Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of tourism product attributs, electronic word of mouth and promotion of tourist decision to visiting tourist attraction Brujul Adventure Park Kebumen. This research is motivated by a  in the increasing number of tourists who visited that attraction Brujul Adventure Park (BAP) Kebumen.The collection of data by using a questionnaires with a number of samples 100 respondents who visited attraction Brujul Adventure Park (BAP) and find out Brujul Adventure Park (BAP) information via internet. This research method, using the technique of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data obtained from questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 23 software.The result of this research shows that independent variables the tourism product attributs, and electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the decision to visit by using t test. While the attributes of tourism products have no significant effect on the decision of visiting by using t test. Then through f test shows that the three independent variables are proper to examine the dependent variable. Adjusted R Square of 0,683 shows that the independent variables can explain 68,3% the dependent variable that is decision to visit, while the remaining 31,7% is explained by other variables outside of variable that used in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etika kerja Islam terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmenpada karyawan yayasan Al Huda Kebumen. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi dan uji statistik. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel etika kerja Islam memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel etika kerja Islam tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB dan etika kerja Islam memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pada karyawan di Yayasan Al Huda Kebumen.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of internal locus of control, optimism and superiors' support for job insecurity as well as to see whether work duration moderates the effect of locus of control on job insecurity on outsourced employees at PT ISS. This research is a quantitative study with descriptive design. Research respondents are outsourced employees of PT. ISS Kebumen with a total of 65 people. Data is processed with the help of SPSS. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis statistical test results, internal locus of control does not affect job insecurity. Whereas superiors' support and optimism variables have a significant negative effect on job security. This encourages management to pay attention to superiors on employees and encourage them to always be optimistic by providing physical guarantees that involve supervisors and supervise well

Abstract

Workplace spirituality on employee of sharia cooperative in Kebumen, the research that examines spirituality in the workplace, especially in sharia cooperatives, is still small. This study explores the experience of spirituality in the workplace among sharia cooperative employees in Kebumen. The dimensions of spirituality learned include meaningfulness, sense of community and alignment with organizational value. Survey data from 58 sharia cooperative employees revealed that overall employees experienced a high level of spirituality, and employees experienced more work than the sense of community and alignment with organizational value. The result implies that the organization of sharia cooperatives acts as a favorable environment that fosters the experience of spirituality among its employees. Though limited by the mono sectoral nature of this investigation and the eastern context.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dampak ekonomi dengan metode deskriptive kuantitatif berdasarkan karakteristik pengunjung, tenaga kerja dan pelaku usaha wisata pantai Suwuk serta dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkannya. Pariwisata di Pantai Suwuk dinilai memberikan kontribusi yang baik karena mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan usaha di wilayah tersebut. Dampak terhadap lingkungan dari adanya kegiatan wisata di objek wisata Pantai Suwuk menurut persepsi responden wisatawan, pemilik unit usaha, dan tenaga kerja dinilai kurang baik dalam hal pengelolaan sampah namun dampak lingkungan untuk kondisi perairan laut, kondisi udara, dan keindahan alam (Panorama), sebagian besar responden memberikan penilaian yang positifKata kunci: Pantai Suwuk, dampak ekonomi, dampak lingkungan

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu rumah tangga di Desa Candiwulan Adimulyo Kebumen tentang cara meningkatkan peran penting mereka dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di era saat ini saat ada pandemi COVID-19. Metode pelaksanaan dengan metode ceramah secara online menggunakan media sosial whatsapp. Diharapkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga makin kreatif berdagang online dengan menggunakan media sosial untuk bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga ataupun mengurangi dampak negatif menurunnya pendapatan keluargai. Ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Candiwulan Kebumen memiliki ketrampilan membuat makanan ringan seperti seriping, kue-kue tradisional, kue modern seperti pizza dan berdagang sate. Dengan menggunakan media sosial yang mudah akan memudahkan mendapatkan pelanggan dan mengurangi dampak penularan COVID-19. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan ibu rumah tangga lebih semangat dan optimis untuk berjualan secara online

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the antecedents of a frontline employee’s trust-in-supervisor with relation quality as moderator variable.This research is a causal descriptive study to investigate the relationship between variables. A personally administered survey was conducted to collect data from 100 frontline employees in Kebumen District, Cenral Java, Indonesia. Covariance-based structural equation modeling was applied using PLS3 to explore the proposed relationships. The results show that abusive supervision is negatively related to frontline employee’s trust-in-supervisor, whereas supervisor support and communication quality have significant positive effects on frontline employee’s trust-in-supervisor. Finally, the results show that relationship quality moderates (strengthens) the supportive influence of supervisors on trust in supervisors, but the quality of the relationship does not moderate the effect of abusive supervisors on trust in supervisors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal attributes, adversity quotient and self-efficacy that affect the entrepreneurial intention of Putra Bangsa University Kebumen students. The population in this study were students of the regular class management study program. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results showed that personal attributes and adversity quotient had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Personal attributes, adversity quotient, and self efficacy partially have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Personal attributes through self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship and adversity quotient through self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. The conclusion of the study is that there is an influence of personal attributes (personality) and adversity quotient on the entrepreneurial interest, either directly or indirectly.
