Abstract

The government formed the Work From Bali (WFB) initiative aimed at State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to help the tourism sector on the Island of the Gods to revive due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The government has decided to hold the Work From Bali (WFB) program in the Nusa Dua area of ​​Bali. The Nusa Dua area of ​​Bali is managed by a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), in particular the Indonesian Tourism Development Agency. This study aims to uncover the discourse on Work From Bali (WFB) news in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is critical discourse analysis by van Dijk. The unit of analysis of this research is Kompas.com online news related to Work From Bali (WFB) in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in the period 27 May 2021 to 31 May 2021. The results show that the news discourse that appears related to Work From Bali (WFB) in In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an economic discourse in boosting tourism in Bali. However, these efforts still require re-examination so that social considerations do not arise that focus on activities that must be carried out in Bali.

Abstract

Tren pemberian buah tangan atau hadiah berupa buket bunga khususnya kepada orang terkasih sudah menjadi hal yang biasa bagi kawula muda sekarang. Namun kadangkala hadiah buket tersebut nantinya akan menjadi layu dan menjadi sampah. Buket snack menjadi salah satu alternative pengganti hadiah buket bunga selain harganya lebih mudah terjangkau juga bermanfaat karena bisa dimakan. Dalam pembuatannya diperlukan keterampilan khusus agar dapat bernilai jual tinggi, oleh karena itu dalam pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan pada para santri Miftahul Huda Alhusna sebagai salah satu pelatihan kewirausahaan diberikan pelatihan membuat buket snack sebagai salah satu alternative buah tangan dimana nantinya dengan inovasi pembuatan buket snack ini dapat mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan para santri. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 12 orang santri Miftahul Huda Alhusna Kecamatan Bungursari Kota Tasikmalaya selama kurang lebih 6 jam dimana kegiatan awal berupa seminar kewirausahaan dari dosen kewirausahaan dan pemasaran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Siliwangi kemudian praktek dan pelatihan pembuatan buket snack dengan memanfaatkan limbah kertas sebagai bahan penyangga buket agar lebih ekonomis. Hasil akhir kegiatan ini para santri mahir dan dapat berkresai sendiri mengembangkan bakat dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan buket snack sehingga bisa menjadi nilai jual yang tinggi dan menciptakan inovasi baru sehingga konsumen tidak merasa bosan dengan buket yang itu-itu saja.

Abstract

Community service is carried out by providing apprenticeship practices to PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk., Tasikmalaya Representative Office as one of the companies cooperating with Siliwangi University through cooperation in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery - FEB UNSIL - RELI. One of the objectives of this internship practice is to be able to open up opportunities for Siliwangi University Finance and Banking Study Program students in applying the theory and knowledge learned by students, especially internships during lectures to the reality of practical work. The method used is the Job Training in capital market companies. Therefore this internship training assistance is carried out with capital market lecturers. The internship practices carried out at capital market companies were carried out by 3 participants for 30 calendar days with an effective period of 22 working days. As for the results of the internship practices, interns can learn directly the stock trading system on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by observing the live trade exchanges and the apprentice can find out how to administer the marketing of stock account opening.

Abstract

This activity is carried out in collaboration with 3 Universities in the City of Tasikmalaya with the Financial Services Institution in the Capital Market to develop student competencies through an apprenticeship training program. This activity is carried out for 30 working days starting from February 2021 to March 2021 with a rotating system considering the training period during the Covid 19 pandemic. Internships are carried out online and once a week carried out offline with a rotating system to avoid crowds and maintain health protocols. With this work apprenticeship, it is hoped that students participating in the apprenticeship who are final year students can prepare themselves in the real world of work after graduating from college, where apprenticeships are also expected to be able to apply the theories obtained during college to be able to apply them in companies or institutions where they work. This activity is carried out with assistance from lecturers and tutors from the company. The implementation of this internship resulted in participants being able to learn firsthand the stock trading system at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with direct supervision of the trading market and be able to see how the marketing administration of opening a share account.

Abstract

The marketing problem is one of the problems that often arises by MSME business people. Where most MSME business people still rely on the marketing process by using old methods to introduce their business products while the recent economic growth is growing very rapidly, plus the support of advancing technology indirectly encourages furniture and furniture entrepreneurs to increase production. the lack of knowledge of MSME practitioners in using existing technology as promotional media certainly becomes an obstacle in the marketing process of MSME furniture production. Most of the SMEs in Jln Tamansari Gobras, Tasikmalaya City, only 70% understand and apply the concept of online-based marketing in introducing the results of furniture production, where MSMEs still use banners or banners for media promotion and sales management still using manual methods, so that sales reach very limited. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of online-based marketing management concepts in the development of online-based marketing management business and the role of online-based marketing implementation in increasing sales turnover in MSME furniture and furniture production in the village of Tamansari Gobras in Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a descriptive method. The results showed that Babakan Muncang Tamansari Gobras MSMEs, the City of Tasikmalaya had to increase their knowledge to do online marketing to increase their income without having to spend a lot of funds as capital which experienced a 3.8% decline in sales then to expand their market share by selling online. SMEs in the village of Babakan Muncang Tamansari Gobras in the City of Tasikmalaya are expected to implement online marketing management to bring reservations without having to come directly to the place of business.Keywords: Marketing,  Online Sales

Abstract

ABSTRAK Adanya ketertarikan dari akademisi dan masyarakat untuk menjadi investor pasar modal di Bursa Efek Indonesia, namun tanpa dukungan dan pengetahuan tentang apa dan bagaimana cara berinvestasi di pasar modal. Hal ini menjadikan latar belakang pengabdian pada masyarakat untuk edukasi literasi dan inklusi pasar modal.Maka dari itu untuk mendukung hal tersebut diadakan program NICP (New Investor Class Program) yang diselenggarakan oleh PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk melalui GIBEI-FE UNSIL-RELI.Program ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi secara menyeluruh mengenai literasi dan inklusi pasar modal untuk menjadi seorang investor yang berkualitas di pasar modal dan tentunya dapat meningkatkan jumlah investor pasar modal khususnya di Kota Tasikmalaya. Luaran kegiatan program ini adalah kemampuan menangkap peluang Investor dan calon investor pada kegiatan kuliah umum pasar modal serta pengenalan pasar modal pada seluruh kalangan masyarakat, peningkatan pengetahuan Investor/calon investor serta kalangan masyarakat akan pasar modal, Peningkatan Jumlah Investor dalam pembukaan rekening saham, Peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam berinvestasi di Pasar Modal Kata Kunci: bursa efek Indonesia; inklusi; literasi; pasar modal.ABSTRACT There is interest from academics and the public to become capital market investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, but without the support and knowledge of what and how to invest in the capital market. This makes the background of community service for literacy education and capital market inclusion. Therefore to support this, a NICP (New Investor Class Program) program is held by PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk through GIBEI-FE UNSIL-RELI. This program aims to thoroughly educate the literacy and capital market inclusion to become a quality investor in the capital market and can certainly increase the number of capital market investors, especially in the City of Tasikmalaya. Abstract

In carrying out its duties and obligations, the KSPM (Capital Market Study Group) Universtas Siliwangi must provide education and outreach to the general public and students of Siliwangi universities in particular. In addition, the KSPM Siliwangi University must also establish cooperative relations with other institutions both at the faculty level in other universities or universities. So as to maximize the performance of Siliwangi University KSPM to be always active and develop with other KSPM circles, in this case the capital market group in Unswagati named KSE (Economic Study Group) The form of this activity is a panel discussion as a means of exchanging information that is educational and literacy to discuss about Capital Market knowledge, the performance of management and as a form of hospitality visits. This comparative study was attended by 14 people from the board of KSPM Siliwangi University by taking the theme let’s share, let’s study. The target in this activity is the Management of the KSPM Siliwangi University, Tasikmalaya.The results of the program are to increase knowledge and insights that will be applied to the progress of the organization, namely KSPM, especially in capital market education and literacy, in addition to learning the advantages of other KSPM in order to improve work programs for the better.

Abstract

Siliwangi University as an educational institution that has one of the responsibilities of community service, Siliwangi University conducts Thematic Work Lecture (KKN) activities in the context of community empowerment through the introduction of the concept of entrepreneurship in several areas of Tasikmalaya Regency, one of them in Dirgahayu Village, Kadipaten District is a village which is located in a mountainous area which has 6 hamlets namely Trowek, Palumbungan, Cijotang, Cipeusing, Cilongkeang and Gekbrong. The focus that we take in Dirgahayu Village is to foster community interest in entrepreneurship, in Dirgahayu village itself there are already a few people who have started entrepreneurship, it's just that the community is still lacking in innovation or utilization of local resources in the village. This is due to the lack of good technology utilization. This service uses counseling method which was attended by 30 people of Dirgahayu Village, especially Youth Organization and PKK ladies. Aiming to provide knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship by utilizing local resources. The results of this activity are processed cassava products in the form of chips with seblak flavored innovation, however there is still a need to improve product design for product packaging to make it more attractive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the management of the Cibalanarik Village-Owned Enterprises of Tanjungjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The implementation can be seen from the factors of policy size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, disposition of implementers, communication between organizations and implementing activities. The research method used is qualitative methods through observation and in-depth interviews with people who have information related to the management of the Cibalanarik Village-Owned Enterprises in the Tanjungjaya District of Tasikmalaya Regency. Data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data display up to the conclusion. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of the management of the Entrepreneurship of the Village of Cibalanarik, Tanjungjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Implementation can be effective by fulfilling aspects of achieving policy objectives, availability of resources, the ability of the implementers / managers of Village-Owned Enterprises, the spirit required to build and develop Village-Owned Enterprises, and the ability to communicate with various parties.
