<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance through employee work discipline. The respondents of this study consisted of 101 employees on Civil Service Agency of Education and Training (BKP2D) Riau Province. The research data is derived from the results of questionnaires which then were analyzed using path analysis. The equations model is processed using the Smart PLS application. Based on the hypothesis used in this study, it indicates that leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline is variable that give the greatest influence on employee performance. So it can be stated that the leadership and motivation through employee work disciplined plays an important role in improving employee performance on Civil Service Agency of Education and Training (BKP2D) Riau Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin kerja pegawai. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 101 orang pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKP2D) Provinsi Riau. Data penelitian ini berasal dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan Path Analysis. Model persamaan tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan sedangkan disiplin kerja adalah variable yang memberikan pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi melalui disiplin memberikan pengaruh penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKP2D) Provinsi Riau .]]>
