Purpose of this study is to know about Indomaret customer loyalty behavior at West Jakarta. Structural Equation Models (SEM) methods with value equity , relationship equity , brand equity, positive emotions, negative emotions as a independent variable and loyalty intentions as a dependent variable. Result from 225 sample with purposive sampling technique shown that there are positive and significant influence between brand equity to loyalty intentions, relationship equity to loyalty intentions, and positive emotions to loyalty intentions. There is negative and significant influence from negative emotions to loyalty intentions, but there's no influence between value equity to loyalty intentions. Increasingly competitive business at minimarket sector and advancement of digital technology, Indomaret should have an inovation at lots of area and have cooperation with another related parties to have a loyal customer.

Indonesia, which is part of Association of Southeast Asian Nations and Group of Twenty, participates in implementing sustainable economic development. There are still constraints in terms of macroeconomic development, such as employment which resulting in unemployment. This condition will affect the society and disrupt social and political stability. So it is necessary to conduct research related to unemployment.Purpose of this study is to analyze inflation effect, human development index, provincial minimum wage on unemployment in Indonesia. Used panel data regression method, with data from 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2015-2018. Unemployment is dependent variable with inflation, the human development index, and the provincial minimum wage as an independent variables. Accordance with the fixed effect model, results shown that inflation and human development index have a negative and significant effect on the unemployment in Indonesia, while the provincial minimum wage is not significant to the unemployment in Indonesia. To reducing unemployment, government can increasing their regions potentials, good regulations, and also society creativity and education.Keywords: Human Development Index, Inflation, Provincial Minimum Wage, Unemployment

Aims of this study is to know about Islamic Social Reporting determination at manufacturing industry sector listed on Indonesia Sharia Stock Index, with the exchange rate and inflation as moderating variables. Panel data regression is used as a method with Islamic Social Reporting as a dependent variable and Return on Equity, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Size as an independent variables, while inflation and exchange rates used as a moderating variables. Sampling is from manufacturing industrial companies listed in Indonesia Sharia Stock Index used purposive sampling in 2013-2018. Sourced data from Financial Services Authority, Central Statistics Agency and Bank Indonesia. Result shown that Return on Equity with inflation moderation has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting, Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting, and Debt to Equity which is moderated by the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting. However, the inflation moderated Firm Size is not significant to the Islamic Social Reporting. In order to get blessings, manufacturing industry needs awareness from companies to implement the Islamic Social Reporting, Financial Services Authority implements and develops ISR indicators for all sectors, investors fully apply sharia principles to get blessings, and people buy products that are halal and toyiban, also government maintain exchange rates stability and inflation.

In supporting economic development in ASEAN-5, foreign exchange reserves have a large role. Macroeconomic changes will have a large and rapid impact on foreign exchange reserves at globalization era. . Aims of this study is to determine the effect of macroeconomics on foreign exchange reserves in ASEAN-5, using panel data regression method. Data is taken from world banks and Banks Indonesia quarterly from 2010-2018, with dependent variables on foreign exchange reserves and independent variables in the form of exchange rates, inflation, exports and imports. Results shown that exchange rates and exports have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, while inflation has a negative and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, but imports do not affect at foreign exchange reserves in ASEAN-5. Government needs maintain exchange rate stability, inflation, and increase foreign investors and domestic commodities by using local content. Entrepreneurs must strive to continue to innovate by using digital technology and society to increase the use of domestic products.

Purpose of this study is to find out about financial independence map of the districts and cities in Central Java. Which using descriptive statistics, with IKF, DDD and KKD approaches. IKF approach still has intervention from the central government such as a budget assistance, while the DDD and KKD approaches just rely on on the ability of the region itself in the form of PAD. Results of financial independence map in Central Java Province with the IKF approach were obtained : 3 cities at medium category, 2 cities at low category and 1 city at very low category, while all of 29 districts were in the very low category. DDD and KKD obtained the same results, there is one city in “fair” category, three city at “moderate” category, and two cities at “minus” category, while for 23 districts are at minus category and one district at very minus category.

The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on health which ultimately resulted in major changes in consumption behavior and industrial revolution 4.0 acceleration, thus lowering people's incomes. Purpose of this community service is to improve micro and small businesses in facing economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Mustikajaya Village. Community service team provides education and training in financial technology and optimizes utilization of applications on smartphones. This activity, improving partners knowledge and insights to the source of funds, financial administration, production, distribution and marketing based online by using applications on smartphones, in the form of Instagram, Whats App, smart cashiers and Canva. After the implementation of this program, it can increase knowledge and insight financial technology to 79 percent and skills using smartphone applications to 82 percent. Successful community service achievement makes partners more motivated to develop micro and small businesses. Further community service activities, need to be conducted continuously with various themes and increase the duration of the meeting.

Cordova Bina Amanah entrepreneurship school located at Jurang Mangu, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang, Banten, is managed by social institutions, which accommodates young people who want to get an education that can be used as provisions to become entrepreneurs around the Jurang Mangu . In developing their education, the school collaborates with FEB Trisakti University which conducts Community Service there using the training method. The air of this community service carried out to increasing knowledge in the field of entrepreneurs and cooperatives, in order to support the improvement of people's welfare, with the hope of obtaining an outcome in the form of increased knowledge of entrepreneurs and cooperatives. Training material provided are procedures for establishing cooperatives, the role of member participation in cooperatives, cooperative organizations, and contracts and transactions in sharia business. The post-implementation results were as expected, due to an increase in the ability of participants on average by 33.75 percent, which before the training was only 45 percent to 78.5 percent.
