This study aims to determine the influence between Development and Discipline either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Teachers In PAUD-PAUD in Kec. Talang Kelapa. Hypotheses submitted (1). Suspected Coaching Positively and significantly affect the performance of teachers in early childhood in the district. Talang Kelapa (2) .Dispossible Displin positively and significantly influence on PAUD Teacher Performance in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (3) Positive and Real Motivation affect the performance of PAUD teachers in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (4). Alleged Fostering Discipline and motivation jointly affect the performance of Teachers In PAUD in Kec. Talang Kelapa which amounted to 50 people, with the research sample taken all by using census technique. Instruments Data collection used is a questionnaire that uses Likert scale which is compiled based on the summarizes of the various theories embodied into operational variables, while testing on the research instrument is done through validity and reliability test. Data analysis was performed through a requirement test consisting of normality test using Smirnov kolmogrof test, homogeneity test using Chi square test, and linearity test using One-Way Anova. Hypothesis testing dilakuka by using regression analysis and correlation between the guidance and displin variable as a free variable on the performance of teachers as a dependent variable. The T-test is used to determine the effect of the three independent variables of Discipline Development and Motivation parcially on teacher performance as dependent variable. While the F-Test to determine the effect of the three independent variables Development of Displin and Motivation simultaneously on the performance of teachers as a dependent variable. Signature level used in this research is α = 5%. The results showed that (1). Positive and tangible coaching influences Teacher Performance in PAUD in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (2) Displin positively and significantly influence on Teacher Performance in PAUD in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (3) Motivation positively and significantly influence on PAUD Teacher Performance in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (4) Development of Discipline and Motivation together influential on Teacher Performance In PAUD in KEC. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan lari karung terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak di TK Negeri Pembina Muara Enim. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif (eksperimen). Sampel penelitian ini adalah Anak kelompok B TK Pembina Negeri Muara Enim berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah obervasi, tes, dan dokumentasi Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji normalitas data, uji homogenitas data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh permainan lari karung terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar anak di TK Pembina Negeri Muara Enim. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari hasil hitungan hipotesis Berdasarkan perhitungan yang didapat dari posttest uji hasil normalitas data maka varians- varian dinyatakan homogen. Selanjutnya setelah pengujian normalitas data homogenitas yang dilakukan dan dinyatakan data tersebut berdistribusi normal dan varians dalam penelitian tersebut homogen, maka tahap berikutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dari hasil perhitungan uji-t diatas diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau 12,299Ã‚Â Ã‚Â > 1,753 berarti tolak Ho dan diterima Ha, maka hasil hipotesis penelitian ini berbunyi terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan penggunaan permainan lari karung memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan motoric kasar anak di TK Pembina Negeri Muara Enim.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai dampak pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi Covid- 19. Masalah yang muncul di lapangan tidak hanya masalah fisik tetapi juga masalah pskhis peserta. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan dengan menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian temuan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sebagian besar orang tua mengalami masalah dalam upaya mendampingi anak dalam proses pembelajaran dengan alasan waktu yang tidak tepat karena karena pada waktu yang bersamaan orang tua harus bekerja melalui on line juga, 2) anak merasa bosan, menghadapi kamera (Laptop atau Handphone karena tidak bebas bergerak, 3) tidak fokus selama mengikuti pembelajaran dengan guru karena anak sibuk dengan mainan yang ia miliki sehingga interaksi sosial guru, anak tidak intensitasnya kurang,4) Interaksi anak dengan anak tidak terjalin dan sikap kooperatif di sesi daring tidak munculnya.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena aktivitas 3 M belum menjadi bagian dalam aktivitas anak-anak di RA Nurul Hikmah sehingga dipandang penting untuk menumbuhkembangkan bahkan dapat meningkatkan disiplin anak dalam mematuhi protokol kesehatan khususnya dilingkungan sekolah. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa dari 16 orang anak 13 orang anak bahkan belum memahami arti disiplin. Tujuan penelitian menumbuhkembangkan dan membiasakan anak untuk dapat disiplin hidup sehat dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan di era pandemi covid-19. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Data penelitian melalui pengamatan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen melalui kegiatan kolase mengenal bentuk, dan warna masker, pada kegiatan ke dua anak mengenal virus covid- 19 dan bagaimana penularan terjadi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik non- parametrik. Hasil penelitian pada siklus pertama disiplin anak menujukkan tingkat capaian perkembangan (TCP) berada pada skor 14,82 kategori mulai berkembang. Pada siklus pertama skor rata- rata tingkat capaian perkembangan (TCP) disiplin anak memperoleh skor 35,38 sedangkan pada pra siklus skornya hanya 20,56 hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Sedangkan pada siklus kedua disiplin anak berada pada skor 42,6 (16 orang) berada pada kategori berkembang sangat baik. Terjadi peningkatan pada siklus kedua sebesar 7,18. Kesimpulan pada akhir siklus kedua keberhasilan tercapai sesuai dengan target yang diinginkan. Abstract: This research is motivated because the 3M activity has not been part of the children's activities at RA Nurul Hikmah so it is considered important to develop and even improve children's discipline in complying with health protocols, especially in the school environment. Observation results show that out of 16 children 13 children do not even understand the discipline of science. The purpose of this research is to develop and familiarize children with a healthy life by complying with health protocols in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used a classroom action design with two cycles. Research data through observation, observation, and documentation. The instrument through the collage activity recognized the shape and color of the mask, in the second activity the children recognized the covid-19 virus and how transmission occurs. Data analysis used non-parametric statistics. The results of the research in the first cycle of child discipline showed that the level of developmental achievement (TCP) was at a score of 14.82 in the category of starting to develop. In the first cycle, the average score for the developmental achievement level (TCP) of child discipline was 35.38, while in the pre-cycle the score was only 20.56, this indicates an increase. Meanwhile, in the second cycle of child discipline, a score of 42.6 (16 people) was in the very well developed category. There was an increase in the second cycle of 7.18. The conclusion at the end of the second cycle of success is achieved in accordance with the desired target.

This study aims to determine the management of educators in PAUD TAMAN SARI. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were principals, and educators. Data were obtained by interview, observation and document observation. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis technique of interactive model, while data validity by using source and method triangulation. The result of the research shows that the management of educator in PAUD Taman Sari has been running well, through the planning stage, division of task, and the development of competence of educator. The development of the competence of educators PAUD Taman Sari done by attending seminars, workshops, training, tiered training that carried out regularly. Evaluation of the program conducted by PAUD Taman Sari is internally between the principal and the educator, the method used is by way of discussion and also question and answer. Aspects evaluated include the performance of educators. Performance evaluation is done at the end of the school year prior to the new school year

Talang Kelapa.Hipotesi yang diajukan (1). Diduga Pembinaan Secara Positif dan nyata berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru pada PAUD di Kec. Talang Kelapa.(2).Diduga Displin secara positif dan nyata berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru PAUD di Kec. Talang Kelapa. (3) Motivasi secara positif dan Nyata berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru PAUD di Kec. Talang Kelapa. (4). Diduga Pembinaan Disiplin dan motivasi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja Guru Pada PAUD di Kec. Talang Kelapa yang berjumlah 50 orang. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket yang menggunakan skala Likert yang disusun berdasarkan kontruksi yang rangkum dari berbagai teori yang diwujudkan kedalam variable operasional, sedangkan pengujian terhadap instrument penelitian dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji persyaratan yang terdiri dari uji normalitas yang menggunakan uji kolmogrof Smirnov, uji homogenitas dengan menggunakan uji Chi square, dan uji linearitas yang menggunakan One-Way Anova. Pengujian Hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi antara variable Pembinaan dan Displin sebagai variable bebas terhadap Kinerja Guru sebagai variable terikat.Uji-T digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel bebas Pembinaan Disiplin dan Motivasi secara parcial terhadap Kinerja guru sebagai Variabel terikat. Sedangkan Uji-F untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel bebas Pembinaan Displin dan Motivasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Guru sebagai variabel terikat. Taraf Signifikasi yang digunakan pada penelitiaan ini adalah α = 5 % .Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). In improving children's cognitive, a game is needed so that it stimulates the ability to count. Based on this, the problem to be investigated in this study is how children's numeracy skills can be increased. The purpose of this study is to prove that children's numeracy skills can be improved through smart box games. The approach used in this research is quantitative with the type of classroom action esearch. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: increasing the numeracy ability of children in group B in TK Kartika II 38 applying the smart box game obtained from the analysis of children's numeracy skills in cycle I obtained an average level of developmental achievement score 14 in the category of starting to develop, then seen in cycle I the average level of achievement in the development of numeracy was 34.33 and in the pre-cycle the score was 20.33, this showed an increase while in cycle II the overall numeracy ability of children was 42.17 in the very well developed category so that in the second cycle there was an increase of 7, It was concluded that at the end of the second cycle the research was said to be successful because the criteria for success had been reached according to the agreement between the researchers and the collaboration.

This study aims to determine the effect of weaving activities on the fine motor skills of children in group B at Barokah Gading Early Childhood Education. This type of research is a Pre-Experimental research with the type of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design by providing treatment using weaving activities in children, then comparing fine motor skills in children before and after being given weaving activities. The method used in collecting research data is through a checklist observation sheet. The research data analysis method is t-test. The study population was all 15 children in group B and 15 children in group B as samples. The results showed that there was an effect of weaving activities on the fine motor skills of children in group B in PAUD Barokah Gading. This is evident from the results of the calculation of the hypothesis, based on the calculations obtained from the posttest test results of the normality of the data, these variances are homogeneous. Then the normality test of the homogeneity data was carried out and it was stated that the data was normally distributed and the variance of this study was homogeneous, then hypothesis testing was carried out from the results of the t-test calculation above, the value of tcount > ttable or 19.659 > 2.145 was rejected. the effect of weaving activities on the fine motor skills of group B children in PAUD Barokah Gading.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus setelah Latihan keterampilan menjahit menggunakan bahan bekas pada anak di PAUD Permata Bunda Palembang. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di PAUD Permata Bunda, adapun alamat sekolah tersebut yaitu di Jalan May Zen Lorong Wana Asri RT 06 RW 02 Kelurahan Sungai Selayur Kecamatan Kalidoni Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak PAUD Permata Bunda usia 5-6 tahun, yakni 14 anak yang terdiri dari 7 anak perempuan dan 7 anak laki-laki. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan model penelitian tindakan menurut Kemmis and Taggart yang berfokus pada keterampilan motorik halus anak. Hasil penelitian tentang keterampilan motorik halus anak di kegiatan prasiklus tingkat capaian perkembangan rata-rata sebesar 12,36 yang berada di kategori belum berkembang, dengan tingkat capaian perkembangan rata-rata siklus I sebesar 21,71 yang terdapat pada kategori mulai berkembang. Sedangkan pada siklus II yaitu 29 yang berada pada kategori berkembang dengan baik. Dalam pelaksanaan siklus I terlihat peningkatan skor rata-rata tingkat capaian perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus anak sebesar 9,35 dan dalam pelaksanaan siklus II terlihat peningkatan skor rata-rata tingkat capaian perkembangan kemampuan berhitung anak sebesar 7,29. Sehingga disimpulkan pada akhir siklus II, penelitian dikatakan berhasil karena kriteria keberhasilan sudah tercapai sesuai kesepakatan peneliti bersama kolabolator

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motorik halus anak dengan dukungan kertas quilling untuk anak kelompok B di TK Pertiwi I Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 21 anak kelompok B TK Pertiwi I Palembang, yaitu 12 anak laki-laki dan 9 anak perempuan. Sampel penelitiannya terdiri dari 15 anak kelompok B TK Pertiwi I Palembang diantaranya dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan menurut Kemmis and Taggart yang berfokus pada keterampilan motorik halus anak.Hasil penelitian Tingkat keterampilannya anaklah dilakukan ditiap pertemuannya baik Pra Tindakan, Siklus I dan Siklus II. Saat pra tindakan aktivitasnya motorik halusnya anaklah berkembangnya sangat baik (BSB) yaitu 7% (1 anaknya), lalu siklus I tingkatnya motorik halusnya lewat aktivitasnya paper quiling berkembangnya juga baik (BSB) yaitu 60% (9 anaknya), ketika siklus II tingkanya motorik halusnya lewat aktivitasnya paper quiling meningkatlah yakni 93% (14 anaknya). Tingkatannya keahlian anaknya ketika aktivitasnya paper quiling berlangsung ditiap pertemuannya dimulainya Pra Tindakan, Siklus I dan Siklus II. Selanjutnya diberikan hadiahnya untuk anaknya dapat mengerjakan aktivitasnya paper quiling penambahannya semangat anaknya
