Abstract

Organizational culture in which there is a relationship between humans can cause why a strategy can be implemented in a hospital. Leadership as one aspect of human relations determines a strategic plan that is technically imperfect if implemented properly, it will get better results compared to a perfect strategic plan but only on paper. This study uses ethnographic studies to explore the implementation of the strategic plan of nursing services in the perspective of the leadership of the head of the room based on organizational culture at one hospital in Kalimantan. Data retrieval uses indepth interviews, observations, and documentation. The focus of this research is divided into subfocus procedures, personnel, strategies or methods, staff structuring, direction, leadership style, values, assumptions, artifacts, and rituals. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture is less conducive due to members who are just waiting for instructions from the leadership resulting in the leadership of the head of the room in administrator style. Whereas the implementation of the strategic plan depends on how the human resources in the hospital carry it out, especially how the leadership.

Abstract

Ketidakamanan kerja (job insecurity) merupakan suatu persepsi subyektif terhadap pentingnya aspek-aspek pekerjaan, ancaman terhadap aspek pekerjaan, pentingnya keseluruhan pekerjaan, ancaman terhadap keseluruhan pekerjaan dan ketidakberdayaan terhadap masalah pekerjaan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakamanan kerja diantaranya adalah karakteristik individu (usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, status perkawinan, pendapatan dan status kepegawaian). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakamanan kerja  pada perawat di RSUD Datu Sanggul Rantau dan RSUD.H. Badaruddin Tanjung.Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Variabel independen faktor yang mepengaruhi dan variabel dependen  ketidakamanan kerja. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 256 responden terdiri dari 151 PNS dan 105 Non PNS. Instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner skala ketidakamnan kerja, uji statistik menggunakan regresi logistik ganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakamanan kerja yaitu masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan dengan odds ratio 6,005. Hal ini dikarenakan perawat mengganggap perlindungan kerja, pembagian imbalan jasa pelayanan,  kualitas pengawasan (supervisi) keperawatan dan pengembangan kompetensi sebagai salah satu aspek pekerjaan yang penting.

Abstract

Background : Efforts to achieve the vision and mission of a healthy Indonesia in 2025 are still experiencing problems due to the high number of degenerative diseases including chronic kidney failure. According to WHO 2018, kidney failure is a chronic disease with the 20th highest mortality rate in the world. In Indonesia in 2018 there were 713,783 people suffering from kidney failure. Meanwhile, the most risk factors are due to diabetes mellitus 33.3% in Banjarmasin Objective: This study was to determine the relationship between diabetes mellitus sufferers and the severity of chronic kidney failure in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Method: This type of research is quantitative with an analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. Done at one time using documentation sheets to collect data on respondents with a population of 567 respondents and a sample of 216 respondents, using purposive sampling technique, with chi-square analysis. Result: From this study, the results of univariate analysis of diabetes mellitus 34 (15.7%), 182 diabetes mellitus (84.3%) did not, End Renal Diseases 151 (70%), Non End Renal 65 (30%). The results of bivariate analysis using chy-square analysis with a P-value of 0.011 <0.05 there is a significant relationship between diabetes mellitus and the severity of kidney failure Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between diabetes mellitus and the severity of kidney failure
