Abstract

The report here is basically a research-based business idea for Starbucks Coffee Company that operates all over the world. The idea is line with the market dynamics and the needs of the target market i.e. the masses across the world. The idea is that Starbucks should start a separate line of coffee shops in various parts of the word that will serve Yerba Mate herbal coffee, tea and Beverages. This is a famous coffee and tea in South Africa that has extensive health benefits and falls in the domain of third wave of coffee for the specialty coffee lovers. This business idea will be implemented by Starbucks as a specific niche in the coffee or restaurant industry. Now since the population of world is facing high rates of obesity, and with increasing quality consciousness and love for specialty coffee, this business idea presents great opportunity for the company. The idea is based on research using market analysis and tools like PEST analysis.

Abstract

The study is being done on the problems faced by the hospitality and tourism industries. Their growth and development. But here the research is done specifically in respect to OYO. The objective here is to tell the growth story of OYO room in the most objective way possible as a "situation case". One of the efforts has been to provide a body of information of sufficient size to analyse the reasons for the current success of OYO room in particular and the emerging Indian business model of innovative use of technology and marketing principles. The case presents the successful story of the entrepreneur Ritesh Aggarwal, about how he used the idea of hospitality and hotels that generated a significant investment in this segment. The government is in action is focusing on "Make in India", which means that entrepreneurs like Ritesh Aggarwal will be encouraged and supported. It is necessary to create a comfort zone for the young minds so that they can become successful businessmen, leading to the economic growth of the country. So, this Project Report is being prepared by researching the problems faced by the OYO regarding its hospitality and customer satisfaction and its marketing. There are some particular solutions that are recognized by our team for the respective problems which will be useful for the hospitality and tourism industries to overcome certain problems. These solutions will open the doors for the industries that are going to be in this field referring the past data analysis of OYO which is studied and prepared by our team in this Research Project.

Abstract

The study is being done on the problems faced by Automobile Industries while launching Electric Cars. The problems are common for all the automobile industries which had launched the EV, are launching or will launch them. But here the research is done specifically in respect to Tesla. Tesla Motors Inc. is an American automotive and energy company that was founded in 2003 is based in Palo Alto, California. The company specializes in electric car manufacturing, SolarCity subsidiary and solar panel manufacturing. The company is well known for its exclusive models like Model S, Model 3, Model X and the newest one Model Y. Tesla Motors released its first electric car in 2008 that was called The Roadster. Roadster achieved 245 miles (394 km) on a single charge. Since 2008, Tesla sold approximately 2,450 Roadster in over 30 countries through December 2012. Tesla faced many problems while launching the very first EV not only with the model but with its marketing too. So, this Project Report is being prepared by researching the problems faced by the Tesla regarding its first EV and its marketing. There are some particular solutions that are recognized by our team for the respective problems which will be useful for the automobile industries to overcome certain problems. These solutions will open the doors for the industries that are going to launch EV by referring the past data analysis of Tesla which is studied and prepared by our team in this Research Project.
