Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors which affect employee performance; islamic work ethics by using affective commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variables. Based on the research problem, there are how to improve employee performance through affective commitment and job satisfaction, and the factors which affective commitment and job satisfaction, so the answer is by the Islamic Work Ethics variable. This study is conducted on 200 employees of cross sectors and cross professions working in various fields. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by the help Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program. The results show that Islamic Work Ethics has a positive effect on employee performance, by using affective commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital banking on banking performance during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method that is considered appropriate for this research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional design of hypothesis testing using linear regression. There is a significant influence between digital banking (DB) on the return of assets at conventional banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a significant effect between digital banking (DB) on the return on equity at conventional banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic and There is a significant influence between digital banking (DB) on operating costs of operating income at conventional banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. In implementing digital banking innovation, it is hoped that banks will be able to implement risk management to deal with various risks with digital banking innovation.

Abstract

Face revolution industry 4.0 and competition between company that very competitive, company need own source power which qualified. Source power man rated important because considered capable synergize with source power which other in effort reach objective organization. Satisfaction work is Thing important which expected by para employee moment they work in something company. For create satisfaction work, no easy because there is many the factor that affect it. Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) is which used in study this. Study this researching the difference between Gen X and Gen Y for differentiate level satisfaction work them. Study this use method analysis quantitative. In study this got results that no there is difference significant level satisfaction work employee generations X and Y. But on the indicator variety, ability utilization, working condition, security and creativity. there is difference level satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Work From Home merupakan salah satu konsep bentuk kerja fleksibel yang telah lama diterapkan dan terus berkembang seiring berkembangnya teknologi. Konsep kerja ini mulai banyak dikenal masyarakat Indonesia sejak diberlakukannya Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar akibat pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif fenomenologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan dan keterbatasan penerapan Work From Home di Indonesia. Sebanyak 6 orang informan yang dipilih kemudian diwawancarai untuk mengetahui pengalaman mereka selama bekerja secara Work From Home. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama penerapan kerja secara Work From Home, karyawan lebih dapat menyeimbangkan kehidupan kerja dan pribadinya. Namun begitu, kepuasan kerja karyawan terus menurun jika dibandingkan dengan bekerja secara tatap muka di kantor. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa ada ketidakcocokan penerapan kerja Work From Home bagi karyawan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyarakan agar kedepannya suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dapat menyiapkan secara lebih matang jika akan menerapkan pengaturan kerja Work From Home bagi karyawannya. Kata Kunci: fleksibel, Work From Home, karyawan Abstract Work From Home is a concept of flexible work that has long been applied and continues to develop along with the development of technology. It has begun to be widely recognized by the Indonesian public since the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative phenomenology. This study aims to determine the advantages and limitations of implementing Work From Home in Indonesia. A total of 6 selected informants were interviewed to find out their experiences while Work From Home. The results showed that during Work From Home, employees are more able to balance their work and personal lives. However, employee job satisfaction continues to decline when compared to working in the office. These findings also indicate that there is a mismatch in the application of Work From Home work for employees in Indonesia. This research suggests that in the future a company or organization can prepare more thoroughly if it is to implement Work From Home work arrangements for its employees Keywords: flexible, Work From Home, employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organisation climate and organizational commitment on intention to quite and to analyze the most affective variable on intention to quit. It is necessary to examine the factors affecting intention to quit so that management will be able to push turnover rate down. The company shall give a serious attention because a high turnover within a company can interrupt activities and productivities. High rate of turnover leads to adverse effect to an organization. Such problem is likely generating instability and uncertainty towards employment condition and human resources cost rise in forms of training invested to them, recruitment and newly built training programs. High turnover, in addition, also results in organizational ineffectiveness because it loses experienced employees as well as spends much times in training new, inexperienced employees. There are 165 respondents who are employees Teladan Prima Group for the samples and data analysis during the research is held by using SEM and AMOS 16.0 program. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment (CR = 3.111); organization climate has a positive on organizational commitment (CR = 4.258); organizational commitment has a negative effect on intention to quit (CR = -4.339); job satisfaction has a negative effect on intention to quit (CR = -2.165); and organizational commitment has a positive effect on intention to quit (CR = 1,319). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of proactive pesonality on career satisfaction and employee performance by employee creativity as intervening variables. This Study uses two types of data sources, namely primary data in the form of interviews with respondents and quetionaire results via Google Form Link, while secondary data is obtaining from primary data processing using Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) as a data analysis tool consisting of 5 (five) hypothesis which is then operated using the AMOS computational program. In this study, data were obtained from respondents, namely Bank BTN Semarang City employees with 110 respondents.The results show that proactive personality have a positive and significant effect on employee creativity, employee creativity have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, employee creativity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, proactive personality have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, and proactive personality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence the variable flexible work arrangements have on the performance of civil servants at the Aceh Water Service through work stress during the covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected using a survey method through an online questionnaire from a population of 268 employees of the Aceh Water Service with the status of civil servants using a census sampling technique. The data is processed using AMOS 24.0 software to find out the results. The findings show that flexible work arrangements have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, flexible work arrangements have a negative and significant effect on work stress, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, flexible work arrangements have an indirect effect on employee performance through work stress as a mediation. This research shows that flexible work arrangements are proven to improve employee performance during the pandemic. In addition, work stress will reduce employee performance because flexible work causes multitasking and stress in completing tasks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the leader-member exchange, organizational climate and innovative work behavior improve employee performance of Directorate General X of Ministry Y. This research uses quantitative methods. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. Sampling is used purposive sampling method. This study took a sample of civil servants who had worked as research subjects for at least 2 years. Employees with structural officer positions or functional officers who serve as coordinators and sub-coordinators are not included because this study focuses on employees who do not occupy managerial positions. From the discussion above, the leader-member exchange positively affects employee performance. The organizational climate positively affects employee performance. Leader-member exchanges positively affect employees' innovative work behaviors. The organizational climate positively affects the innovative work behavior of employees. Innovation work behavior has a positive effect on employee performance. Innovation work behavior partially mediates the relationship of the influence of member leadership exchanges on employee performance. Innovation work behavior partially mediates the relationship between the influence of the organizational climate on employee performance.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion is responsible for administering various public services related to religion, such as organizing worship, religious education, community development, and hajj management. The quality of employee performance directly affects the effectiveness and quality of these services provided to the public. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the performance of employees within the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province as it directly contributes to enhancing the quality of public services in the religious sector. Employee performance is influenced by factors such as Islamic leadership, Islamic work ethics, and emotional intelligence. This study aims to examine the impact of Islamic leadership style and Islamic work ethics on employee performance, with emotional intelligence acting as an intermediate variable. The research adopts a quantitative approach and gathers primary data from employees who identify as Muslims in the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province, totaling 118 individuals. Data collection involves using a Likert scale questionnaire ranging from 1 to 7. Hypothesis testing utilizes an alternative Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method called Partial Least Squares (PLS). The study's findings reveal that there is no direct effect of Islamic leadership style and Islamic work ethics on employee performance. However, Islamic leadership style and Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant influence on employees' emotional intelligence. Additionally, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Emotional intelligence is validated as an intervening variable that mediates the influence of Islamic leadership and Islamic work ethics on employee performance
