Abstract

The research aims:1) analyzed the effect of knowledge management, job innovation and prestation have positive and significant toward progress of organization; 2) analyzed the effect of knowledge management and job innovation have positive and significant toward prestation; and 3) analyzed the effect of knowledge management have postive and significant toward job innovation. The location of research in Gorontalo Province, in Government of Gorontalo Province. Population of research all of civil servant in Government of Gorontalo Province as amount 3.086 persons. And sample in Slovin formulation 10% obtained 97 respondents. Data from questioner to analyzed with path analysis. The result of research to found: 1) the knowledge management have positive and significant toward progress of organization. The applied of knowledge management to actualize and get significant contribution toward the progress of organization; 2) job innovation possitive and significant toward progress of organization. The innovation have suitable with the need of job to incerased the progress of organization; 3) prestation have positive and significant toward progress of organization. The prestation which achieve to support in progress of organization; 4) knowledge management positive and significant toward prestation. The knowledge management able to result of employee which have prestation in job field; 5) job innovation positive and significant toward prestation. Innovation in continueing to oriented on achieve of prestation; 6) the knowledge management have positive and significant toward innovation. The knowlegde management suitable with job innovation. Abstract

Tindakan sebelumnya menjadi dasar utama dalam memerangi penyebaran penyalahgunaan narkoba oleh para oknum dilingkungan masyarakat utamanya masyarakat di pedesaan yaitu dengan menerapkan program-program yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dan juga dosen guna pendampingan kepada masyarakat desa untuk bisa bekerjasama dan cepat tanggap dalam memerangi penyebaran penyalahgunaan narkoba. Kita ketahui bersama bahwa berbagai macam tindakan yang sudah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam hal ini BNN belum sepenuhnya memperoleh kepercayaan dari masyarakat dalam penanggulangan penyebaran Narkoba, sehingga menjadikan citra BNN menurun di Masyarakat. upaya untuk mengembalikan kepercayaan tersebut maka pendekatan yang dilakukan yakni melibatkan mahasiswa dalam memberikan pendampingan juga motivasi kepada masyarakat desa agar bisa bersinergi bersama BNN dan Pemerintah Daerah dalam memberantas penyalahgunaan narkoba di desanya.Berikut yang menjadi metode dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimana beberapa kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu a). Kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang berhubungan dengan pendampingan kelembagaan; b). Kegiatan-kegiatan mahasiswa yang berkaitan dengan pendampingan dalam Sosialisasi dan Penyuluhan Pencegahan narkoba juga Pemberantasan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN); c). Kegiatan-kegiatan mahasiswa yang berkaitan dengan pendokumentasian pengetahuan; d). Kegiatan-kegiatan mahasiswa yang terkait dengan membangun ketangguhan dan daya tanggap desa dalam pemberantasan penyebaran narkoba. Hasil penelitian di lapangan dimana mahasiswa KKN Tematik sudah melaksanakan Workshop Desa Bersinar, melaksanakan Sosialisasi di setiap Dusun dan Sekolah yang ada di Desa Leboto, melaksanakan Bimtek dan evaluasi di Desa Leboto, dan Melaksanakan Tes Urine kepada apparat desa leboto.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Penerapan Work From Home (WFH) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja di PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) Cabang Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh merupakan teknik penentuan sampel bila anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah model matematis Regresi Linear sederhana dengan program SPSS 22, populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) Cabang Gorontalo yang berjumlah 30 karyawan, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan September 2021 sampai Desember 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work From Home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas di PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) Cabang Gorontalo. Nilai t dalam penelitian ini adalah 8.607. Hal ini menunjukkan jika t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima atau (8.607 1,701). Nilai R square dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Work From Home dalam menjelaskan variabel Produktivitas Kerja sebesar 0,726 atau 72.6%, sedangkan 27.4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini seperti variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan kinerja.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to implement an application of the management models; micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises based on economic potential. The research applies a qualitative descriptive approach and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research has taken place at Bone Bolango Regency, Sulawesi, Indonesia. The result of the study shows that variable human resources and production operation are effective other three variables’ marketing, financial management, and institution are shows not that effective yet through the management model. This research finding shows that these fish farming enterprises have several challenges but through ability mind set increasing networking (AMIN) strategy, which is an effort in increasing the capacity and the ability of the businessmen in managing the productions, operational, administration management, financial and digital modernizations, and marketing network that will factually implicate in increasing the Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises’ performance.

Abstract

The culture of local wisdom which constructive with the community living dynamic such as the honesty, firmness, toghetherness, trust and pride as the value in social interaction in a system. The cross-cultural management born from the local wisdom as the community living system. The system of culture management in community include the religion, language, economy, technology, education, social organization, politic and art systems. The cross-cultural management as the main asset by state to progress with identity which own. Include Indonesia today to know the important of local wisdom which always to be grow suitable with the community culture. These study used of public option survey based on the opinion of community which actualization in qualitative research which used of descriptive. The result of research to found that the cross-cultural management which important to develop suitable with the existence in now and in the future. The fundament of culture management to see from the value, norm, clausal, philosophy and principle have actualization in spesific the cross-culture in Indonesia. The cross-cultural management based on local wisdom represent the united progress century. That mean the community which varians of local wisdom from the cross-culture to progress of united century. The cross-culture management represent the important instrument to direction of community have the local wisdom as an adhesive for the progress of the nation.

Abstract

The research aims: 1) analyzed the effect of leadership and organization commitment as the determinant factor and development of human resource toward performance by employee; 2) analyzed the determinant factor such as leadership and organization commintment toward development of human resource; and 3) analyzed the both of determinant factor namely the leadership toward organization commitment. The location of research in Gorontalo City, in Instance of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport. Population and sample as amount 171 responden (full sampling). Data from questioner to analyzed with path analysis. The result of research to found: 1) the ladership have positive and insignificant toward performance of employee. The applied of leadership to actualization, unless insiginificant toward increased the performancey by employee; 2) the organization commitment have postive and significant toward performance by employee. The organization commitment have actualize suitable with the work routine in increasing of performance by employee; 3) the development of human resource have postive and significant toward performance by employee. The development of human resource is important in attempt of increased the performance by employee; 4) the leadership have postive and significant toward development of human resource. The leadership able to directed, moved and effected of the potency by employee in working; 5) the organization commitment have postive and significant toward development of human resource. The organization commitment to development of carreer oriented to inovation and technology which effected of development by human resource: 6) the leadership have postive and significant toward organization commitment. Abstract

Abstrak -  Bagaimana Pengelolaan Akuntansi Utang dalam Upacara Rambu Solo’?Tujuan Utama -  Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengeksplorasi nilai di balik tradisi ma’ paben dan ma’ pasule dalam upacara rambu solo’.Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan etnografi. Adapun informan penelitian ini adalah panitia upacara rambu solo’, keluarga, dan pemangku adat.Temuan Utama – Pengelolaan utang pada ma’ paben dan ma’ pasule memiliki kontradiksi dengan pengelolaan utang secara modern yang berbasis nilai materi. Pengelolaan utang dalam tradisi ini dilakukan berdasarkan akad hati yang terinternalisasi oleh nilai pakkamasean, turu’ ma’ wai mata, akuntabilitas moral, dan komitmen moral. Implikasinya, konsep utang bukan hanya mencakup materi tetapi juga nonmateri.Implikasi Teori dan Kebijakan -  Implementasi nilai ma’ paben dan ma’ pasule adalah kesadaran bahwa utang merupakan pengikat silaturrahmi. Pengelolaan utang yang baik harus dilandasi oleh standar etika, moral dan spiritual.Kebaruan Penelitian -  Nilai nonmateri pada ma’ paben dan ma’ pasule dalam pengelolaan utang merupakan hal baru dalam penelitian ini, khusususnya akuntansi berbasis budaya. Abstract - How is Debt Accounting Management in the "Rambu Solo" Ceremony?Main Purpose - This study explores the value behind the "ma' paben" and "ma' pasule" traditions in the "rambu solo" ceremony.Method - This study uses ethnography. The informants are the ceremony committee, family, and traditional stakeholders.Main Findings – The debt management in "ma' paben" and "ma' pasule" contradicts modern debt management based on material values. The debt management in these traditions is based on a heart contract internalized by the values of "pakkamasean," "turu' ma' wai mata," moral accountability, and moral commitment. The implication is that the concept of debt is both material and non-material values.Theory and Practical Implications - Implementing the values of "ma' paben" and "ma' pasule" is the awareness that debt is a bond of friendship. Good debt management must be based on ethical, moral and spiritual standards.Novelty - The non-material value of "ma' paben" and "ma' pasule" in debt management is a novelty, especially in culture-based accounting.

Abstract

This study aims to 1). analyze and find out what factors affect the internal and external environment in order to maintain the competitive advantage of SMI, Karawo handicraft industry ?; 2). find out and analyze what efforts were made by both business people (SMI) and local governments in order to maintain and support competitive advantage from SMI, Karawo handicraft industry in Gorontalo City; 3). analyze the competitive advantage strategy that is carried out by every SMI in Gorontalo city in winning the competition. The method used in this study is a survey method by conducting data collection techniques through interviews, observation and through questionnaires. The assessment is carried out by identifying the current internal and external environment so as to achieve the conditions expected in the future related to the competitive advantage strategy of the Karawo handicraft industry in Gorontalo City. To analyze these factors in order to formulate a competitive advantage strategy for SMI, especially the Karawo handicraft industry, it is carried out with a SWOT Analysis approach. The results show that the strategy to achieve the competitive advantage of the furniture industry in Gorontalo in the future can be done with Turnaround strategy, namely the way the internal approach can be done is by shortening the production chain that has been producing Karawo embroidery requires different skills and craftsmen. through this strategy or stage, it can be done by one of the craftsmen. The second stage is externally through a process of training and mentoring by universities, local governments and entrepreneurs to conduct training for mothers, the younger generation to train the process of slicing and embroidering in other words creating new craftsmen and fostering the interest of young people to like and use products The Karawo.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human resource competence, accounting information systems, and internal control systems on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency. The type of method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaire surveys and observation. The number of respondents in this research was 63 respondents consisting of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Head of Planning, Head of Government, Head of Welfare and Services, and Chair of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) throughout Kabila Bone District. The tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that 1. Human resource competency has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District. 2. The accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District. 3. The internal control system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District. 4. Simultaneously, human resource competency, accounting information systems and internal control systems have a positive effect on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District with a determinant value of 60.6% while the remaining 39.4% is explained by other variables not examined. in this research.
