Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding the code of ethics, organizational commitment, moral principles to job satisfaction with ethical behavior as intervening variables. This research is a descriptive research in the form of correlation using data collection instrument in the form of questionnaire. 60 distributed questionnaires distributed proportionally to Lecturers in eight departments in the Polytechnic of Pontianak. The analytical tool used is the regression analysis, because it uses the questionnaire then tested the validity and reliability, then tested the classical assumptions before Hypothesis Testing done. This research resulted that both partially and simultaneously that the understanding of code of ethics, organizational commitment and moral principle influence ethical behavior while the understanding of ethical code, organizational commitment and moral principle in parsil have no effect on job satisfaction, while ethical behavior partially influence to job satisfaction but simultaneously understanding the code of ethics, organizational commitment, moral principles and ethical behavior affect the job satisfaction.

Abstract

This paper discusses the heretical fatwa issued by the MUI of West Kalimantan Province against Gerakan Fajar Nusantara (Gafatar). In the beginning, Gafatar was engaged in social and community affairs, but in its development, the Community Organization taught religious beliefs and understandings that unsettled Muslim communities in Moton Village, Mempawah Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The phenomenon was then followed up by the West Kalimantan MUI by issuing heretical fatwas and calls to repent for Gafatar members. But on the other hand, the ex-Gafatar General Chairperson, Mahful M Tumanurung argues that the teachings of Gafatar are not Islamic, but they adhere to and hold fast to the understanding of Millah Abraham as the Way of God's Truth. This type of research in this paper is field research with an empirical-qualitative approach. Using qualitative data analysis, the results of this study explain that the consideration of the West Kalimantan Province MUI in issuing fatwa Number 01/MUI-West Kalimantan/I/2016 concerning the Teachings of the Nusantara Fajar Movement (Gafatar) is that the teachings carried by the Gafatar sect conflict with the Qur'an, the Hadith and the rules of Usuluddin, especially following the 10 criteria of heresy issued by the MUI. MUI is not authorized to issue fatwas forbidden if the teachings of Gafatar are a new religion, not Islam, because it is contrary to human rights.

Abstract

There are still many practices of marginalization and subordination of women. An incomplete understanding of the Qur'an and hadith is the main reason. Women have the same position as men and are elevated in status in Islam. This article aims to explain Jasser Auda's thoughts on women and their contribution to the reform of Islamic family law in Indonesia. This paper uses bibliographic research as the primary source of Jasser Auda's works. This study concludes that Jasser Auda's thinking which provides equal positions between men and women, aligns with maqāsid al-syarī’ah, which was developed and combined with systems theory. Women have an equal role and position with men in the mosque, become leaders, and are given rights in reproductive health. The authors argue that Jasser Auda's views on women have inspired several reforms in Islamic family law in Indonesia that pay more attention to women's rights and position on an equal footing with men rather than the practice of understanding Muslim societies, which are still patriarchal.

Abstract

Since the beginning of its appearance at the Prophet's time to the Companions, the Hadith has never been free from controversy. For example, the delay in codification and the prohibition on hadith writing. This condition made orientalists accused the Hadith is inauthentic. Another issue is the issue of authority, whether Hadith has the legal force that binds all people. Moreover, if the Hadith deals with various interests, its authoritative power becomes conditional. It can be very authoritative when dealing with an ongoing problem in a particular area but barren when dealing with the same problem in another place. In Muslim society, the Hadith is the second authoritative source of law after the Qur'an. Even for the Hadith with mutawatir status, the power of authority is the same as the Qur'an. The digitization of the Hadith is still very weak and limited when compared to the Qur'an, so it is difficult to find its software. People who do not have competence in the Hadith will choose to use search engines on the internet such as Google. The results obtained also come from sources whose credibility is dubious. Lidwa Pusaka answered this challenge by releasing the Nine Imams Book of Hadith software. The position and function of the Hadith are very vital as a guide for the life of Muslims. When solving a problem without using Hadith, accusations of anti-hadith, breaking the Sunnah, and various negative stigmas will arise.

Abstract

Abstract: This study reveals the methods of learning contemporary Hadith with the approach of adabi al-Ijtima'I at MAN 3 Malang. This research is qualitative in nature with a descriptive analysis approach with data mining techniques observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that the learning model of Hadith, namely: First, the nonlinguistic learning model, which has three elements, namely; 1) eliminating barriers in learning, 2) revealing meaning through analysis (meaning analysis) by means of Hadith text analysis; 3) meaning and historical. Understanding students by presenting history and uncovering meaning with stories. Second, the adabi al-Ijtima'i approach focuses on the integration of social systems with texts that include; 1) integrative between text and social system (text and social integration), that is understanding the text of Hadith with social interpretation; 2) norm integrality, ie educators understand the Hadith text in relation to social norms; 3) a description of the social context which describes the text of the common Hadith, into specific social spaces based on phenomena. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengungkap metode pembelajaran Hadis kontemporer dengan pendekatan adabi al-Ijtima’I di MAN 3 Malang, Penelitian ini bercorak kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis dengan teknik penggalian datanya observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan, bahwa model pembelajaran Hadis, yaitu: Pertama, model pembelajran nonlingustik, yang memiliki tiga unsur, yaitu; 1) menghilangkan sekat kebahasan dalam pembelajaran, 2) mengungkap makna dengan analisis (meaning analysis) dengan cara analisis teks Hadis; 3) makna dan historis. Memahamkan anak didik dengan cara menyajikan sejarah dan mengungkap makna dengan kisah. Kedua, pendekatan adabi al-Ijtima’i memfokuskan pada integrasi sistem sosial dengan teks yang mencakup; 1) integratif antara teks dengan sistem sosial (text and social integration), yaitu memahami teks Hadis dengan penafsiran sosial; 2) integrarif norma, yaitu pendidik memahamkan teks Hadis dihubungan dengan norma sosial; 3) deskripsi konteks sosial yang menjabarkan teks Hadis yang umum, ke dalam ruang-ruang sosial yang khusus berdasar fenomena.

Abstract

This Community These Community Service Activities were initiated by the UPPM Team Accounting Department after coordinating with the Principal of SMKN 1 Mempawah Hilir in April 2022. The results of an initial survey via questionnaire of 8 accounting teachers in the Financial and Institutional Accounting Expertise Program showed that teachers still lack understanding of financial accounting area, as important material in learning Accounting Practicum for Government Agencies/institutions which focuses on recording transactions and completing the accounting cycle of Regional Work Units (SKPD). This is indicated by the fact that most of the accounting teachers in the Institutional Accounting and Finance Expertise Program do not understand the types of source documents for recording transactions and techniques for recording transactions, as well as completing the SKPD accounting cycle. The solution offered by the UPPM Team of the Accounting Department to solve partner problems is to organize Regional Financial Accounting Training for Accounting Teachers at Vocational Schools throughout Mempawah Regency. The target of this activity is that 12 teachers who teach in the Institutional Accounting and Financial Expertise Program in Mempawah Regency can record transactions and complete SKPD accounting cycles, making it easier for teachers to teach every material in the Accounting Practicum subject for Government Agencies/Institutions to students in their schools. each. This training will be held on Monday, October 3, 2022 in the Lab Room. Computer SMK Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir. This training was attended by 12 accounting teachers from SMK Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir and SMK Negeri Sungai Kunyit. Activities run smoothly from 08.30 – 16.00 WIB. After attending the training, there was a significant difference in the level of understanding of the participants compared to before attending the training. Participants' knowledge of regional financial accounting increased, as well as skills in carrying out the practice of preparing SKPD financial reports. This shows that the training was carried out effectively. Hopefully the results of this training activity will be useful for teachers in transferring knowledge to their students in the Accounting Practicum subject for Government Agencies/Institutions in their respective schools. Before the event was closed, the PPM Team of the Polnep Accounting Department handed over 12 textbooks to the participants. The session of presenting souvenirs to the Principal of SMK Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir and taking a group photo ended this activity.
