Abstract

Masalah sampah sudah menjadi topik utama yang ada pada bangsa kita, banyak hal yang menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan sampah ini. Namun yang pasti faktor individu sangatlah berpengaruh dalam hal ini. Oleh karena itu pengelolaan sampah tidak bisa lepas juga dari pengelolaannya terhadap masyarakat dimana bertempat tinggal. Desa Dasri berada di Kecamatan Tegalsari, namun perilaku hidup sehat dengan lingkungan bersih masih kurang menjadi perhatian, banyaknya limbah rumah tangga seperti kertas dan kresek bekas bungkus belanjaan, bekas makanan banyak bertebaran disudut-sudut desa, dan sangat mengganggu kenyamanan dan keindahan lingkungan. Dengan melihat kondisi yang demikian maka perlu kiranya memberikan pemberdayaan pada masyarakat desa Dasri, dengan melakukan, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pemanfaatan Barang Bekas Menjadi Produk Nilai Jual Di Desa Dasri Kecamatan Tegalsari Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Pemberdayaan ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2017. Setelah pelaksanaan pemberdayaan di Desa Dasri dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan membuat kerajinan dari barang bekas di Desa Dasri, masyarakat desa Dasri khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga, yang diawali dengan adanya pelatihan ketrampilan secara intensif, mereka tidak hanya mengandalkan lagi penghasilan pokok dari kepala keluarga. namun dengan berjalannya waktu serta tertanamnya kemauan mereka untuk berwirausaha sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan terciptanya masyarakat yang mandiri dan sejahtera. Abstract

This research is a Class Action Research which aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the Teaching Teaching Learning model in class VIII MTs. Nurul Huda material Triangle. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely from each cycle consisting of 5 meetings and the last meeting was used for evaluation. During the implementation of the cycle, the team teaching learning model can be said to be quite successful because it can increase student activity and learning outcomes. An increase in activity and learning outcomes from the implementation of learning cycle I to cycle II is 6.11%.. So it can be concluded that student activities fall into the active category. As for student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 77.27% and 90.9% in cycle II, so that student learning outcomes experienced an increase of 13.63%. This shows that team teaching learning models can improve student activity and student learning outcomes. Based on the analysis of the results of tests I and II, one of the obstacles faced by students at the time of testing was the lack of students' understanding of the count operation on the triangle. Abstract

The veil is an advanced version of the use of headscarves, in Islamic interpretation studies the arguments governing whether or not the use of veils is still under debate. However, the use of veils is actually in the community, bringing the consequences of rejection greater than the headscarf. Islamic boarding schools in East Java on average do not advocate and ban their santri from wearing veils. This is an interesting thing to be examined more deeply about how the santri still existed in the midst of his friends who were wearing headscarves. The findings in the field about the existence of veiled santri in the Islamic Boarding School Environment are that the first informant (Nur Aina) and the third Informant (Dewi Rahma) can still use the veil as a cover for the Islamic Shari'a wherever the informant is despite being the only veiled santri among santri veiled. While the second informant (Rahmatus Sholehah) could not exist among his friends due to the lack of support from the immediate family, criticism from the people closest to him, and differences in responses within the surrounding community made him unable to stay for Istiqomah using his veil.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the assessment of the soundness of banks at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, PT BTPN, and PT MayBank Syariah using the RGEC method. This research uses descriptive quantitative research that leads to a comparative study. The type of sample used in this study is purposive sampling, the type of judgment sampling is selected using certain considerations that are adjusted to the research objectives or problems developed. The results of calculations using the RGEC method show that PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2016 to 2020 fluctuated, from the predicate very healthy to the predicate healthy and back again to the predicate very healthy. At PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah from 2016 to 2020 fluctuated from predicate healthy to predicate healthy enough and back again to predicate healthy. And at PT Bank BTPN from 2016 to 2020 able to maintain its rating which is very healthy. Whereas at PT MayBank Syariah from 2016 to 2020 fluctuated from very healthy predicate to healthy predicate and back again to the predicate very healthy. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that there is a comparison of the level of health assessment between PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, PT BTPN, and MayBank Syariah with the RGEC method for the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Adakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan jamaah haji pada KBIH Darussalam di Kabupaten Banyuwangi? (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan jamaah haji pada KBIH Darussalam di Kabupaten Banyuwangi?. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik product moment. Populasi penelitian ini adalah jamaah haji KBIH Darussam yang berjumlah 37. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan rumus : Y= a+b1X1+ b2 X2 dengan hasil Y= 10,426+0,461X1+0,324X2. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan besarnya tingkat pengaruh 42,3% dipengaruhi dari variabel-variabel lain. Fhitung 12,457 >F tabel l2,247 maka dikatakan signifikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan fasilitas (X2) terhadap kepuasan jamaah haji (Y) adalah sebesar 0,423. Nilai ini mempunyai arti, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan jamaah haji KBIH Darussalam. Abstract

The competitive conditions of Islamic microfinance institutions, especially in BMTs are getting tighter from time to time, so that each BMT must create a new marketing strategy in order to maintain and gain a wider share and can increase the loyalty of its members, namely by improving the company's image and the quality of Islamic services as one factor. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate image and Islamic service quality on member loyalty at BMT UGT Sidogiri either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 80 respondents who are members of the BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between corporate image and Islamic service quality on the loyalty of members of BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu either partially or simultaneously. Variable corporate image and Islamic service quality can explain the variable loyalty of members by 89.1%, which means that the image of the company and the quality of Islamic services affect the loyalty of members at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu by 89.1%. And the model formed is Member Loyalty = 0.591 + 0.186 Corporate Image + 0.660 Islamic service quality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the competitive conditions of Islamic microfinance institutions, especially in BMTs which are getting tighter from time to time, so that each BMT must create a new marketing strategy in order to maintain and achieve a wider market share and can increase member satisfaction, namely with social factors. , culture, and religiosity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social, cultural and religiosity factors on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu and to determine the econometric model of the problem. In this study using a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test shows that: (1) social variables have a significant effect on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. (2) The cultural variable has no significant effect on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. (3) The religiosity variable has a significant effect on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. Social, cultural and religious factors have an influence of 20.1% on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu while the remaining 70.9% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

Research with the title Influence of Compensation and Work Experience on Islamic Work Ethics of Bank Syariah Mandiri Employees at Rogojampi Banyuwangi Branch Office. With the aim to find out whether compensation influences and Work Experience affects the Islamic work ethic of employees, whether work experience affects the Islamic work ethic of Bank Syariah Mandiri Employees at Rogojampi. So it can be concluded that compensation does not significantly influence the Islamic Work Ethic, which means that Ho is accepted with a sig value of 0.147 and Work Experience has a significant effect on the Islamic Work Ethic, which means Ha is accepted with a sig value of 0,000. And the (silmutan) compensation variable (X1) and work experience variable (X2) have a very strong attachment with a value of 84,397 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 then Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.862 which means that the compensation and work experience variables influence the Islamic work ethic of employees by 86.2% and the remaining 13.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of trust, Islamic Service Quality and Islamic Marketing Ethics on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Genteng Banyuwangi. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study amounted to 240 respondents who are customers of BSI KCP Genteng Banyuwang. Hypothesis testing using the T test or partially shows that trust, Islamic service quality and Islamic marketing ethics have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And through the F test it is known that trust, Islamic service quality and Islamic marketing ethics together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Genteng Banyuwangi. So from the research that the researchers did, it can be concluded that trust, Islamic service quality and Islamic marketing ethics have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Genteng Banyuwangi either partially or simultaneously.
