Abstract

Pelayanan Dokumen rekam medis, dituntut menyediakan berkas secara cepat dan tepat. Penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di Puskesmas Pakisaji menggunakan penyimpanan Sentralisasi. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi potong lintang (cross sectional), yaitu penelitian hanya melakukan obserfasi dan menggunakan variabel tertentu saja. Penyimpanan rekam medis di Puskesmas Pakisaji saat ini menggunakan Sentralisasi yaitu penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis seorang pasien dalam satu kesatuan dokumen rekam redis rawat jalan, rawat inap ataupun gawat darurat menjadi satu dalam satu folder (map). Tujuan penyimpanan dokumen Rekam Medis antara lain untuk menjaga kerahasiaan dokumen rekam medis karena mempunyai arti penting sehubungan dengan riwayat penyakit pasien.Berdasarkan hasil penilitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sumber daya material rekam medis di Puskesmas Pakisaji yang meliputi bahan peralatan dan fasilitas, masih harus dilengkapi seperti kurangnya kuota internet sehingga terjadinya gangguan keterlambatan pada sistem Komputer, kelemahan yang terdapat dibagian penyimpanan rekam medis seperti jarak antara rak tdak sesuai standar yaitu 90cm, ruangan penyimpanan tidak memiliki pemadam api ringan, pengatur suhu ruangan dan fentilasi udara. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap urutan penyimpanan berkas dan pengecekan pendobelan dokumen rekam medis dalam waktu tertentu misalnya sebulan sekalibahan dan peralatan yang belum ada bisa di lengkapi sesuai standar yang berlaku.Kata Kunci: Alur, dokumen rekam medis, SOP

Abstract

The existence of a pandemic has an impact on all fields, including learning. Online learning oronline learning is learning that uses the internet network with accessibility, connectivity, flexibility, andthe ability to produce various types of learning interactions. Online learning is considered to be a veryeffective solution to prevent the spread of Covid. This study aims to determine and analyze theeffectiveness of the online learning system in learning objectives at SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon, MaranRegency. The type of survey used is interactive data.The results of the study prove that online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon, Maran Regency isvery effective. Abstract

The tourism sector is currently a promising prima donna, for that with the authority possessed bythe region it can make local tourism potential as profitable economic and financial sources. In thedevelopment of tourism, elements involved in it are needed, namely the government itself, the privatesector and the local tourism-aware community. To realize regional independence in development and takecare of their own household, local governments must explore financial sources that exist in the region.One of them is exploring the potential of regional tourism because it is considered the most potentialfactor to contribute to PAD. In the Master Plan for Tourism Development of East Manggarai Regency for2015-2025, it aims to, among others, build regional tourism destinations with a cultural perspective,development of tourism infrastructure, tourism marketing efforts as an effort to foster interest in travelingthat is built in an integrated manner between the government, the business world and the community.From these efforts, finally regional income will get results in the form of increasing Regional OriginalIncome, and the East Manggarai area will be known outside the region and even allow it to be knownoutside the island and even outside the country of Indonesia.Keywords: Policy Formulation, Increasing Regional Original Income

Abstract

Abstract

Evaluation is one of the important stages that must be carried out in any public policy process,musrenbang evaluation aims to find out how far the success of development is achieved. Musrenbang is short fordeliberation of development plans. The meaning of musrenbang is a forum between actors in order to compilenational development plans and regional development plans. Implementation is regulated in law No. 25 of 2004concerning the National development planning system. The purpose of this study is to find out the policy modelfor deliberation of development plans (musrenbang) at the sub-district level in improving development in junrejosub-district, as well as to find out who is responsible for evaluating the deliberative policy of development plans(musrenbang) at the sub-district level in improving development in junrejo sub-district. The types of researchused in research are qualitative research methods, data collection techniques through three methods, namelyinterviews, documentation, and observation. The informant determination technique is to use purposive sampling.Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data, it is to use data triangulation techniques. The results of this study showthat the mechanism for evaluating the deliberation of development plans that apply in musrenbang in Junrejosub-district is to recapitulate the data on development goals submitted by each village and / or kelurahan, theformation of a list of priority activities for the preparation of village development work plans for the plannedfiscal year, the formation of a priority list of regional problems in the village to be delivered in the sub-districtmusrenbang, the formation of a list of team names, village delegates, who will follow the sub-district musrenbang,the last is the formation of the village musrenbang minutes.
