Abstract

Investment is a commitment to sacrifice current consumption with the aim of increasing consumption in the future. On January 30, 2020, the Ministry of Finance issued Regulation of the Minister of Finance number PMK199/PMK.10/2019, concerning import duty tariffs for retail imported goods. This regulation aims to protect the domestic industry due to the increasing transaction of imported goods using online methods, and is expected to reduce the current balance deficit. This research uses event studies method, which is when the new policy will affect the share price of certain sectors. However, when the provision is established it only has a relatively less strong influence on the volatility of its main share price in the manufacturing sector. Stock price volatility in IDX occurs precisely when the world occurs covid-19 pandemic and the announcement of events that in Indonesia is also affected starting in March 2020. The share price in the manufacturing sector has dropped sharply but there are also subsectors that have strengthened in price

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa, menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan tetap Divisi Operasional PT. Bank X. Responden yang diambil adalah karyawan tetap level staf Divisi operasional PT. Bank X staf dengan jumlah sebanyak 44 reponden. Metode pengambilan data responden pada penielitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner, sedangkan metode analisa data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitinan ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap seluruh variabel dependen, dimana kepemimpinan transfromasional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, begitu pula kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen orgnisasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening memiliki pengaruh positif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the dimension of Responsibility, Agility, Courage, Simplicity, and Emotionally on Brand Personality which have a significant influence on customer loyalty using Livin by Mandiri application at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Data obtained from 241 respondents who are customers of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The results show that from 5 variables there are 3 of them that give a positive influence and 2 other variables do not have an effect on customer loyalty. The Responsibility variable, Courage variable, and Emotionaly variable have a positive influence on customer loyalty, while the Agility variable and Simplicity variable have no positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange utilizing various technology platforms during the pandemic COVID-19. The independent variables used in both research models consist of ITF, LDR, and NPL. This study uses two models, in the first model the dependent variable is ROA, while in the second model, BOPO is the dependent variable. In order to fulfill the objectives of this study, the sample used was 40 conventional banks which during the observation period were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study used quarterly data throughout 2020, consisting of quarters 1, 2, 3, and 4. Based on the initial data presented when processed, they were forced to discard some of the available data for both the first and second models. The mechanism for deleting processed data is because the data is included in the outlier category. For data categorized as outliers, a data reduction mechanism is carried out

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of communication, organizational culture, and work from home on the performance of permanent employees in the banking sector in DKI Jakarta who work operationally in a hybrid or remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic conditions. The independent variables in this study are Communication, Organizational Culture, and Work from Home. While the dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method, which is supported by IBM SPSS AMOS 22 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26 application devices. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire with the Google Form application to collect information on respondents, who were permanent employees in the banking sector in DKI Jakarta who work operationally hybrid or remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic conditions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; 2) Organizational Culture does not have an effect on Employee Performance; 3) Work from Home does not have an effect on Employee Performance.
