Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of marketing information system at CV Binangkit in Tasikmalaya Regency and to find out the use of the website as a marketing medium to increase the purchase of netting crafts at CV. Binangkit in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used was quantitative descriptive survey approach. The sample of this study were 75 respondents. Statistical analysis was done through simple regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicated that the Marketing Information System had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. A good marketing information system can influence the purchasing decision. It is expected that Website-based marketing information system can be developed to improve public purchasing decisions. CV Binangkit is also suggested to provide more information about their products by regularly updating their products and making more promos on their website so that consumers will be more interested in buying their products.

Abstract

This activity is carried out in collaboration with 3 Universities in the City of Tasikmalaya with the Financial Services Institution in the Capital Market to develop student competencies through an apprenticeship training program. This activity is carried out for 30 working days starting from February 2021 to March 2021 with a rotating system considering the training period during the Covid 19 pandemic. Internships are carried out online and once a week carried out offline with a rotating system to avoid crowds and maintain health protocols. With this work apprenticeship, it is hoped that students participating in the apprenticeship who are final year students can prepare themselves in the real world of work after graduating from college, where apprenticeships are also expected to be able to apply the theories obtained during college to be able to apply them in companies or institutions where they work. This activity is carried out with assistance from lecturers and tutors from the company. The implementation of this internship resulted in participants being able to learn firsthand the stock trading system at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with direct supervision of the trading market and be able to see how the marketing administration of opening a share account.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aimed of this research was to determine and analyze the determinants of products that have an impact on purchasing decisions and marketing performance of the Woven Craft Center in Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is a survey method. The sampling method in this study was to use the accidental sampling method with a sample size of 150 respondents. The analysis tool used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that innovation and product design in woven crafts in Tasikmalaya are classified as very good, prices for woven crafts in Tasikmalaya are classified as good, consumer purchasing decisions on woven crafts in Tasikmalaya are classified as good, and marketing performance on woven crafts in Tasikmalaya is in the very good classification. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be found that there is an effect of product innovation, product design, and price simultaneously and partially on the purchasing decisions of consumers of woven crafts in Tasikmalaya. As well as consumer purchasing decisions affect the marketing performance of the Woven Craft Center in Tasikmalaya.Keywords: innovation; product design; price; buying decision; marketing performances.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penentu produk yang berdampak pada keputusan pembelian dan kinerja pemasaran Sentra Kerajinan Anyaman di Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan ukuran sampel 150 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Inovasi dan desain produk pada kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam klasifikasi sangat baik, harga pada kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik, keputusan pembelian konsumen pada kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik, dan kinerja pemasaran pada kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam klasifikasi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh inovasi produk, desain produk, dan harga secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya. Serta keputusan pembelian konsumen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran Sentra Kerajinan Anyaman di Tasikmalaya. Kata Kunci: inovasi; desain produk; harga; keputusan pembelian; kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 100 orang mahasiswa Politeknik Triguna dengan mengambil tema “Muda dan Berinvestasi yang Cerdas Menuju Masa Depan Cerah”. Bertujuan untuk memberikan pendidikan dan latihan investasi dengan pasar modal melalui metode seminar dan kuliah umum. Adapun materi yang diberikan pada mahasiswa Triguna ini disampaikan oleh pengurus GIBEI-FE UNSIL-RELI bekerja sama dengan OJK Tasikmalaya dan PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk. sebagai praktisi yang mumpuni di bidangnya. Dengan telah dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan menghasilkan output generasi muda yang cerdas dan menanamkan jiwa berinvestasi sejak dini sehingga dapat mengetahui berbagai jenis investasi dan tidak terjerumus dalam investasi yang bodong. Selain itu agar kalangan muda sudah siap sejak dini untuk mewujudkan tujuan finansial dimasa yang akan datang.Abstract:  This activity was carried out on 100 Triguna polytechnic students with the theme "Young and smart investing towards a bright future." It aims to provide investment education and training with the capital market through seminar methods and public lectures. The material given to the Triguna students was delivered by the management of GIBEI-FE UNSIL-RELI in collaboration with OJK Tasikmalaya and PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk. as a qualified practitioner in his field. The implementation of this activity is expected to produce an intelligent young generation output and invest in the soul of an early investment so that it can find out various types of investment and not fall into investment that is bulging. In addition to that young people are ready early to realize financial goals in the future.

Abstract

Feedback from customers on the quality of services that have been given a reference in evaluating the ability of a Bank in creating customer satisfaction. The research method used in this study was survey method. The data collected by questionair and literature study. The population in this research were the pensions who have credit of pension at Bank Saudara 1906, Tbk branch Tasikmalaya. The determination of sample was based on the analyze variable amount and determined as many as 100 persons. The data analysis used path analysis. The research concluded that service quality and salesmanship was positive significant influented on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously or partial of service quality and salesmanship was positive significant influent on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction was positive significant influent on Customer Loyalty. So the hypothesis is verified.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze about the influence of Service Quality to Consumer Satisfaction in DinamikaMotorTasikmalaya.The type of research used is Verifier Verifikatif. The research method used in this research is survey method, while data collection technique is done through questioner and interview. Respondents are taken as many as 100 respondents viewed from the number of population (consumers) who come per day. The analysis tool used is simple regression analysis and t test.The results showed that the Quality of Service in Dinamika Motor Tasikmalaya good, as well as customer satisfaction Tasikmalaya Motor Dinamika including good. Service quality positively affects customer satisfaction in Dinamika Motor Tasikmalaya.
