Abstract

The aims this study is obtaining empirical evidence and find clarity about the phenomenon of the influence of Transformational Leadership, Entrepreneurial Behaviour of Management on members participation and the impact to the performance of this Cooperative in the Province of Gorontalo. This study refers to a structured framework in the form of hypotheses to determine the effect of transformational leadership, entrepreneurial behavior on the participation of members of the board and its implications for the performance of cooperatives in the province of Gorontalo both simuktan or partial. The method used in this research is verification methods and the research form is a descriptive - reseach. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool is used to test the hypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the transformational leadership, entrepreneurial behavior simultaneous and the partial effect on the participation of members. Transformational leadership, entrepreneurial behavior affects directly or indirectly (through participation) on the performance of cooperatives.  Member participation  influence on the performance of cooperatives in the province of Gorontalo.  The implications of these findings for practitioners and researchers are expected to about contribute to the implementation of the three variables mentioned above mainly in increasing the participation of members in order to there are the board of cooperative performance in the province of Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of Integrated Management Quality (MMT) in JNE Main Branch Gorontalo in terms of (1) socialization program, (2) understanding program, (3) target accuracy, (4) goal achievement, and (5) real change. The method of this research is qualitative with the type of case study research through (i) triangulation of data sources through comparison of the results of interviews with the contents of related documents; (ii) data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants and documentation studies; (iii) data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The results of the study are: First, the MMT socialization is carried out less effectively, there were still employees and community customers who had not received complete information about the quality management model implemented in the company. The intensity of the dissemination still needs to be improved through routine breeding to employees and service advertisements for the community. Second, understanding MMT is effective. After getting information about MMT, employees understand about the quality management model implemented in the company. Employees have knowledge of performance quality standards targeted in SOPs. Employees feel easy in following the performance quality standards set by the company. Third, the accuracy of MMT targets is effective. The customer community is satisfied with the effectiveness, efficiency and flexibility of the services provided by the company, so it always makes JNE the first choice in the shipping and receiving services of goods. Fourth, the goal of MMT is implemented effectively. Along with the demand for service needs, the company carries out HR development through recruitment of competent staff and includes employees in technical training and training, adds a fleet of transportation facilities for sending and receiving goods, and updates the internet needs. The goal of MMT is achieved to the maximum. Fifth, real changes from MMT are carried out effectively. The community is easy to access JNE services located in downtown Gorontalo, handled well at affordable costs. Gorontalo Main Branch JNE service meets the expectations and expectations of the customer community. This study concluded that Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at JNE Main Branch of Gorontalo is carried out effectively. Keywords: Effectiveness, Integrated Management Quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian campuran deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi UNG berjumlah 45 Orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi langsung, wawancara langsung, adapun analisis data yang digunakan Reduksi Data, penyajian Data, Menarik Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman mengajar dosen dalam pembelajaran daring selama masa covid-19 adalah bervariasi, pada umumnya mengatakan  bahwa pembelajaran daring sangat menunjang dosen dalam pemberian materi pembelajaran. Sehubungan dengan kesiapan dosen untuk mengajar terutama yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan pembelajaran dan materi sudah disiapkan, demikian pula dengan proses pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan aplikasi tehnologi seperti Zoom, goole meet, Whatsapp dan E-Learning dalam pembelajaran oleh dosen di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo khususnya di Fakultas Ekonomi sudah efektif. Akan tetapi disisi lain terutama yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran tersebut terdapat kendala yakni jaringan internet sehingga mahasiswa yang tinggal diwilayah yang sulit jaringan internet mengalami hambatan dalam perkuliahan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the leadership style’s compatibility level which including task behavior and relationship behaviors, the maturity of the members and the relationship with the with the participation of members of the Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) in Gorontalo province. This study use 52 sample of KUD chairman and 140 sample members of KUD. The calculation of the sample used proportional sampling. Data were collected by interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondent. Method of anayisis using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative methods. Hypothesis test using Kruskal Wallis different test and the Chi Quadrat. Based on the statistical analysis results can be concluded: (1) the existence of the leadership styles differentiation of the chairman, (2) there are differences in maturity level of members, (3) there is no leadership styles compatibility level of chairman toward the maturity of members in KUD at Gorontalo Province, and (4) there is a relationship of the chairman leadership style with the maturity of the members indicated from the participation of members.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning media. This research was a type of development research by adapting the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation). The object of this research was students in class IPA SMAN 1 Suwawa with a total of 117 students. The entire content of the material, media, and language in the learning media had to undergo an expert validation process to create draft II. Draft II then underwent product revisions in a limited trial and created draft III. Then, in a field trial with a total of 117 students, the response received a "very strong" percentage with a percentage of 94.50%, creating the final product improvement for researchers. The results of the research were creating learning media in the form of Android-based applications in employment subjects with details on the homepage feature, Basic Competency & Learning Objectives feature, learning material feature, Practice Questions feature, and About feature
