Abstract

ABSTRACTThe high Number of Indonesian migrant workers (IMWs)workingin abroad, in facts, is not supported by adequate government protections. Due to BNP2TKI Crisis Center data of 2016, there are at least 27 thousand casesfaced by IMWs working in many countries all over the world. According to the research results conducted Wulan (2011), problems faced by IMWs in the destination countries, 80 percent of those come from villages. A village actually has strategic roles to becomes a foundation of safe migrations since villages arethe first exit doorsforpotential IMWs. The government negligence in protecting IMWs eventually results in village constructive fights to protect their people. IMWs protection is realized in migrant workers caring villages initiated by some villages such as inKuripan Wonosbo Central Java and Nyerot Lombok West Nusa Tenggara; Qualitative method is used in this research by having deep interviews, observation, andfocus group discussion with head of Desbumi’s village, village goverment.The results show that the existence of Desbumi can be a model of IMW’s protection from upstream to downstream and it means that the state present in the protection of IMWs.Keywords: Village, desbumi, protection, Indonesian Migrant WorkersABSTRAKTingginya jumlah Buruh Migran Indonesia (BMI) yang bekerja ke luar negeri, ternyata tidak diimbangi perlindungan yang memadai oleh negara. Pada tahun 2011-2016 berdasarkan data dari Crisis Center BNP2TKI, terdapat sedikitnya 27 ribu kasus yang menimpa BMI yang berada di berbagai negara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Ecosoc (2008), permasalahan yang dihadapi BMI di Negara tujuan, 80 persen sumbernya justru berasal dari desa. Desa sebenarnya memiliki peran yang sangat strategis untuk menjadi basis bermigrasi aman, karena desa adalah pintu keluar yang pertama bagi seorang calon BMI. Abainya pemerintah terhadap perlindungan BMI pada akhirnya justru melahirkan perlawanan-perlawanan yang konstruktif dari desa-desa untuk melindungi para warga mereka. Perlindungan terhadap BMI itu diwujudkan dalam desa peduli buruh migran (desbumi) yang diinisiasi beberapa desa, antara lain Desa Nyerot Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Desa Kuripan Wonosobo Jawa Tengah. Untuk itu peneilitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dampak keberadaan Desbumi terhadap perlindungan BMI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan FGD terhadap kepala desa, pengurus desbumi serta tokoh masyarakat di Desa Kuripan Wonosobo Jawa Tengah dan desa Nyerot Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan desbumi mampu menjadi model perlindungan BMI dari hulu sampai hilir dan menjadikan negara hadir dalam perlindungan BMI.Kata kunci; Desa, desbumi, perlindungan, Buruh Migran Indonesia

Abstract

AbstrakKurangnya fasilitas yang mendukung dalam proses belajar mengajar merupakansalah satu faktor rendahnya motivasi siswa untuk belajar bahasa Inggris. Hal iniberimbas pula pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu salah satuupaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam inovasi proses belajar mengajar yaitu denganmenerapkan pendekatan TALULAR (Teaching And Learning Using Locally AvailableResources) yaitu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber belajar lokalyang tersedia di lingkungan sekitar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan PenelitianTindakan Kelas yang meliputi empat tahapan penelitian yakni: (1) perencanaan,(2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, (4) refleksi. Pendekatan TALULAR telah berhasilmeningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris siswa kelas V SD Negeri 3Sedayu Grobogan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan motivasi danhasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah tindakan. Pada siklus I peningkatan motivasimencapai 27.06%, sedangkan rerata kelas meningkat dari 61 menjadi 68.45dengan 67.74% siswa mencapai KKM. Pada siklus II rerata kelas meningkat dari68.45 menjadi 82.07 dengan disertai 83.87% siswa mencapai KKM. Untuk motivasibelajar telah mencapai 75.61%, sehingga telah mencapai target indikatorkeberhasilan yaitu 75%.Kata kunci: motivasi, hasil belajar, pendekatan TALULARAbstractLack of facilities that support the learning process is one of the causes of low studentmotivation to learn English. Abstract

This study describes the relationship between corporate governance with financial performance on banking companies. The indicator used to explain corporate governance in this study consisted of the size of the board of directors, activities (meetings) the board of commissioners, institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, the number and size of the company's audit committee, and the size of the banking companies. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression, because in accordance with the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variables. Samples used in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2009-2011. To determine the selection of the sample used purposive sampling method. By using this method the company are obtained 19 banking companies that will be serve as samples in this study. From the results of hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that the size of the board of directors, the activity of (meeting) the board of commissioners, proportion of independent commissioners, and the audit committee is negative effect and not significantly effect on the financial performance of banking companies. The results of this study also showed that institutional ownership is positive effect but not significantly effect on the financial performance of banking companies, and firm size have a positive effect and significantly effect on the financial performance of banking companies. Overall results show that corporate governance is less effect on the performance of the banking companies.

Abstract

Abstract ?é?á A natural intelligence is a new method in the teaching and learning process in as the steps of indication to associate the needed subtance. It has a purpose to build the children?óÔé¼Ôäós intelligence to be multintellegence. This method is used to make an effective teaching learning process which deals with the students?óÔé¼Ôäó potential quality to get the maximal output in long term. This concept is actually presented to the early age learners in learning Bahasa Indonesia to know how their mother tongue will influence their second language based on the community that they live with. By living with their community who speaks Bahasa Indoensia as the second language, they will learn it in how to speak and write naturally. Learning Bahasa Indonesia using a natural intelegence is a good method in making them able to speak and write it well because this method motivate and force them how to understand, comprehend and apply it directly. And this method was actually trained to teachers of Non ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ Formal PAUD / Under age /children group. By having this training, Non ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ Formal PAUD teachers will be apble to implement the method well and the result will make children learn Bahasa Indonesia effectively and creatively.
