Abstract

Problems faced in optimizing the quality of "Education for Learners in Tangerang correctional institution" today is the contradiction between the values of hope (das sollen) with the values of reality (das Sein), and the dominant factor affecting the quality of the "Education students in Tangerang correctional institution ", is a factor of the input instrument of education. Qualitative study, this study aims to find patterns of education in accordance with the legal awareness education for students penitentiary child. The research process was conducted based on the qualitative method, which is natural, descriptive, inductive, and discover the meaning of a phenomenon. Educator Qualifications research results that have a faithful and devoted personality, friendly, full of tenderness, acting as a parent, insightful, and empathy, positive impact on the development process; Development Planning combines the Bottom Up Top Down; Approach and method that combines coaching and religious functionalist models, through: the example (example), habituation and training, creation of favorable situation, discipline, implementing worship deeply, accelerate the process of coaching, Evaluation of Education in Prison, the need to involve the role students, families, and communities, thus serving as a feed back to the improvement of the quality of coaching in prison. Abstract

Pendidikan hukum merupakan upaya penting dalam memberikan landasan untuk kehidupan bangsa serta merupakan dan konsensus semua komponen bangsa. Dalam pelaksanaannya ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesadaran masyarakat untuk mewujudkan nilai-nilai hukum dalam kehidupan nyata , baik internal maupun eksternal. Diantara faktor-faktor tersebut adalah: kepatuhan, identifikasi, internalisasi, dan jaminan kepentingan masyarakat, selain itu hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan hukum, pemahaman, sikap hukum, dan perilaku hukum dari masing-masing kompone masyarakat. Belajar hukum di sekolah merupakan upaya strategis dalam mengembangkan pendidikan hukum. Kita harus melakukan re - revitalisasi pendidikan hukum melalui sekolah ini, seperti, pertama; revitalisasi pada subyek yang menggambarkan nuansa dan semangat Indonesia, baik dalam kehidupan sosial - budaya dan agama; kedua; melalui strategi pembelajaran yang menekankan pada nilai-nilai kesadaran - empati (seperti fortopolio model) dalam kehidupan masyarakat, bangsa dan Negara .

Abstract

As citizens and the future generation, high school students are required to understand and carry out their rights and obligations according to their age level. Citizenship Education as a subject in schools must emphasize building their character. The substance of learning begins to make citizens who can participate effectively, intelligently, democratically, and responsibly. This literature study scrutinized this education pattern by analyzing six articles published in different settings in Indonesian high schools. The study results explain that Citizenship Education is directed to achieve two balanced main goals. First, Citizenship Education is functioned to improve students’ knowledge and skills about ethics, morals, and principles in the life of the nation and state, then to shape attitudes, behaviour, and personality by the noble values of the Indonesian nation. These two goals should be achieved so that students understand scientific concepts and principles and can do something using scientific concepts and principles that they have mastered in everyday life. Citizenship education should equip students with adequate intellectual knowledge and skills, which allow them to participate intelligently and responsibly in various dimensions of life to form democratic attitudes.

Abstract

Pada saat ini kita sering melihat anak didik kita yang tidak punya sopan santun, suka tawuran, hobi begadang dan kebut-kebutan di jalan. Itu jenis kenakalan remaja yang umum, jenis kenakalan remaja yang lain senang berbohong, bolos sekolah, mencuri, berjudi bahkan aborsi. Masalah semakin banyak mulai dari masalah kurang kerja sama, lebih suka mementingkan diri sendiri, golongan atau partai, sampai kepada bangsa yang sarat dengan korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme. Selama ini bimbingan karakter sudah ada di sekolah seperti bimbingan konseling, tetapi itu bervariasi. Di sekolah guru BP tidak bisa meraih semua karena dalam kenyataanya guru BP hanya membimbing siswa yang terkena masalah dan siswa yang lain seolah terbebas dari masalah, Keberadaan guru BP sendiri kadang dirangkap oleh guru mata pelajaran. Akhirnya, konsep pendidikan karakter di sekolah tidak pernah bisa optimal. Menurut Mochtar Buchori (2007), pendidikan karakter seharusnya membawa peserta didik ke pengenalan nilai secara kognitif, penghayatan nilai secara afektif, dan akhirnya ke pengamalan nilai secara nyata. Pendidikan karakter bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu penyelenggaraan dan hasil pendidikan di sekolah yang mengarah pada pencapaian pembentukan karakter dan akhlak mulia peserta didik secara utuh, terpadu, dan seimbang, sesuai standar kompetensi lulusan. Melalui pendidikan karakter diharapkan peserta didik mampu secara mandiri meningkatkan dan menggunakan pengetahuannya, mengkaji dan menginternalisasi serta mempersonalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan akhlak mulia sehingga terwujud dalam perilaku sehari-hari.

Abstract

The subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education is one of the compulsory subjects taught to students to create citizens in accordance with what is mandated by Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. As one of the places designated to develop democratic values for participants for students, schools do play an important role in shaping a democratic culture through various learning methods in the classroom and extracurricular activities. But furthermore, the democratic culture that occurs in the school environment is functioned to get used to living in deliberation in uniting opinions, solving problems and responding to differences through an attitude of equality, cooperation, tolerance and brotherhood. This study uses a normative juridical method, namely legal research that refers to written regulations or other legal materials, including statutory approaches, case approaches and conceptual approaches, while the results of this study explain that learning Pancasila and Citizenship education is an activity that This is done consciously and intentionally in the teaching and learning process through the discussion method, related to this, that democratic values in learning are very important to be instilled in every student, especially in good behavior or in accordance with what has been applied in the values democracy, so that it can build and develop human potential with high character, integrity in expressing opinions, and having effective competence. Basically, the implementation of democratic values provides an opportunity for all students to be able to express their opinions regarding the subject matter that has been conveyed, this is one way to implement democratic values in Pancasila and civics education lessons (PPKn), so that students can understand and at the same time apply it in everyday life. Furthermore, on the same occasion, students are also required to be able to develop an attitude of mutual respect and appreciation both to all students and to teachers.

Abstract

Berbagai usaha telah di lakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19, sesuai arahan dari pemerintah bahwa penyesuaian proses belajar mengajar bagi guru dan para siswa harus tetap berjalan meskipun harus terkendala oleh beberapa hambatan dan permasalahan. Dikeluarkannya kurikulum tahun 2013 dengan semboyan merdeka belajar, di harapkan dapat mendorong para siswa agar tetap produktif dan berinovasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar meskipun tidak di lakukan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta analisis triangulasi data, Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa, Untuk mendukung kebijakan merdeka belajar yang di keluarkan oleh pemerintah di masa pandemi Covid-19, kemendikbud selaku lembaga yang berwenang dalam tugas pokok ini menyiapkan tiga tahapan penting agar program tersebut dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan awal, dan diantaranya adalah, membangun ekosistem pendidikan berbasis teknologi. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para pendidik serta menyiapkan ekosistem pendidikan dan teknologi yang lebih efisien dan berkualitas. seperti yang terdapat di SMA Negeri Karawang dimana selama pandemi berlangsung kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di lakukan dengan menggunakan sistem daring dan luring, sistem daring di lakukan selama tiga hari dalam seminggu sedangkan sistem luring di lakukan satu kali selama seminggu, adapun penggunaan beberapa aplikasi sebagai penunjang proses belajar daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi google classroom, whatsapp dan beberapa aplikasi lainnya.

Abstract

The attitude of tolerance develops within the framework of the existence of diversity in various dimensions of people's lives, so that harmony and harmony in life can be realized, far from conflict and social tension, especially conflicts and hostility between fellow communities. This study aims to describe the importance of the role of civic education in forming an attitude of tolerance towards diversity with a pluralistic society background. This plurality often occurs within the scope of the school, where students learn to respect and appreciate differences and accept each other for certain characteristics that may not be encountered in their environment. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which is to describe the role of civics education in forming an attitude of tolerance while understanding phenomena, events and thoughts from individuals or groups, the results of this study explain that civic education can build tolerance among students, plays a very important role and it is proven as we know that tolerance is an absolute requirement for practicing Pancasila and mutual respect between diversity.
