Abstract

Corona virus (covid) has disrupted the learning process directly. So the government has issued regulations to maintain distance and social distancing. So a solution is needed to answer this problem. Online learning is one way to solve this problem. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the implementation of the application of online learning models in educational seminar courses. 2) To find out what obstacles are the problems in the online model learning process in seminar courses. 3) To find out the development of online learning in educational seminar courses. 4) to find out the skill aspect in online model learning in educational seminar courses at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The research subjects are lecturers of educational seminar subjects and students of the 2018 economic education study program class A and B IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis technique. Analysis of research data obtained from the process of searching and compiling systematically, data obtained from observations, interviews and the field, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that (1) the implementation of the application of online model learning in the educator seminar course has been effective; (2) the obstacles that become problems in the online learning process in educational seminar courses are the internet network, communication between lecturers and students, lack of effectiveness and time efficiency, lack of enthusiasm of students in understanding the material; (3) students are able to make proposals and journals and then able to carry out educational seminars online.

Abstract

Every organization is required to develop an activity-based financial system that is effective and efficient. Therefore, the financial performance of the organization must be based on the form of a budget that reflects these objectives. A budget that is able to reflect effectiveness and efficiency is the activity based costing (ABC method) budget method. Through this activity-based costing-based budgeting method, organizations can see and monitor the use of budgets and costs in accordance with the activities needed to carry out organizational performance. Activity-based budget construction training can provide assistance and benefits in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of performance. Thus, all budget requirements and cost items can be tracked and their use can be accounted for. Activitybased budgeting also greatly facilitates rational and reliable decision-making so that in the end it can reflect an organizational management based on good corporate governance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh retribusi pasar terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pedagang pasar tradisional Narang, serta untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi faktor pendorong dan penghambat dari pengaruh retribusi pasar guna meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang pasar tradisional Narang. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yaitu dengan menemukan, memahami, menjelaskan dan memperoleh gambaran tentang upaya pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan retribusi pasar serta mengumpulkan fakta-fakta mengenai pengaruh retribusi pasar terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pedagang pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: bahwa aspek retribusi pasar memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan pedapatan pedagang melalui penataan dan pengelolaan pasar Narang yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS banyak yang belum bisa mencapai KKM, hanya terdapat beberapa siswa saja yang nilainya memuaskan. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi dan pembelajaran lebih berpusat pada guru sehingga mengakibatkan siswa menjadi kurang aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 2 Keo Tengah Satap Kodiwuwu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang melibatkan refleksi berulang yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Keo Tengah Satap Kodiwuwu yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan Tes hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari siklus I dan siklus II yang terdiri dari nilai pre-tes, post-tes, dan Ngain (Normalized gain) yaitu sebagai berikut: Nilai rata-rata pre-test siklus I adalah 3,3 dan nilai rata-rata post-test 6,35, nilai pre-test siklus II adalah 4,25 dan nilai rata-rata post-test adalah 8,3 dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Sedangkan rata-rata Ngain (normalized gain) pada siklus I adalah 0,45 dan rata-rata nilai Ngain (normalized gain) Siklus II 0,70 hasil ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan rata-rata Ngain. Maka hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 2 Keo Tengah Satap Kodiwuwu. Model pembelajaran inquiry terbimbing sangat baik untuk digunakan karena mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
