Abstract

Situs web dengan traffic yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan beban kerja yang berat di sisi server, yang pada gilirannya akan mengakibatkan turunnya kinerja server, bahkan kegagalan sistem secara keseluruhan. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan teknik load balancing dan failover. Load balancing merupakan teknologi untuk melakukan pembagian beban kepada beberapa server, memastikan tidak terjadi kelebihan beban pada salah satu server. Sementara itu, failover merupakan kemampuan suatu sistem untuk berpindah ke sistem cadangan jika sistem utama mengalami kegagalan. Dalam penelitian ini load balancing dengan teknik failover akan diimplementasikan pada sistem operasi Ubuntu. Software inti yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nginx dan KeepAlived. Nginx akan berfungsi sebagai load balancer, sedangkan KeepAlived untuk mengimplementasikan teknik failover. Beberapa skenario telah disiapkan untuk menguji sistem load balancing yang telah dirancang. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak JMeter. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, sistem yang dirancang berhasil membagikan beban permintaan dan dapat terus bekerja walaupun terjadi kegagalan pada server load balancer ataupun kegagalan pada server backend. Selain itu, dalam beberapa pengujian, penggunaan load balancing terbukti mampu menurunkan waktu respon dan meningkatkan thoughput pada sistem sehingga mampu meningkatkan performa keseluruhan sistem. Mengacu pada hasil penelitian ini, sistem load balancing dan failover menggunakan Nginx dapat dijadikan salah satu solusi pada sistem web server dengan situs web yang memiliki traffic tinggi.

Abstract

The human resource base is key to determining the strength or resilience of an organization. In the business world, commitment to the organization is very important. Career and organizational culture negatively affect organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of organizational culture and career development on organizational commitment at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. Quantitative and causal associative research examines cause-and-effect relationships. Validation and reliability assessments were conducted on ninety people using the saturated sampling method. A type of data analysis known as multiple linear regression analysis was used to investigate the effect of organizational culture and career development on employee commitment. The results showed that organizational commitment at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is strongly influenced by career development and organizational culture.

Abstract

The popularity of integrated Islamic schools has resulted in the dim existence of MDA and considering it as an educational development, of course, it has a positive impact and a negative impact, especially it can make the purpose and orientation of Islamic education may not be achieved. This study aims to determine the existence and continuity of Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) in the midst of the popularity of integrated Islamic schools today from a socio-economic perspective and an educational perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature and field study approach. With collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at SDIT Hikmatul Fadhillah, SDIT An-Nizam Medan, and MDA Al-Ikhlas. The results of this study indicate that from a socio-economic perspective, those who attend MDA are lower economic families while those who attend SDIT are upper economic families. Then MDA tends to classical religious learning, this must keep up with the times and technology and increase the creativity of MDA, while the existence of SDIT has adapted to technological advances. This research is expected to contribute to government managers as reference material in making educational policies and improvements to the implementation of education.

Abstract

Pengukuran kuantitas batubara di stockpile menggunakan UAV drone dji phantom 4 advanced  dan metode draught survey, dari kedua metode ini sering terjadi selisih seperti pada bulan februari,  jumlah kuantitas batubara hasil draught survey yang ada di stockpile adalah 63.541,736 MT, sedangkan dari hasil  UAV drone  adalah 62.073,119 MT, dari kedua metode tersebut terdapat selisih sebesar 1.468,617 MT. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian menggunakan kedua metode tersebut. Sisa stockpile pada bulan Februari adalah 62.073,119 MT dan batubara masuk pada bulan maret adalah 191.419,55 MT sehingga total isi stockpile pada bulan maret adalah 258.600,008 MT dengan total bedding 6.107,339 MT. Perhitungan kuantitas batubara menggunakan metode draught survey pada bulan Maret dengan jumlah pengiriman sebanyak 26 tongkang sebesar 200.895,260 MT. Sehingga sisa stockpile pada akhir maret sebesar 58.704,748 MT, Sedangkan untuk hasil perhitungan UAV drone pada bulan maret sebanyak 57.248,186 MT. Maka dari kedua metode terdapat selisih 1.456,562 MT. Faktor penyebab terjadinya selisih antara lain adanya pengurangan draft tongkang, adanya kegiatan penyamplingan, tidak dilakukannya pengujian densitas air, faktor hujan, penempatan titik ground control point (GCP) yang kurang tepat, dan proses editing yang kurang maksimal

Abstract

Cat feeding is still done manually without a system and there is no monitoring system for cat food leftovers that can be accessed through the website, Build a Monitoring System and Automatic Cat Feeder at Hiro CatShop Based on the Internet Of Things (IoT) that can monitor and provide food cat automatically and can be accessed remotely via the Website. The method that the author uses in conducting this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research methods seek an understanding of meaning, understanding, reality, events, or life by being directly and/or indirectly involved in the environment under study. cat in place, DHT11 sensor as a temperature detector in the room around the cat food place, servo motor as a means of opening the lid for cat food that comes out according to a predetermined schedule, NodeMCU to read and send sensor data into the database With an automatic cat feeding monitoring system this will make it easier for shop owners or shop employees to monitor cat feeding through the website, shop owners don't need to be afraid anymore if it's too late to feed the cat and waste too much time to come to the cat feeding place and also don't need to be afraid of losing n data caused by lost records (human error).
