Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify  he influence of quality of academic service owned by the Prodi Administration Business toward consumer satisfaction batch 2013. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The type of data required for research is the primary data and secondary data. Sampling done by the method of probability sampling type of simple random sampling with 72 responden. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of T test here are two variables that effect i.e. variable Responsivenss (responsiveness) and Tangible (physical evidence), while variable Reliability (reliability), Assurane (Assurance) and Emphaty (empathy) does not affect the satisfaction of the students. The result of this research was based on the F-test is the quality of service which consists of Reliability (reliability), the Responsivenss (responsiveness), Assurane (Assurance), Emphaty (empathy) and Tangible (physical evidence) take effect simultaneously and significantly to student satisfactionKeywords : Service quality, student satisfaction  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik yang dimiliki oleh Prodi Administrasi Bisnis terhadap kepuasan mahasisiswa angkatan 2013. Abstract

In the modern view, the structure becomes an important part in the analysis of the organization because structure as a part of an organization that is directly in contact with the environment. This study was conducted to analyze the organizational structure of Telkom University (Tel-U) at this time which means seeing how the Tel-U organizational structure of complexity, formalization, centralization, and coordination aspect based on the viewpoint of faculty.The variable used in this research that an organizational structure which consist of four dimensions (complexity, formalization, centralization, and coordination). The sample in this study is Management Coordinator Transformation and Affairs Chief in each faculty of Tel-U with purposive sampling. Processing data using descriptive analysis using Microsoft Excel as the analysis tool. The result showed that the organizational structure of Telkom University as a whole are included in the category sufficient good (respectable) with an average total score of 68%.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang, jumlah ini didapatkan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kedua variabel memperoleh kategori baik dari seluruh dimensi yang diuji. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tipe budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 74.4% dansisanya 25.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of product innovation on competitive advantage at SME of “Duren Kamu Pasti Kembali” in Serang City. This study uses quantitative and was analyzed descriptively the hypothesis was tested by using simple linear regression analysis. This study uses descriptive research-causality. Sampling technique used was saturated sampling type under non-probability sampling, with the 19 respondents. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with the t-test, product innovation significantly influenced on competitive advantage at SME “Duren KPK” in Serang City. The results of coefficient of determination showed that product innovation at SME “Duren KPK” was able to explain 77,8% competitive advantage, and the remaining 22,2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The conclusion of this study is product innovation at SME “Duren KPK” is categorized as good, but there are several aspects that need to be improved such as product innovation that is still easily imitated by other competitors, and the price of products that are not yet affordable.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengangguran menjadi salah satu masalah serius di Indonesia yang masih sulit diatasi, karena pertambahan jumlah penduduk yang tinggi, tidak diimbangi dengan pertambahan lapangan kerja. Perusahaan semakin selektif menerima karyawan baru, namun minat generasi muda Indonesia dalam berwirausaha saat ini relatif masih rendah. Dalam kondisi ini dunia pendidikan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling jenis simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) materi yang di sampaikan secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha. 2) Cara penyampaian materi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi untuk perguruan tinggi yang menerapkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan dalam bentuk materi yang disampaikan maupun cara penyampaian materi kepada mahasiswanya agar dapat ditingkatkan lagi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi mahasiswa untuk melihat apakah dengan adanya mata kuliah kewirausahaan memiliki hubungan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : Mata Kuliah Kewirausahaan, Minat Berwirausaha ABSTRACTUnemployment become a serious problem in Indonesia which is difficult to overcome, the reason is population in Indonesia growing higher but the amount of employment is being stuck. Companies are being more selective to hiring new employees, but the entrepreneurship intention of young generation in Indonesia is still low. In this condition, education has a responsibility to increase the entrepreneurship intention of young generation. This research aims to know the influence of entrepreneurship course to student’s entrepreneuship intention. This is a descriptive reasearch using quantitative method. This research uses a probability sampling type of simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results are : 1) Presented materials directly influence to entrepreneurship intention. 2) The way of delivering materials have no direct influence to student’s etrepreneurship intention. These results give a suggestion to the institution that have entrepreneurship course to increase their presented materials and the way they deliver the materials. And also give a knowledge to students how entrepreneurship course influence the student’s entrepreneurship intention.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Course, Entrepreneurship Intention

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Pada era perkembangan teknologi saat ini, tuntutan pelanggan mengenai penggunaan jasa layanan semakin kritis, terutama penggunaan alat transportasi cepat dan modern. Berdasarkan artikel yang dilansir VOA Indonesia, pada tahun 2016 akan dibangun kereta cepat dan salah satu perusahaan yang berkontribusi adalah PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Sesuai dengan visi perusahaan untuk menjadi penyedia jasa perkeretaapian terbaik, KAI melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menghasilkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkinerja unggul dan memiliki kompetensi tinggi untuk mendukung pencapaian visi tersebut Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompetensi, dan kinerja berada pada kategori baik. Pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kompetensi, pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja dan secara tidak langsung melalui kompetensi. Adapun hubungan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja lebih banyak dijelaskan secara langsung dibandingkan secara tidak langsung melalui kompetensi karyawan.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kompetensi, Kinerja. ABSTRACT               In the current era of technological development, customer demands regarding the use of services is more critical, especially the use of fast and modern transportation. Based on articles that reported by VOA Indonesia, in 2016 will be built high speed railways and one of the contributing firms are PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Accordance with the company's vision to become the provider of the best railways, KAI make efforts to produce the Human Resources (HR) superior performance and have high competence to support the achievement of that vision. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of education and training toward performance through the competency. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The research results showed that: education and training, competence, and performance are in good category. Education and training influences significantly competency, education and training influences significantly toward performance, competency influences significantly toward performance, and education and training influences significantly toward performance through the competency. The conclusion is the education and training has a direct effect on the performance and indirectly through competency. The relationship between education and training on the performance described more directly than indirectly through employee competence.Keywords:Education and Training, Competency, Performance

Abstract

Employees in a company are an asset that is strictly maintained and developed because they have a very important role in achieving an achievement or goal of the company. A description of the safety situation in PT. PLN (Persero) PUSHARLIS UWP IV Bandung in 2017: there were 8 workplace accidents that occurred with the time lost due to injury as much as 82 hours. Based on observations researchers saw that the lighting facilities in the office were less utilized and they also found there were some employees who ignored workplace safety by working without personal protective equipment. This study aims to determine the effect of work safety on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) PUSHARLIS UWP IV Bandung. This research used the descriptive-causal method, with the saturated sampling technique. The research analysis used descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effect of work safety on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) PUSHARLIS UWP IV Bandung is in a good category, and it significantly has an effect on employee performance with a contribution equal to 21.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of training on employees’ performance at Pharmacy of PT Kimia Farma Unit Bandung. Method of collecting data was done through distributing questionnaires to 68 respondents. This research applied quantitative and descriptive-causality analysis methods. The samples were taken by probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Whereas, statistical analysis technique used was simple regression analysis. Analyses of data used were descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results demonstrated that training significantly influenced by reaching the amount of 41.1% and the rest of 58.9% influenced by other factors which were not examined.
