Analysis of The Quality of The Eskanusa.Com Website on User Satisfaction with the Webqual 4.0 Method Mochammad Lazzuardi Effendi; Nurajijah Nurajijah; Siti Nurlela

Abstract

Information technology is currently growing rapidly, one of which is the use of the internet. PT. Eskanusa Putraco is one of the companies that use the internet as a medium to sell goods online on their website, namely eskanusa.com. User satisfaction with the use of the website will affect employee performance. This study aims to analyze how satisfied users are in their activities on the escanusa.com website using the webqual 4.0 method with 3 independent variables, namely Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality, Service (Service Interaction Quality), and 1 dependent variable, namely Overall (Overall Impression) / User Satisfaction. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that were distributed to 44 respondents. Data management is carried out using descriptive statistics to calculate the overall data obtained, which is then tested for validity and reliability tests to find out the data obtained are valid and reliable, followed by classical assumption tests using 3 tests, namely normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity to determine if symptoms occur. or not on the data, and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the independent variable has an influence with the dependent variable with the F test and T test. It is known that the variables (usability), information quality (information quality), interaction quality, service (service interaction quality) affect user satisfaction, the results obtained are 40% or not good enough because the variables of information quality and interaction quality, which are known to have not good enough influence on users.

Abstract

AbstrakProgram WUBI merupakan Program Tahunan yang dilaksanakan Bank Indonesia dalam upaya pemberian supporting baik berupa dana, pelatihan hingga pemasaran yang digunakan untuk pengembangan dan peningkatan kualitas usaha kepada pengusaha kecil menengah yang lolos seleksi pada program WUBI. Pada proses implementasi program WUBI ini Bank Indonesia melakukan seleksi yang sangat ketat dari berbagai tahapan seleksi yang harus dilalui peserta, pada proses penyeleksian yang dilakukan masih menggunakan sistem yang konvesional sehingga banyak terdapat masalah salah satunya masalah proses pemberian nilai atau kriteria-kriteria yang menjadi syarat pada program WUBI ini pada akhirnya memakan waktu yang lama serta tidak efektif dan efisiensi sehingga perlu adanya metode yang digunakan dalam proses seleksi WUBI ini, Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2018 dengan menambahkan kriteria dan perbandingan dua metode. Hasil perbandingan dari 2 metode penelitian ini berdasarkan keakuratan perhitungan keduanya didapati hasil yang sama yaitu antara metode AHP dan SAW  nilai tertinggi diperoleh oleh Irsyad Nurdin pengusaha Tas "TARA Bags”. Perbedaan terletak pada proses perhitungannya dimana  dalam proses perhitungan kesimpulan penulis lebih akurat metode AHP karena metode AHP memperhitungkan konsistensi kriteria terlebih dahulu sebelum adanya perhitungan akumulasi seleksiKata kunci: WUBI, seleksi, perbandingan, AHP, SAW  AbstractThe WUBI Program is an Annual Program implemented by Bank Indonesia in an effort to provide support in the form of funds, training to marketing that is used to develop and improve business quality for small and medium entrepreneurs who pass the selection in the WUBI program. In the process of implementing the WUBI program, Bank Indonesia conducted a very strict selection of various stages of selection that must be passed by participants, in the selection process that was carried out still using the conventional system so that there were many problems, one of which was the problem of the scoring process or the criteria that were required for the implementation of the WUBI program. this WUBI program in the end takes a long time and is not effective and efficient so it is necessary to have a method used in the WUBI selection process. This research is a development of research that has been carried out in 2018 by adding criteria and comparisons of two methods. The results of the comparison of the 2 research methods based on the accuracy of the two calculations found the same results, namely between the AHP and SAW methods the highest value was obtained by Irsyad Nurdin, the entrepreneur of TARA Bags. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various aspects of social life. There is no exception in the aspect of religious activities in the process of receiving donations or raising funds which are still carried out manually by mosque officials. This is quite irrelevant to the current conditions that require to maintain health protocols in every activity. This study aims to design an Online Donation Information System with a Payment Gateway as an appropriate solution in accommodating the entire process of receiving donations and raising funds at mosques through electronic media. The method used is the scrum system development method with several stages such as product backlog, sprints, scrum meetings, and demos.

Abstract

Keputusan persetujuan pembiayaan pada koperasi syariah memiliki risiko tinggi atas ketidakmampuan nasabah dalam membayar kewajiban kreditnya pada saat jatuh tempo atau kredit macet. Untuk menjaga dan meminimalisir risiko tersebut butuh sistem yang akurat untuk menentukan persetujuan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengembangkan penelitian sebelumnya pada tahap deployment atau menerapkan hasil model klasifikasi terbaik yaitu bobot yang dihasilkan oleh algoritma SVM ke dalam sebuah sistem dengan metode extreme programming. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem yang dapat melakukan klasifikasi data histori pinjaman nasabah koperasi syariah untuk memprediksi kredibilitas calon nasabah selanjutnya. Hasil pengujian menunjukan sistem dapat melakukan klasifikasi data nasabah dengan cukup akurat

Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang konstruksi memiliki lokasi pekerjaan yang tidak hanya terpusat dalam satu lokasi. Semakin meningkatnya jumlah pekerjaan, maka dalam pelaksanaannya memerlukan suatu pengawasan yang baik. Permasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi adalah dalam melakukan pengawasan pekerjaan dilapangan dimana direktur tidak memungkinkan untuk selalu meninjau progres pekerjaan di setiap lokasi. Aplikasi untuk memonitor progres pekerjaan proyek dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi untuk memonitor progres pekerjaan di tiap-tiap lokasi sehingga bisa dilakukan secara online tanpa harus mengunjungi tiap-tiap lokasi proyek

Abstract

Abstrak  - Proses pemasaran dan penjualan konstrusi yang masih dilakukan secara manual ditambah era pandemi yang menyebabkan mobilitas pelanggan jasa konstruksi sangat terbatas untuk  melakukan transaksi secara langsung menyebabkan penurunan profit perusahaan jasa konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjawab permasalahan pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi dengan merancang sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah dan memfasilitasi pelanggan untuk melakukan pemesanan konstruksi secara online berbasis website. Website ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode prototype dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan menggunakan framework laravel dalam melakukan pengkodean, database menggunakan MySQL untuk menyimpan seluruh data transaksi maupun data pribadi klien, tampilan aplikasi menggunakan bootstrap untuk mempercantik tampilan agar lebih responsive dan interaktif ketika digunakan. Fitur yang ditawarkan adalah klien dapat melakukan pemesanan konstruksi besi secara online melalui website, pembayaran menggunakan metode payment gateway midtrans dengan tujuan memudahkan klien dalam bertransaksi secara online dan notifikasi pembayaran ketika berhasil melakukan pembayaran, klien dapat melihat progres serta memantau pekerjaan via web. Hasil pengujian sistem pada skenario yang dilakukan menunjukan sistem berjalan sesuai harapan.Kata Kunci : sistem informasi, pemesanan jasa konstruksi, prototype Abstract  - The construction marketing and sales process is still carried out manually, plus the pandemic era which has caused very limited mobility for construction service customers to carry out direct transactions has resulted in a decline in profits for construction service companies. The aim of this research is to answer problems in construction service companies by designing an information system that can make it easier and facilitate customers to make construction orders online based on a website. This website was designed using the prototype method with the PHP programming language, and uses the Laravel framework for coding, the database uses MySQL to store all transaction data and client personal data, the application display uses bootstrap to beautify the appearance so that it is more responsive and interactive when used. The features offered are that clients can order iron construction online via the website, payments using the Midtrans payment gateway method with the aim of making it easier for clients to make online transactions and payment notifications when successful in making payments, clients can see progress and monitor work via the web. The results of system testing in the scenarios carried out show that the system runs as expected.Keywords: information systems, ordering construction services, prototypes
