Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Terhadap promosi Jabatan, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif karena dilatar belakangi oleh tujuan awal penelitian yaitu menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh variabel-variabel yang hendak diteliti dan kemudian menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Variabel penelitian tersebut adalah variabel Kualitas Hasil Kerja, Kuantitas Hasil Kerja, Ketepatan Waktu Penyelesaian Hasil Kerja, sebagai variable-variabel yang mempengaruhi dan variabel Promosi Jabatan Karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel yang dipengaruhi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner dan mencatat dokumen-dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan Uji F dan analisis parsial Uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara bersama–sama maupun parsial antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Kualitas Hasil Kerja (, Kuantitas Hasil Kerja, Ketepatan Waktu Penyelesaian Hasil Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Varaiabel Promosi Jabatan (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transactional leadership, organizational culture, commitment, and compensation on job satisfaction. The research was conducted at the Agricultural Quarantine Center for the South Sulawesi Region with a population of 193 respondents. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using the help of AMOS 18. The results found that transactional leadership directly had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Transactional leadership directly has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has significant impacts employee performance. Indirectly, transactional leadership through job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Indirectly, organizational culture through job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, organizational commitment through job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Indirectly, compensation through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Leadership and work environment has a large part in motivating each member organization toward the company's goals. A leader should implement a leadership style to manage his subordinates because a leader will significantly affect the Organization's success in achieving its goals. No less important will be this is the role of the work environment itself which woke up, the work environment is one of the essential components within the employees finish his work. Here is the working environment: the immediate vicinity of the workers that can affect him in the exercise of duties charged. This research was conducted at PT. Pegadaian Regional VI of Makassar city with 30 research sample of respondents are the employees of PT. Pegadaian Regional VI. This Research is variable work environments (X1.1), the leadership style (X1.2), intrinsic motivation (X ), and the performance of the employees (Y). research using the method of multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using questioners. This research shows that the work environment does not affect employees' performance, leadership style, and intrinsic motivation the employee's account. Leadership styles and the variable is the variable that the dominant influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the symmetrical and asymmetrical relationships between technology, acceptance model (TAM), and consumer emotional value and service innovation in supporting consumer purchase decisions. This research approach uses quantitative research. The primary data sources used in this study are preliminary data obtained from questionnaires and secondary data. This research was conducted in the city of Makassar. The population in this study is based on the infinite population, with a sample of 231 respondents spread across various provinces in Indonesia. Data analysis used validity, reliability, R-square, F-square, direct effect, and partial least square (PLS) hypothesis submission. The results of this study indicate that the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variable has a positive and significant effect on the Emotional Value and Service Innovation variables. Likewise, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variable positively and significantly impacts the Consumer Purchase Decision variable by making the Emotional Value variable and Service Innovation intervene. The results of this study also show that the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variable has no positive and insignificant effect on the Consumer Purchase Decision variable.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the environment, workload, financial and non-financial compensation on employee motivation at DPMPTSP Makassar City. The research questions posed in this study are: does the work environment affect work motivation, whether workload affects work motivation, and whether compensation has an effect on employee motivation. This research was conducted at DPMPTSP Makassar City. There are 52 respondents who have been selected as samples using the saturated sampling technique. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that the hypothesis in this study has been significantly proven. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, workload has a negative and insignificant effect on work motivation, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. The implication of this research is that the work environment and compensation have an equally important role in increasing employee motivation at DPMPTSP Makassar City
