Abstract

This study wasconductedtofindoutthe obstacles of implementation of Islamic education at the Elementary School of Lobugoti Sigotom Julu District Pangaribuan District North Tapanuli. North Tapanuli is a very familiar area with kinship or kinship. It is very unfortunate if this does not care about each other. This research is expected to provide solutions for the implementation of Islamic religious education in the form of procurement of Islamic religious teachers and the provision of school facilities and infrastructure that support the teaching and learning process at the school. Islamic religious education is essentially an effort to transfer religious values, knowledge and culture that are carried out continuously so that values can be a source of motivation and aspirations and benchmarks in the actions and attitudes and thinking patternsfor adherents. Research on the obstacles of the implementation of Islamic religious education in Lobugoti Sigotom Julu State Elementary School, Pangaribuan Tapanuli Utara District is included in field research, withgrounded theory method. Technique of taking informant in this research done by purposive. Data sources are obtained directly through the parties concerned through interviews, observation and document analysis. This research is very useful for the benefit of the people, the nation and the state in realizing the ideals of the Indonesian republic's struggle, where with religious education, the moral of the students become better.

Abstract

Communication between teacher and student in the implementation of learning is crucial to the acquisition of targeted learning outcomes, this is because the purpose of communication is the effort to deliver messages from the communicator to the communicant so that they have the same meaning. Same here the meaning is the same interpretation of a teacher who teaches in class to students. Children with physical impairment are children who have a damaged or disturbed condition as a result of impaired form or obstacles in the bones, muscles, and joints in their normal functioning. This condition can be caused by illness, accident or can be caused due to innate. Access to education for the physically disabled is no different from a normal child, they both have the right to obtain education such as gaining knowledge, abilities, and skills. Although many individual differences are expressed between one child and another, human rights remain the same as are the rights of extraordinary children the same as normal children. The communication strategy of Islamic religious education teachers is expected to be realized properly so that in the delivery of the material gets a foot back, For this reason, the authors convey the results of research in the form of Communication Strategies of Islamic Education Teachers for Tunadaksa children in LB LB YPAC Medan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the understanding of the Lau Gumba community on halal and good food. The object of the study was a study group of mothers in Lau Gumba Village, Berastagi, Karo. The application of halal is very useful because it will be applied in family life. This research is expected to provide a solution in striving for Muslims who are in Lau Gumba Village to maintain and consume halal and good foods where human nature is greatly influenced by what they eat. This research was conducted for 9 months, in order to obtain data and information researchers used a qualitative approach by observations and interviews. This research is very useful for the benefit of the people, nation and state in realizing the ideals of the struggle of the Republic of Indonesia, where the preservation of Muslims from halal and haram will manifest a freedom and satisfaction with the implementation of each worship.

Abstract

This service was carried out in the South Namu Ukur Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. This activity aims to instill an image for the younger generation to seek to increase religious understanding for family members through informal education through strengthening education in families. The specific target inthis service is to provide an understanding of the importance of education as a stronghold in responding to other forms of education. Through a coaching program that can later be carried out on an ongoing basis, it can create a resilient young generation. Youth are the next generation that physically and thought can easily accept change. The expected outcome of this dedication is that it can be published in scientific journals thathave ISSN and be additional information in the making of teaching materials in communication science courses, especially organizational communication and group communication. This dedication will be carried out in the southern Namu measuring village consisting of 10 environments including the Namu Measuring Environment, Simpang Tiga Environment, Tanjung Karo Environment, Modeling Environment, Sidodadi Environment, Siriang-jovial Environment, Suka Rame Environment, Sido Rukun Environment, Lau Workshop environment , South Namu Measuring Environment. The length of service is 2 months, the approach used is a case study by gathering various kinds of information which is then processed to get a solution so that the problems revealed can be solved.

Abstract

Communication is the essential part of family life; family relationships will be harmonious if established good communication in family members. It can also be seen and understood from the meaning of communication derived from the Latin word “communicatio.” It has the same meaning. From some communication that happened in family,the author only discuss communication between child and parent in the family according to Al-Quran Surah Al Isra 23-24 and Al-Luqman 14-15. Family communication is an organization that uses words, gestures, the intonation of sounds, actions to create image expectations, expressions of feelings and mutual understanding. Words, posture, the intonation of sounds and actions, contain the intent to teach, influence and give understanding. The main purpose of this communication is initiating and maintaining interaction between one member with other members to create effective communication. The communication between the child and the parent in verse is to instruct, to require and oblige the duties of both parents by not showing contradiction or rebellion to both. The devotion to parents is not special when both parents are Muslim. Even if both unbelievers, worship and do good to both remain obligatory.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the effectiveness of using cooperative learning model of STAD type on students’ mathematical solving ability at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Selatan. This research was conducted by applying experimental (one group pre test post test design) with 25 students as the sample and they were taken by using cluster sampling technique from 140 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it was found: (a) the average of using STAD type was 3.45 (very good category) and (b) the average of students’ mathematical solving ability before using STAD type was 48.92 (fair category) and after using STAD type was 75.88 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest, (SPSS version 22), the result showed the significant value was less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05). It means, there is a significant effectiveness of using cooperative learning model of STAD type on students’ mathematical solving ability. By describing of effectiveness of using STAD type was 1) 7.7% students used STAD type enough effectively, 2) 48.6% students used STAD type effectively, 3) 43.7% students used STAD very effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the communication of parents in motivating their children to follow learning at Tahfidz Khaizerani Dusun III Klambir V Kebun, Hamparan Perak District, especially in The Dusun Kapas I, II, III, to find out How Parents Provide Motivation to Children Following Learning at Tahfidz Khaizerani Kapas III Klambir V Kebun Hamparan Perak. This research was carried out for six months to obtain data and information researchers using qualitative approaches and collecting data through secondary and primary data by conducting observations and interviews With related parties. Study at the house Tahfiz Khaizarani is a village program that seeks to implement the eradication program of Arab illiteracy, which in practice is guided by students of the final semester of University Pembangunan of Panca Budi Islamic Religious Education Study Program, which is carried out for free, the implementation of this activity is carried out by students in turn and can be used as a form of practicum. The implementation of the field of children who study at the Tahfiz home has decreased in the last few months, for that there needs to be more profound research in finding the cause of the decline in santri following education. Parents establish patterns of communication with their children. The main thing that needs to be observed first is how parents try to know and understand the characteristics of each child. That way, parents indirectly already know the key to building communication patterns between parents and their children. Abstract

Power Point-based interactive learning media is one of the media that can be used by teachers in conducting learning in class. In PAI subjects, this media can be used effectively and efficiently to help teachers achieve learning goals. As one of the media that can facilitate various needs and learning styles of students, this learning media has several other advantages, such as making it easier for users to make presentation slides, equipped with various tools, such as text art, image import, etc., various templates, can be exported to PDF, has collaboration features, etc. However, behind its advantages, Power Point has disadvantages such as only being used on the Microsoft Platform, document instability in each version, and the price is too expensive. Adhering to the advantages that exist in this media, the inhibiting factors for its use in MAS Amaliyah Sunggal are still experienced or felt by PAI teachers, such as facilities and infrastructure, in this case the number of infocus is limited so that the implementation is carried out alternately with other subject teachers. In addition, teaching staff or teachers have limited skills on how to use media in the teaching and learning process in the classroom and are not fully capable of making their own learning media. Then, not all material in the lesson can use Power Point-based interactive learning. Even so, there are supporting factors for the use of this media in the school, such as positive perceptions of teachers such as interactive learning media based on Power Point facilitating the delivery of subject matter and achieving learning objectives, attracting students' attention and interest in learning so as to make students more enthusiastic and eager to listen to learning and follow every learning step that has been prepared by the PAI teacher. In addition, the teacher has the willingness to carry out varied and interesting learning in each learning meeting. Finally, there is a school's willingness to continuously try to provide learning facilities or school facilities and infrastructure that support learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what are the obstacles faced by teachers of the Qur'an Hadith in increasing the interest in learning of Class X Students in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio, Sunggal. This research is qualitative research with informants of Qur'an Hadith teachers, school principals, and four students, namely, grade X IPS3 students and IPA 3 students.      This type of research is qualitative research. In qualitative research, the presentation of data can be done in the form of descriptions or abbreviations, summaries, charts, relationships, categories, flowcharts, or the like. In this case, Miles and Huberman stated that in presenting data is presenting data in qualitative research is in the form of narrative text. The results of this study show that the obstacles faced by teachers of the Qur'an Hadith in increasing the interest in learning of Class X Students in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio do not have heavy obstacles, only in motivating the learning of Class X Students cannot be done spontaneously but it takes time and process to fix them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the leadership management of school principals in improving the quality of performance of educators and education personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Sunggal. Improving the quality of performance of educators and education personnel has a significant impact on the educational process and the achievement of the desired educational goals. This paper uses a qualitative descriptive approach that seeks to explain the form of leadership management of a school principal in order to improve the quality of educational performance and education personnel. The principal also has authority for the progress of the school he leads, the principal also has the right to issue regulations to develop his school through discipline coaching by setting a good example such as arriving on time and obeying school rules, Providing motivation for subordinates who perform well. This motivation is in the form of praise and support for teachers to be more enthusiastic in their work. In addition, by giving trust in the form of positions, awarding, by providing bonuses for outstanding teachers, thanks, receiving ideas or opinions, and giving salaries at the beginning of each month.
