Abstract

Career Hunters’ consistently successful recruitment experience has made it popular among the job seekers in Kuwait. This company is a talent search company that offer jobs as well as recruitment services for its clients. Career Hunters focused on identifying, attracting, and evaluating outstanding candidates according to the requirement of its clients. Career Hunters routinely communicate with clients on a weekly basis to ensure clients’ needs are met. The paper proposes that Career Hunters could expand its operation by providing training for new talents hired for their client’s corporation.

Abstract

Organizational culture is very important especially for a group of people who work together since we believe that this is one of the main factors that contribute to the organization’s success. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to determine how does organizational culture affects PROTON’s employee performance in this automotive industry. As we know, applying an effective organizational culture represents a special challenge but it can help PROTON in making better products over the long-term. Data were gathered by using an online survey with a sample of 210 employees. As an international corporation (PROTON), we found out that the organizational culture always gives a big impact on the business process and employee performance due to cross-cultural differences.

Abstract

Having a company, it comes with the opportunities to prosper or the risk of falling. Any company needs to go through this moment for it to keep on growing. The purpose of this paper is to examine the rise and fall of Alibaba throughout its success. The study used mostly known factors from other research results on Alibaba Company and analyze those factors effect on ups and downs of Alibaba. Some of the factors including Jack Ma's relation with investors and customers, business model, integrated ecosystem, and such. This study improves the understanding of circumstances that a company will have to go through which can be utilized by top management to strategize their plan.

Abstract

The report here is basically a research-based business idea for Starbucks Coffee Company that operates all over the world. The idea is line with the market dynamics and the needs of the target market i.e. the masses across the world. The idea is that Starbucks should start a separate line of coffee shops in various parts of the word that will serve Yerba Mate herbal coffee, tea and Beverages. This is a famous coffee and tea in South Africa that has extensive health benefits and falls in the domain of third wave of coffee for the specialty coffee lovers. This business idea will be implemented by Starbucks as a specific niche in the coffee or restaurant industry. Now since the population of world is facing high rates of obesity, and with increasing quality consciousness and love for specialty coffee, this business idea presents great opportunity for the company. The idea is based on research using market analysis and tools like PEST analysis.

In 1971, FedEx was founded as Federal Express Corporation, by Frederick W. Smith. In the world of supply chain services, FedEx is one of the most trusted and respected brands. The main goal of FedEx is to make sure that FedEx is their customers' first choice, by delivering world-class customer experience. FedEx ensures that they deliver world-class customer experience to their customers so that their loyalty towards FedEx will grow and they will not risk trying another carrier service. FedEx takes care of its people first, believing they will then take care of its customers. For this reason, FedEx top leaders commit the “People First” philosophy.

Abstract

This paper aims to discover the financial issues the company faced and their implications for its marketing and operation management. The researchers use a qualitative method to conduct the study. The researchers also conducted an in-depth SWOT analysis to identify the opportunities the company could seize. This paper has a detailed discussion of the strategies and decisions the company implemented, such as Teleport, e-hailing service, and food delivery. From the analysis, the researchers find that the company could seize the opportunities via marketing and operation strategies based on its own strengths and weaknesses. AirAsia makes an alternative such as e-commerce, logistics, and food delivery which has catered to overwhelming customer demand and supports the critical need to transport medical aid and necessity goods in response to the global pandemic. Abstract

In any business, customers are the main sources that contribute to revenue and keep the business going on, year by year passes. People may think that the aviation industry is one of the highest costs in transportation, but if compared to the services and benefits offered, it should be considered as worth money paid. The discussion throughout the paper focuses on passengers’ satisfaction with the service quality provided by Malindo Air. To collect the data on customer satisfaction, a survey on Malindo Air was conducted. The results of the findings demonstrated that service quality is critical to maintaining the passengers' satisfaction.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an evolving business practice that helps the company to be socially accountable. It appears to play an important role in enhancing the economic, social, and environmental performances. IKEA is an internationally known home furnishing retailer that has grown rapidly since the year 1943. IKEA maintains a sustainable business by implementing CSR as a global supply chain. The purpose of this research is to analyze CSR practices in global supply chains. Our investigation will examine how CSR brings benefits to the three indicators while the organization boosts its brands. The results of the study indicate that CSR practices bring a positive impact on the organization.

Abstract

The present study intends to examine the relationship between motivation and employees job performance in the context of hotel industry. The study chooses Absolute Hotel Services, which is one of the fastest-growing hospitality and tourism companies located on the Asian continent to specialize in hotel management, consultancy, sales and marketing among other services. The company is also affiliated to Absolute Golf Services which offers golf and event management for both public and private golf clubs. Employees morale is one of the key elements to success for a business organization. Employees morale directly affects their job quality and performance. Therefore, it is vital to motivate employees to keep them in good morale. This research also studies key factors that affect motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine and identify the factors that influence Grab users’ satisfaction. It is undeniable that customer’s satisfaction is really important in every business especially in services industry. This research is conducted in a specific group of respondents. The respondents consist of staff and students of USM. The methodology that was used is the quantitative questionnaire type of form. This study was expected to give a bright side or any recommendations and improvements to the Grab Holdings Incorporation, especially in enhancing their customers’ satisfaction. Based on the findings, this study could provide recommendations for practices and future research.
