Abstract

Perancangan layanan jasa cleaning service rumahan dengan menggunakan metode Service Quality di mana terdapat presentase Gap pada dimensi Realibility sebesar 19,6%, Responsive 20,1%, Assurance 19,3%, Emphaty 21%, dan Tangible sebesar 20,4 %. Penggunaan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dimana menjadikan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan sebagai Voice of Customer (suara pelanggan) dan membentuk House of Quality serta mendapatkan 8 Respon Teknis untuk membentuk layanan jasa cleaning service rumahan serta menggunakan Analisa Faktor untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi diperlukannya layanan jasa cleaning service rumahan.

Abstract

Sumber Maju Motor is a service workshop for making custom motorcycle frames that modify the original form of a manufacturer's motorcycle frame to suit the wishes of the motorcycle owner. In the Sumber Maju Motor Workshop, there are various kinds of problems that occur. One of them is the problem that occurs several times, namely work accidents when working on the manufacture of motorcycle parts due to the K3 program not yet running. The research entitled ANALYSIS OF HAZARD CONTROL USING JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS AND FAULT TREE ANALYSIS METHODS INCUSTOM MOTOR FRAME MANUFACTURING (Case Study at Sumber Maju Motor Workshop). This study aims to identify the causes of work accidents that occur and apply the K3 system during the process of working on a custom motorcycle frame with the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method in an effort to control hazards or risks arising from the work carried out and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to find the source of the most basic cause of an accident at work. Based on the results of the JSA, control of work accidents by procuring PPE for its employees in order to support occupational safety and health when doing work for each employee and the discipline of each employee in prioritizing work safety. While the results of the FTA analysis on the risk of being scratched by sharp edges, shortness of breath, and hearing loss are caused by various factors including equipment factors, work environment factors, and human factors that can cause work accidents.

Abstract

Lab Kimia Industri mengalami permasalahan mengenai operasional mesin mixer produksi yang mengakibatkan terganggunya proses poduksi. Selama periode 2021, Lab Kimia Industri sering mengalami kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh kegagalan fungsional mesin mixer produksi sehingga menyebabkan tingkat produktifitas detergent terganggu. Operasional mesin mixer yang baik akan menunjang kelancaran proses produksi, sehingga perlu dilakukan teknik perawatan yang tepat. Teknik perawatan pada mesin mixer produksi pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 2 komponen kritis pada subsistem 1, terdapat 9 komponen kritis pada subsistem 2, dan terdapat 3 komponen kritis pada subsistem 4. Setelah teridentifikasi maka seluruh komponen kritis di analisa menggunakan menggunakan Logic Tree Analysis yang mendapatkan 3 jenis tugas perawatan. Improvement Task Operation Maintenance mendapatkan 3 rancangan tugas baru meliputi monitoring, preventive maintenance dan breakdown maintenance.

Abstract

Quality is very important in choosing products besides competitive prices. UD. Bu Las is a Small and Medium Enterprise (UKM) located in Maluk Loka, Kab. West Sumbawa was founded in 1997 by Mrs. Welas Asih with the main product being tempeh chips. The many similarities in products produced by SMEs give rise to competition in the sale of tempeh chips. The aim of the quality analysis research is to ensure that the tempe chips products produced can compete with other SMEs. Voice of Customer is a process used to capture needs or feedback from customers as a means of providing service/product quality. Apart from that, of course you will get the information you are looking for regarding customer expectations and needs as input that the company must consider when making decisions. Results from Voice of Customer of Ud Bu Las customers with 25 statements to 10 consumers, namely, balado taste score 45%, round shape score 49%, price Rp. 2,500 20g size scores 48%, expiry date scores 45% and slice thickness scores 45%. Suggestions for improvement are (1) for the taste, not just 1 variant, (2) the shape of the chips is not monotonous, (3) the price is the same as the more economical size variant, (4) the packaging is vacuum packed so that the expiry period is longer, (5) the dimensions of the tempeh so there are many variants.
