Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan pendidikan dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII (2) besarnya pengaruh lingkungan pendidikan dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsi dengan jenis korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Rowokele sebanyak 246 orang dengan sampel 49 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dengan bentuk pilihan ganda. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi ganda yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh antara lingkungan pendidikan dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Rowokele Kabupaten Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0.445 atau 44 %. Secara parsial kontribusi variabel lingkungan pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 9.67 % sedangkan kontribusi variabel disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 8.64 %. This study aimed to determine : (1) whether there is influence of environmental education and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of students of class VII social studies (2) the influence of education and discipline of learning environments on learning outcomes of students of class VII social studies. This study is a description of the type of correlation. The population in this study were all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Rowokele as many as 246 people with a sample of 49 students. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with multiple choice. Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis of percentages and multiple regression analysis previously undertaken normality test data. The results showed that there is influence between education and disciplined learning environment on learning outcomes IPS seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Rowokele Kebumen Academic Year 2013/2014 with a contribution of 0445 or 44%. Partially contribute to the educational environment variable learning outcomes by 9.67% while the contribution of variable discipline of learning on learning outcomes was 8.64%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) the influenced of supervision toward work motivation (2) the influenced of work motivation toward education quality (3) the influenced of supervision toward education quality. The research method used is the survey by path analysis. This research was carried out in Kecamatan Makasar East Jakarta. Research findings are outlined as follows (1) there is a direct and significant influenced of supervision toward work motivation (2) there is a direct and significant influenced of work motivation toward education quality (3) there is a direct and significant influenced of supervision toward education quality.

Abstract

Except for economic motive, consideration of special consumer demand such as diabetes patients has been increased utilization of sweeteners. But for healthy porposes, the sweetener must be natural, non toxic, low calorie and stable during process. Stevia is a sweetener which have that requirements. In recent year, there are stevia pure derivative products in the market but in high price so has not been used by small industries. Therefore, this study was aim to optimize utilization of stevia through simple extraction to produce sweetener for starfruit juice as small industry product. The research were divided to four step, they were determining of stevia leaves preparation, determining of extraction methode, determining of cold storage effect and determining of appropriate stevia concentration. The result showed that neither pH nor total soluble solid of starfruit juice were change by addition of stevia. According to organoleptic test we knew that dry leave of stevia was sweeter than fresh one when extracted in boiling water over 20 minutes (dry leaves:water is 1:100). Then, this liquid consentrate must be stored in refrigerator over 18 hours to raise the sweetness. The best concentration for starfruit juice was 1% liquid concentrate which combined with 8% sucrose.

Abstract

Basil (Ocimum basillicum) is one of plant which can be used for biopesticide. The research was carried out at Balai Penelitian Tanaman Obat Tawangmangu ( BPTOT ) and Faculty of Agriculture Tunas Pembanguan University, Surakarta, to find out sum of actif compound of basil, dose and consentration effective for controlled Aphid Spp. on red pepper chili. The result of chromatographi analist showed that volatile oil 0,560%, yellow, geraniol 20,00%, methyl eugenol 30,04%, and sitrol 41,45%. Based of that result, carry out to controlled Aphid Spp. on red pepper chili at Green House Faculty of Agriculture, Tunas Pembangunan University, Surakarta. The parameters were population of Aphid Spp., attact intensity, height of plant, weight of fresh crown, weight of dry crown, sum of red pepper chili, sum of green pepper chili, weight of red pepper chili, and weight of green pepper chili. The result showed that dose and consentration of active compound of basil significant fot attact intensity and weight of red pepper chili.

Abstract

The study, effect of Rhizoctonia binucleat resistance to water stress in seedlings of vanilla (Vanilla planifolia Andrews). This study aimed to determine the ability of thevanilla plant water stress situation with Rhizoctonia binucleat inoculated 30 days afterplanting. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of wireSurakarta Development Branch. It was designed with a factorial randomizeds design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor Rhizoctonia binucleat inoculation (R) cedar there is no inoculation Rhizoctonia binucleat (R0) and inoculation with Rhizoctonia binucleat (R1). Inoculation was performed after 30 days of planting. The second factor sprinkling water treatment interval (A), consisting of daily watering (A1), 5 days (A2), every 10 days (A3), every 15 days (A4), and every 20 days (A5) . The results showed that the plants were inoculated with Rhizoctonia binucleat better growth and lower percentage of injury plant compared to plants without inoculation of Rhizoctonia binucleat.I

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study of CaCl2 and mild heat treatments on quality of ready-to-eat Jackfruit during refrigerated storage. Ready-to-eat Jackfruits were dipped for 10 min in 1% solution of calcium chloride at 40 or 50°C. Firmness, concentration of bound-calcium, total soluble solid, acidity and sensory characteristics were evaluated during 13 days storage at 4°C. The result showed that the use of the treatments improved the keeping quality of ready-to-eat Jackfruit. The treated fruit showed higher value of firmness, concentration of bound-calcium, soluble solid content, acidity during storage and had better value on appearance, aroma, texture and acceptability than control

Abstract

The research was done in KelurahanKaumanKidul, KecamatanSidorejo, Kota Salatiga, from February until June 2008, the type of soil is Latosol, the altitude is 525 metere above sea level. This research was arranged in Split-plot Design. Kinds of varieties as main plot concisted of 3 levels: Pepe, Sintanur and IR 64, and dosages of NPK fertilizer as sub plot consisted 4 levels: 0 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha, 250 kg/ha and 300 kg/ha. In this research Urea fertilizer was still used 200 kg/ha. The datas were analyzed using analysis variance and Least Significant Difference Qf5% level. The research showed that kinds of varieties influenced significant to high of plant, total amount of bough, amount of productive bough, dry shel of rice plant, dry shel of rice milled weight per sample, but not significant to weight of fresh straw anddry straw, dry shel of rice weight per plot, and weight of 1000 seeds. Dosages of NPKfertilizer influenced significant to high of plant, total amount of bough, weight of freshand dry straw, weight of dry shell per sample and per plot, weight of dry rice milled persample and per plot and weight of 1000 seeds. Combined effect from two treatmentswas significant to weight of dry shell milled per sample and per plot, and not significantto other parameters. The highest yield from this research is 6,417 ton/hc fromtreatment IR 64 variety and 300 kg/ha dosage NPK fertilizer, but statistically not significant different from treatment with Sintanur or Pepe varieties and dosage fertilizeris 250 kg/ha. From economics analysis knows that using sintanur and Pepe varietieswith dosage fertilizer 250 kg/ha is more profit than IR 64. Key words: rice plant, varieties, NPK dosages

Abstract

The research was done in Selongisor village, Batur, Getasan, Semarang Regency, from May until July 2010, the type of soil is Andisol (PPT : Andosol, the altitude is 1450 metres above sea level. This research was arranged in Randomyzed Completely Block Design (RCBD) consisted of  two tratment factors with three replications, that are ; I. rabbit urine dosage (K0 = without rabbit urine, K1 = 50 l/ha, K2 = 100 l/ha, K3 = 150 l/ha) and II. Fluid organic fertilizer dosage (O1 = 5 l/ha, O2 = 10 l/ha, O3 = 15 l/ha). The research showed that rabbit urine dosage influenced not significant to weight of fresh biomass, weight dry biomass, flower diametre, the height of plant and amount of leaves, but influence significant to the yield per block. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer dosage showed not significant to the weight of fresh biomass, weight dry biomass, flower diametre, the height of plant and amount of leaves, and total yield of flower. Combined effect from two treatments was  not significant difference to weight of fresh biomass, weight dry biomass, flower diametre, the height of plant and amount of leaves, but influence significant to the yield per block.. The highest result is 64,167 gram get from the treatment rabbit urine dosage 150 l/ha and Fluid organic fertilizer dosage 10 l/ha.

Abstract

Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Komposisi Media Dan Bagian Setek Terhadap Keberhasilan Setek Dan Pertumbuhan Awal Tanaman Jarak Pagar (Jatropha curcas L )”. Penulisan skripsi ini berdasarkan penelitian pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktobre 2007, tempat penelitian di lahan pertanian Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Tingkat I Jawa Tengah, Tarubudaya Ungaran yang memiliki jenis tanah latosol dengan derajad kemasaman 6 – 6,5 serta terletak pada ketinggian antara 400 s/d 500 m diatas permukaan laut. Suhu rata-rata 23º C s/d 27º C dan masuk tipe iklim Scimidt Ferguson tipe C (agak basah). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah faktorial dengan pola dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri atas 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu Komposisi Media (M) yang meliputi M0 = media tanah latosol; M1 = media tanah dan pasir (perbandingan 1:1 berdasarkan volume); M2 = media tanah dan arang sekam (perbandingan 1:1 berdasarkan volume); M3 = media tanah, pasir, arang sekam (perbandingan 1:1:1 berdasarkan volume); dan Bagian Bahan Setek (S) meliputi S1 = setek batang bagian pucuk; S2 = setek batang bagian tengah; S3 = setek batang bagian bawah. Setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Perlakuan media tanam sangat berbeda nyata terhadap saat tumbuh tunas, panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat basah akar tapi tidak berbeda nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, volume akar, berat basah tunas dan berat brangkasan kering; 2) Perlakuan bahan setek sangat berbeda nyata terhadap saat tumbuh tunas, berat basah tunas, tetapi berbeda nyata terhadap berat brangkasan kering, dan tidak berbeda nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, volume tunas, panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat basah akar; 3) Interaksi antara media tanam dan bahan setek (M x S) menunjukkan sangat berbeda nyata terhadap saat tumbuh tunas, tetapi tidak berbeda nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, volume akar, panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat basah tunas, berat basah akar, berat brangkasan kering; 4) Perlakuan terbaik dalam penelitian ini adalah (M2 x S1) interaksi antara media tanam tanah + arang sekam dengan bahan setek bagian pucuk.
