Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh curiosity terhadap pengetahuan siswa tentang thaharah pada pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini Eksperiment kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMP 218 Jakarta dengan desain eksperiment 2X1 dan mengambil 60 siswa sebagai sampelnya. Analisis dan penafsiran terhadap data ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan siswa tentang thaharah antara yang memiliki curiosity tinggi dan curiosity rendah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa curiosity berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan thaharah siswa pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.

The Covid-19 pandemic has been widely researched in terms of its impact on social, cultural and political life, some have also examined the implementation of Distance Learning. This study describes the service of students' parents towards the implementation of child-friendly in the home based learning and relation to coping strategies and self-concept. Conducted in Jakarta by taking eighty sampling obtained by simple random sampling, using correlational quantitative methods, processing statistical data with person product moment, resulting in findings that there is a significant relationship between coping strategies and self concept with service parents of students towards the implementation of child-friendly home-based learning. Thus, to improve the quality of services and the continuity of the learning program at home, it is necessary to develop coping strategies and self-concept of the parents of students, as part of the policy for Distance Learning program intervention.Keyword: Educational Service in the home, Child-Frendly base, Covid-19 pandemic, Strategy coping, The Self-concept.

Abstrak Perwujudan perdamaian dan pencapaian kebahagiaan merupakan keinginan luhur semua manusia di muka bumi ini. Kajian tentang damai negatif yang berimpitan dengan coping strategy berbasis stratifikasi sosial dan gender adalah hal yang sangat menarik. Artikel ini mencoba untuk mengungkap persemaian coping strategy dalam habitat masyarakat dalam tekanan covid-19 dan usaha semua pihak mewujudkan damai negatif. Damai negatif berpengaruh terhadap naik turun coping strategy masyarakat pada status sosial tinggi dan rendah serta male dan female pada masyarakat yang status sosial tinggi dan rendah. Metode yang digunakan library research dengan menghimpun, mengkaji dan menganalisis sumber-sumber sekunder yang autentic. Dari hasil kajian di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa negara harus hadir mewujudkan perdamaian abadi di tengah masyarakat dengan melakukan apresiasi terhadap para tokoh masyarakat yang berpartisipasi membantu pemerintah. Melakukan edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait dengan dampak segala sesuatu hal yang akan menimpa masyarakat. Melakukan sinergitas dengan segenap komponen sosial agar senantiasa bergotong groyong mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil dan makmur. Dan mengembangkan regulasi yang mendekatkan masyarakat dalam keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat. Atmosfier sosial ini menyuburkan tumbuh dan berkembang coping strategy masyarakat untuk menggapai kebahagian hidup tanpa memandang status sosial dan gender. Kata Kunci: Coping Strategy, Damai Negatif, Status Sosial, Gender. Abstract The realization of peace and the attainment of happiness are the noble desires of all human beings on this earth. The study of negative peace which coincides with coping strategy based on social and gender stratification is very interesting. This article tries to reveal the breeding ground of coping strategy in the community's habitat under the pressure of COVID-19 and the efforts of all parties to create negative peace. Negative peace affects the ups and downs of people's coping strategy in high and low social status and male and female in people with high and low social status. The method used is library research by collecting, reviewing and analyzing authentic secondary sources. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the state must be present to realize lasting peace in the community by appreciating the community leaders who participated in helping the government. Educate the public regarding the impact of everything that will befall the community. Synergize with all social components so that they always work together to create a just and prosperous society. And develop regulations that bring people closer to social justice for all people. This social atmosphere fosters the growth and development of community coping strategy to achieve happiness in life regardless of social status and gender. West Sumatra is under the ring of fire and there are megathrusts, which come from two segments, namely the Siberut and Sipora-Pagai segments, earthquakes are part of people's lives, community preperedness in interacting and transacting with earthquakes is an unavoidable choice. This study seeks to examine, describe and analyze the relationship between variables of natural intelligence, self-efficacy and disaster literacy with disaster preparedness and analyze the dominant variables that influence disaster preparedness. The research method is quantitative associative correlation in analyzing the effect of one independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study found that first, there is a very significant positive relationship between natural intelligence and disaster preparedness; the second, there is a very significant positive relationship between self efficacy and disaster preparedness; the third, there is a very significant positive relationship between disaster literacy and disaster preparedness. From the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the community already has preparedness in dealing with earthquake disasters, but there is still a need for improvement, effective improvement by intervening on natural intelligence because this variable has proven to have a high influence on disaster preparedness.

Tourism is a sector with great potential in contributing to improving the economy of a country. According to Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning tourism, tourism is an activity that aims at organizing tourism services, providing tourist objects and attractions. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an effect of local revenue from the tourism sector in improving the economy of Kolaka Regency and also how are the supporting and inhibiting factors for development of the tourism sector in Kolaka Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of local revenue from the tourism sector in improving the economy of Kolaka Regency and also to determine the obstacles or obstacles experienced by the tourism sector as well as supporting factors for tourism development in Kolaka Regency.The research method used is a type of quantitative research with a quantitative approach with the subject of local revenue from the tourism sector in improving the economy of Kolaka Regency. Then the research procedure carried out includes intensive observation (questionnaires, interviews, and documentation) about the local revenue from the tourism sector in improving the economy of Kolaka Regency.The results of this study indicate that local revenue from the tourism sector has an influence in improving the economy of Kolaka Regency, this is evidenced by the results obtained from the SPSS application which functions to test the questionnaire that has been filled in by employees in the form of statements.

ABSTRACTThe National Commission on Human Rights or abbreviated as Komnas HAM Indonesia, this institution was established during the New Order era whose legal basis was established using Presidential Decree No. 50 of 1993. In the reform era, the existence of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) was strengthened by the issuance of Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights. However, the existence of Komnas HAM was doubted by the public for its independence because it was considered vulnerable to intervention by the government. 1. How is the development of human rights enforcement in Indonesia? 2. What are the obstacles for Komnas HAM in carrying out its role? 3. How does Komnas HAM handle cases of human rights violations in Indonesia? The research method in this research is normative juridical. The role of Komnas HAM in upholding human rights in Indonesia is very important to resolve cases of human rights violations and is needed in accordance with what is mandated by the Human Rights Law and in line with what the Indonesian people want. The Human Rights Law has weaknesses so that Komnas HAM cannot act proactively in carrying out its role. Komnas HAM in resolving cases of human rights violations is by means of reparation of the rights of the victims. Pada era reformasi keberadaan komisi nasional hak asasi manusia (Komnas HAM) diperkuat kedudukanya dengan lahirnya undang-undang No. 39 tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia. Namun keberadaan Komnas HAM sempat diragukan oleh publik atas indenpendensinya karena dianggap rentan di intervrensi oleh pemerintah.1.Bagaimana perkembangan penegakan HAM di Indonesia ? 2. Apa kendala dari Komnas HAM dalam menjalankan perannya ? 3. Bagaimana cara Komnas HAM dalam menangani kasus pelanggaran HAM di Indonesia ? Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Peran Komnas HAM dalam penegakan HAM di Indonesia sangat penting untuk menyelesaikan kasus pelanggaran HAM dan dibutuhkan sesuai yang diamanatkan Undang-Undang HAM serta selaras denga apa yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Undang-undang HAM memiliki kelemahan sehingga Komnas HAM tidak bisa bergerak secara pro aktif dalam menjalankan perannya. Komnas HAM dalam menyelesaikan kasus pelanggaran HAM yaitu dengan cara pemulihan (reparation) hak-hak korban. Kata Kunci : Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia, Pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia.

Contributions are donations that can be in the form of material, thoughts, and actions. Character education is education that fosters a student in developing the goodness that is in him, because basically all humans have the potential for goodness that is in each of us, and with education that potential for goodness can be raised and developed. The book of ta'lim muta'llim is one of the reference books that is widely used in Islamic boarding schools, in this book it discusses the things that must be done by students in achieving blessed knowledge. The formulation of the problem in this study, what are the values of character education contained in the book of ta’lim muta'llim and how is the contribution of the book of ta'lim muta'llim in shaping the character of the students of Al Mawaddah Islamic boarding school Warrahmah Kolaka. The purpose of the research is to find out the values of character education contained in the book of the ta'lim muta'llim and its contribution in shaping the character of the students of the Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka Islamic boarding school. The results of the study show that the character values in the ta'lim muta'llim book, especially in the discussion of the exaltation of knowledge and teachers, in this chapter explain a number of things which are then instilled in every student at the Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka Islamic boarding school as a form of character education. As for some of these things, namely, (1) may not pass in front of the teacher, even if they are forced to pass in front of the teacher, they want to ask permission in our tradition mello tabe, (2) do not occupy the teacher's seat, (3) do not start the speaker when we are called to face him other than with his permission, (4) not to look at his face when dealing with him, (5) not to ask something that can make the teacher bored when he is tired, (6) be disciplined, (7) seek the teacher's approval, and (8) trying not to make the teacher angry.

This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with a sample of 210 respondents, from the Likert scale used the average respondent answered 3.56 points, it can be seen that students' perceptions of online learning some time ago were effective. This study discusses the effect of cooperative learning on student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Latambaga. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the effect of cooperative learning on student learning outcomes using the Jigsaw method. The type of research used by researchers is a quantitative approach. The variables of this study are cooperative learning (X) and learning outcomes (Y). The number of samples used by researchers in this study were 155 students. The research instrument used in research is using cooperative learning questionnaires on learning outcomes. Based on the results of the research analysis that has been carried out, it was found that there was an influence of cooperative learning on learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Latambaga. This can be seen from the data that has been processed by SPSS in class XI, namely 7,419 with a significant value of 000 <0.05, so the processing results prove that there is an effect of cooperative learning on student learning outcomes.
