Abstract

IPSRT is a psychotherapy for bipolar disorder that focuses on the stability of the rhythm of daily activities, such as time to sleep, wake up, and eat. This regular rhythm aims to reduce symptoms that occur in bipolar patients. This study aims to review IPSRT as an alternative therapy for people with bipolar disorder. The databases used in this study are Google Scholar and Pubmed which were selected based on the PRISMA flow chart, consisting of articles using the RCT method and quasi-experimental methods published in 2011-2021, nationally and internationally, full text, and free of charge. Based on the results of a review of 7 articles, 6 articles were found that said that IPSRT was effective for reducing symptoms in bipolar patients, which was seen from the quality of life of patients, as well as decreasing depressive and manic symptoms and improving social functioning in bipolar patients. It is recommended that further studies evaluate the long-term effects and recurrence of IPSRT therapy.Keywords: bipolar disorder; effectiveness; interpersonal and social rhythm therapy; psychotherapy ABSTRAK IPSRT merupakan salah satu psikoterapi gangguan bipolar yang berfokus pada kestabilan ritme aktivitas sehari-hari, seperti waktu untuk tidur, bangun, hingga makan. Teraturnya ritme ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi gejala yang terjadi pada pasien bipolar. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meninjau IPSRT sebagai alternatif terapi bagi pengidap bipolar. Database yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah Google Scholar dan Pubmed yang terseleksi berdasarkan diagram alir PRISMA, terdiri atas artikel dengan metode RCT dan eksperimen kuasi yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2011-2021, dalam lingkup nasional dan internasional, full text, dan tidak berbayar. Berdasarkan hasil review pada 7 artikel, didapatkan 6 artikel yang mengatakan bahwa IPSRT efektif untuk menurunkan gejala pada pasien bipolar, yang dilihat dari kualitas hidup pasien, serta menurunnya gejala depresi dan maniak dan meningkatkan fungsi sosial pada pasien bipolar. Disarankan penelitian selanjutnya mengevaluasi efek jangka panjang dan kekambuhan dari terapi IPSRT.Kata kunci: gangguan bipolar; efektifitas; interpersonal and social rhythm therapy; psikoterapi

Abstract

Children with Special Needs (CSN) have the right to receive inclusive education with teachers as an important factor and the center of the entire education structure. The results of data collection through Focused Group Discussion with Special Education Teachers (SET) in Pangandaran Regency on 27th October 2022, showed that SET sometimes feel anxious about the behaviors shown by CSN at school, such as eating and drinking indiscriminately from items around them that can threaten children's health. And also feel burdened by the hopes of parents who want their child to recover completely after attending special school. Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between mental workload and the level of stress of SLTs in Pangandaran Regency. Method: The method in this study is descriptive correlational with a cross-sectional approach. Primary data were collected using the NASA-TLX questionnaire and the SET Stress Level Questionnaire. There were 82 teachers as respondents using a total sampling technique. Result: Data was collected online through a questionnaire distributed to all special education teachers in Pangandaran Regency. The data was processed statistically using the Spearman Rank test which showed a significance of 0.011 (P value <0.05) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.280 which indicated that the strength of the correlation was sufficient (moderate) with a positive correlation direction. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between mental workload and the stress level of special school teachers in Pangandaran Regency.

Abstract

The Red Cross Youth as a school health cadre has various tasks, one of which is to minimize risky behavior in teenagers. Adolescents have the potential to contract HIV if they do not have good knowledge. This potential is increasing, especially in tourist areas such as Pangandaran. The aim of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of RCY members about HIV in Pangandaran Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was all 120 members of RCY SMAN 1 Parigi, Pangandaran Regency. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The instrument used was HIV-KQ (HIV Knowledge Questionnaire) 18. This research used a questionnaire in the form of Google Formulir. The data analysis technique used is categorical univariate analysis. The research results showed that 40.8% of respondents had high knowledge level, 37.5% had moderate level of knowledge, and 21.7% had low level of knowledge. These results were influenced by the routine provision of material from RCY supervisors and also external parties such as community health centers that held outreaches about HIV.
