technical solutions to social problems that can be planned and implemented with the community. Results Public understanding of Islamic banking is only limited to 84 %. While the results of the specific understanding of the people of Padangsdimpuan city, namely the translation of Islamic products and banking, which is 12%, while the second level is an understanding of interpretation of 73%, and for the third level is the highest level, namely the understanding of extrapolation of the people of Padangsidimpuan city of 63%.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Untuk itu perlunya manajemen yang baik. Perusahaan memperhatikan kondisi kerja yang lebih aman dan lebih sehat. Serta menjadi lebih bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan – kegiatan tersebut, terutama bagi organisasi – organisasi yang mempunyai tingkat kecelakaan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja  secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kayawan. Untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 400 karyawan dan sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah 63 responden dengan menggunakan formula Slovin dengan taraf signifikasi 10% atau (0,1). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket/kuesioner, metode dokumentasi, dan metode wawancara. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi berganda  dengan taraf sig 0, 1. Hasil analisa regresi ganda diperoleh koefisen regresi (R2) sebesar 0, 156 ( F = 3,15; sig 0, 000 0,1). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan  secara bersama-sama. Serta masing- masing variabel independent perpengaruh positif terhadap variabel  dependent kinerja karyawan yakni secara reliabel 0, 672 dan 0, 676 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,1. Melalui analisa regresi berganda Y = 43, 102+ 0, 583+ 0, 825. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial dan simultan teehadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract This study tries to examine the problem of whether there is an influence of conventional bank interest rates and inflation on the volume of savings at Bank Muamalat IndonesiaSibuhuan. The data used in this study is secondary data using combined time series data (time period) which is based on quarterly financial reports from 2010-2017. The results of data processing show that there are simultaneous effects of variables on conventional bank interest rates and inflation on the volume of savings that can be accepted as a whole. While partially there is a significant negative relationship between the interest rates of conventional banks and the volume of savings, while partially there is a significant positive influence between the variable inflation on the volume of savings at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan.  Abstrak Penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji permasalahan apakah terdapat Pengaruh tingkat suku bunga bank konvensional dan Inflasi terhadap volume tabungan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan mempergunakan data gabungan time series (kurun waktu) yang didasarkan pada laporan keuangan triwulan dari tahun 2010-2017. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan variabel suku bunga bank konvensional dan Inflasi terhadap volume tabungan dapat diterima secara keseluruhan. Sedangkan secara parsial terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara tingkat suku bunga bank konvensional dengan volume tabungan, sementara secara parsial terdapat ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara variabel inflasi terhadap volume tabungan pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan.

Abstract

Poverty as a social problem will never escape the attention and discussion of Islamic teachings. Islam explores some of the most urgent main themes of empowerment and community involvement in eradicating their poverty. The Qur'an as the main source of Islamic teachings echoed a moral call for social justice in the economy to be upheld against people living below the poverty line. Efforts to alleviate poverty, one of the main focuses in Islam is the doctrine of weak economic empowerment of the people. Islam considers human resources personally to be the main agent in empowering the people's economy. Furthermore, Islam also sees that poverty alleviation is the collective responsibility of society so that the effort of economic empowerment of the poor becomes the collective obligation of all elements of society, especially poverty caused by social structure. It takes synergy between elements of society both government, ulama and society itself as subject and object of change. Some of the above empowerment models can be divided into two groups; Structural and cultural measures. Structural measures are more emphasized to the special institutions that handle them to run well, while cultural steps are emphasized on individuals, both individuals who are expected to be one of the subjects of poverty alleviation and empowerment of the poor and the poor and who became its object

Abstract

Purpose: This paper discusses about maximization the land    waqf assets of south Tapanuli Regency reached an area of 108.07 (Ha) with a total of 411 land waqf assets,both certified and uncertified, but the condition did not develop all. Meanwhile, the mandate of the law of the republic of Indonesia number 41 of 2004 in articles 42-43 emphasizes that nazir is obliged to manage and develop waqf assets in accordance with their objectives, functions and designations with sharia principles cerried out productively.Design/Method/Approach: This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The subjects were waqf land asset, nazir and nazir institutions of waqf land assets in south Tapanuli regency. The population is 411 and the sample is 20 %. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview documentation and literature review.Findings: From this study we found thatthe potential of human resources of land waqf assets has great potential in managing and empowering land waqf assets, but this potential is not optimally empowered because of the unsupportive perception of nazir, lack of responsibility, passed away, relocation, and did not implement his duties as nazir and waqf land assets are idle. The another obstacle are financial capital that is not supported, nazir’s salary is not clear and  does not have an entrepreneurial spirit (such as creative spirit, innovation, skills in empowering waqf land assets).Originality/Values: understand nazir that the importance of land waqf is productively empowered
