Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh dimensi kualitas layanan (Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalahTangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathydan kepuasan pelanggan PT. PLN ULP Bireuen. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan motode regresi linear berganda, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 pelanggan PT. PLN ULP Bireuen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel Tangibility (X1), Assurance (X4) dan Empathy (X5) yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. PLN ULP Bireuen. Sedangkan Reliability(X2) dan Responsiveness (X3) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. PLN ULP Bireuen.Kata kunci: Dimensi Kualitas Layanan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of product innovation and market orientation on sales performance and impact to the productinnovation in the Home Industry Keripik in Bireuen District. The result of research should be use full in practical nor theoretical, that substance on marketing development management, the specific is entrepreneur ‘home industry Keripik Bireuendistrict to increase product innovation, market orientation and sales performance. The methods of research use Quantitative Research, with the nature descriptive research and verivicative. Data collecting through questioner with field study technique, the sampling census. The field data collecting is carry on 2021. The statistic analysis technique to test the hypothesis use analysis and sobel test. Basedon analysis result influence directly effect and not directly effect find that market orientation on product innovation have a positive influent and significant on sales performance in the Home product industry Keripik Bireuen District. Based on result mediation effect test results concluded that variable of innovation mediate on effect market orientation partial to sale performance Home industry Keripik Bireuen District. The mediate test result indicate all mediation.

Abstract

Failure of financial reports to meet the information needs of report users. Profit, which should be an indicator for decision making, is not presented in accordance with actual facts about the company's economic condition, so the quality is doubtful. Profits that do not show true information about the company's performance will have an impact on the objectives to be achieved by the users of the report. This study aims to determine the effect of accounting conservatism, company size and good corporate governance on the quality of company earnings. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of non-financial institution companies from 2018 to 2022. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that Conservatism has a positive effect on earnings quality, the tcount value is 3.319 with a significance level of 0.003, company size and good corporate governance have no effect on earnings quality. This means the hypothesis is rejected. The coefficient of determination ((R2) shows the magnitude of the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable. 0.825 This means that 82.5% of the quality of company earnings is influenced by accounting conservatism, company size and good corporate governance, while the remaining 7.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Suatu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan di Desa  Kuala Raja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperluas pemahaman serta pengetahuan tentang manajemen kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat serta nantinya diharapkan mampu mendorong perekonomian masyarak pesisir pantai Kuala Raja. Dan melalukan pelatihan tentang pengembangan bidang-bidang usaha yang transparansi, dan profesionalisme bagi seluruhlapisan masyarakat yang ada di kawasan pesisir pantai Kuala Raja. Tata laksana kegiatan ini dengan melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi, penjelasan dari materi yang telah disiapkan serta melakukan diskusi yang dipaparkan oleh beberapa dosen dari Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia dan Dosen Universitas Labuhanbatu. Pemerintahan setempat memberikan dukungan kepada para dosen-dosen dari universitas Islam Kebangsaan indonesia dan Universitas Labuhanbatu untuk melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan serta pendampingan dalam berwirausaha. Acara ini terdiri dari 15 peserta yang akan mengikuti penyuluhan serta pendampingan yang berada di kawasan pesisir pantai Kuala Raja. Banyak usaha kecil yang berada dikawasan pesisir pantai di Kuala Raja memiliki usaha yang sudah berjalan namun masih dalam sekala kecil, ditemukan bahwa bisnis yang mereka kelola tidak berjalan secara maksimal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga di kawasan pesisir pantai kuala raja. Maka dari itu diperlukan pendampingan jadi tidak hanya sekedar pelatihan saja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lokasi, harga, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas Terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko pakaian emas. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden, sedangkan populasi yang dijadikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan yang loyalitas di toko pakaian emas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji t), pengujian signifikan simultan (uji F), dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi, harga, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko pakaian emas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of organizational commitment and work stress on auditor performance and the impact on the locus of control on the internal auditors of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Aceh’s Province. The results of the research must be used in full practically and theoretically, namely the substance in human resource development management, especially the internal auditors of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Aceh’s Province to improve performance. The research method used is Quantitative Research, with descriptive and verification research. Collecting data through questionnaires with field study techniques, census sampling. Field data collection was carried out in 2022. The statistical analysis technique to test the hypothesis used Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the internal auditors of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah of Aceh’s Province. (2) work stress has a negative and significant effect to the performance of the internal auditors PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Aceh’s Province. (3) Locus of control partially has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the internal auditors PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Aceh’s Province. (4) Locus of control strengthens the relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of the internal auditors PT Bank Aceh Syariah of Aceh’s Province. (5) Locus of control strengthens the relationship between work stress and the performance of the internal auditors Bank Aceh Syariah Aceh’s Province.
