Abstract

Any school at all levels, from the lowest to the highest, expects that every student who studies at the school can obtain satisfactory achievements. If this can be realized, it is a matter of pride for students and for the school. Learning achievement is changes in knowledge and understanding, as well as values, attitudes and skills possessed by students after they are involved or experience the learning process. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers on February 10, 2020 at the State Junior High School (SMP) Satap 2 Aesesa, it showed that the learning achievement of class VIII students in terms of the Final Semester Assessment (PAS) 1 economics subjects was still unsatisfactory, because the majority of the average grades the average class is still below the Minimum Learning Completeness Criteria (KKM) set by the teacher. This study aims to analyze the effect of the learning environment, learning motivation, on learning achievement. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The main data analysis technique used to test the research hypothesis is using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are the independent learning environment variable has a positive and significant influence on the learning achievement variable. The independent learning motivation variable also has a positive and significant influence on the learning achievement variable on learning achievement. These two variables together also have a positive influence on learning achiev ement with a percentage of 53.6%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this study

Abstract

Modul diartikan sebagai media untuk belajar mandiri karena di dalamnya telah dilengkapi petunjuk untuk belajar sendiri. Artinya, pembaca dapat melakukan kegiatan belajar tanpa kehadiran pengajar secara langsung yang dipadu oleh media modul sehingga mempermudahkan pesera didik untuk belajar kapan dan dimanapun saja. Jenis pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah pengembangan atau Research and Development. Alasan peneliti memilih jenis pengembangan ini karena pengembangan merupakan suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu.Hal ini relevan dengan tujuan peneliti yang ingin menghasilkan suatu produk yang valid, praktis, dan efektif, berupa modul. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini berdasarkan model pengembangan yang dipilih, yaitu model pengembangan 4D yang dikembangkan oleh S. Thiagarajan. Model pengembangan 4D terdiri atas empat tahap yaitu: 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Development dan 4) Disseminate. Produk yang di hasilkan berupa pengembangan modul pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas VIII SMP Ibnu Sina. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ke dua ahli yang pertama ahli materi diperoleh skor 92,64 dan ahli media dengan skor 83,92 dari nilai diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pelaku ekonomi masuk ke kategori sangat layak dan sudah bisa di implementasikan ke siswa siswi SMP.

Abstract

Covid-19 outbreak was the toughest moment paced by citizen of the world. Each country applied diffentent policies to overcome it. During covid-19 people’s mobility was limited. Therefore, this empacted many sectors; one of which was economic sectors. As many activities were done from home, there seemed to be new comsutive behavior among the consumers. This behavior, of course, led to the rapid development of online business in order to reach more consuments. This Civic Service aimed at to equip the society with particular skills to make terang bulan cake and to promote the cake in one of market place, that was Gojek. The workshop was conducted on Jalan Tirto Taruno, Kelurahan Landungsari, Kecamatan Dau, Kota Malang. The activities in this civic services covered three steps namely observation, planning, and action. The results of this activities showed that the participants were successfully executed the skills of producing Terang bulan cake and how to sell it through Gojek aplication

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh retribusi pasar terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pedagang pasar tradisional Narang, serta untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi faktor pendorong dan penghambat dari pengaruh retribusi pasar guna meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang pasar tradisional Narang. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yaitu dengan menemukan, memahami, menjelaskan dan memperoleh gambaran tentang upaya pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan retribusi pasar serta mengumpulkan fakta-fakta mengenai pengaruh retribusi pasar terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pedagang pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: bahwa aspek retribusi pasar memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan pedapatan pedagang melalui penataan dan pengelolaan pasar Narang yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Digitalization is a term that cannot be separated from discussions of the 21st century industry and information world. Digitalization itself is carried out in the context of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of each part of performance, so that time and all available resources can be used as optimally as possible for the maximum profit. In the digital era, technological developments continue to run rapidly. It can be said that the development of technology in the digital era is a step that can be used to advance in society. This community service aims to provide training to the community so that they can take advantage of technological developments properly by providing workshops on using digital buying and selling platforms in Indonesia. These training and workshop activities were carried out in Paras Hamlet, Karangnongko Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. There are three stages in this community service activity, namely observation, planning and action. From these activities, the results obtained by the public can understand how to use the digital buying and selling platform, both acting as buyers and acting as sellers.
