Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang berkaitan dengan usia, hormon, genetic, pola makan dan gaya hidup. Angka kejadian penyakit Hipertensi pada wanita menopause semakin meningkat setiap tahun. tanpa perhatian dan penanganan khusus, Hipertensi pada wanita menopause dapat berkembang menjadi penyakit lain seperti stroke, penyakit jantung dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menganalisis hubungan IMT dengan peningkatan tekanan darah pada wanita menopause. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 50 orang yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara IMT dengan peningkatan tekanan darah pada wanita menopause dengan p value (0,001) < 0,05

Abstract

Background: Covid-19 pandemic now at its second year. Covid-19 can be transmitted from infected droplets. New variants of Covid-19 began to appear due to genetic mutations in several countries. There is no medicine that can cure Covid-19. Only vaccinations and compliance with health protocols are the hope to eliminate Covid-19 pandemic. Wear masks, wash hands, keep distance, stay away from crowds and minimize mobility. The number of confirmed cases in Indonesia reached more than two million in June 2021 and 2-4% were teenagers. Teenagers during the pandemic are asked to comply with health protocols. Obedient behavior is driven by adequate knowledge.Objectives: This study purpose was to analyze the effect of knowledge on the behavior of implementing health protocols in adolescents.Design: This research was a quantitative with an analytical observational design. Based on the time of data collection, this study was a cross-sectional design. The independent variable was knowledge while the dependent variable was behavior. Data was analyzed by logistic regression.Data Sources: Data was collected with questionnaire distributed by google form application.Results: The results of this study were most of respondents were less than 20 years old, female and obtained information about Covid-19 from the internet. Most of the respondents had good knowledge and behavior of Covid-19 health protocols. The results of the logistic regression test showed p value = 0.014 <0.05 where H0 was rejected. OR value = 2.1551.Conclusions: There was a significant effect of knowledge on behavior of Covid-19 health protocol.

Abstract

The existence of service quality that convenient with patient’s expectations would have a positive impact for the continuity of UIN Sunan Ampel’s clinic. Based on it, this research aimed to observed the level of patient satisfaction at UIN Sunan Ampel’s clinic and conducted with a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this study were all patients of UIN Sunan’s Clinic during May 2017. Sampling was collected by an incidental sampling. with 30 patients acted as respondents. The data was taken by questioner. The results of data collection were presented with frequency distribution tables in the form of graphs or diagrams. The survey results showed that the characteristics of the patient were 87% less than 20 years old, 70% female, 73% satisfied with clinical service, 87% satisfied with clinic service, 82% satisfied with the registration time at the clinic, 73% long service time of clinic pharmacy, 90% satisfied with clinical hygiene. It was expected that this research can be developed by further researchers for the better service quality at UIN Sunan Ampel’s clinic.
