Abstract

Abstract: A system of data input and the grade of students who still use manual way namely by filling form of data on student and the grades of students in the form of paper sheet done by administration and teacher. Besides needed a place the immense storage, to find files need a require a long time, because that is the way are considered less effective. Websites is information in word wide web stored in different file as a page web. Academic information system web-based can manage academic information with more effective. Abstract

Since the positive case of covid-19 in Indonesia, the government has taken several policies with the purpose of controlling the spread of the covid-19 virus, which has been regulated in Government Regulation No. 21 of 2020. The purpose of research is to obtain a model of government policy in controlling cases of covid by using data mining classification techniques, and obtain attributes that have the greatest weight, as well as look at the impact of policies that have been carried out by the government on the cases of covid-19 in Indonesia. The methodology used in the research is Knowledge Discovery In Database (KDD). Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the policies that have been done by the government in controlling cases of covid-19 can be said to be successful, the C4.5 algorithm is the algorithm that gives the best results compared to the Deep Learning algorithm, as well as the attribute that has the greatest weight is cancel public events. Secondary data will be used in this research.

Abstract

CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia is a printing company located in East Jakarta. CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia started its operation in 2013. The main business of printing books, banners, brochures, and others is an affiliated company or not a group's subsidiary, but purely a company that operates independently. But the marketing system on the CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia is still not good enough. The way used in marketing the product is still using print media such as putting up banners and banners and even printing and distributing leaflets. For bookings and purchases, always can not be done online, requiring customers to come directly to the company to make booking and purchase transactions, the way is considered very inefficient. It takes an attractive website to market products and improves services and transactions more effectively and efficiently. The research method used consists of observation, interview, and literature study, while the system development model used is waterfall model, with PHP programming language and database used is MySQL. The result of this research is Website Based Printing Service Sales Information System. The website created can be used to source information about products and can also conduct transactions online efficiently.

Abstract

Technology continues to evolve all the time, in order to keep up with the development of technology, students must continue to update their knowledge in the field of technology if they do not want to miss, we must continue to develop learning methods so that learning is comfortable and at the same time not behind the times and technology, one of which is online-based learning. (e-learning) which is already familiar today, SD Muhammadiyah 09 Plus, located in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, is one of the schools that implements e-learning as one of its learning support systems, in its application, a research is needed to determine the level readiness of SD Muhammadiyah 09 Plus in implementing e-learning using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) method. This method uses an index to measure the level of readiness of users in using new technology to achieve goals in everyday life. There are variables used in this method to measure readiness, namely optimism, innovation, discomfort, and insecurity. The data were obtained from 105 respondents consisting of teachers and guardians of students who produced a TRI score of 2.48 which was categorized in the medium technology readiness index, thus SD Muhammadiyah 09 Plus was ready to implement e-learning by taking into account the discomfort and insecurity variables which still received low scores 0,30 and 0.61.

Abstract

PT. Bunitop is a national company engaged in the field of Retail Fashion, especially women's clothing located in the city of North Jakarta. Currently the sales system at PT. Bunitop is still done by manually. So it often raises the occurrence of his mistakes in data processing as well as data retrieval. To overcome the problems that occur in PT. Bunitop is required the best solution is to make an information system design using the technology that develops. Technology that develops so rapidly can be utilized well by PT. Bunitop. Utilization of the right technology will be able to improve the performance of PT. Bunitop. Long, complex and time-consuming business processes can be more efficient and can help reduce costs. E-Commerce is one of the technologies that can be applied in PT. Bunitop. E-Commerce is the answer to the demands of globalization. The implementation of E-Commerce will be able to improve the competitive advantage of PT. Bunitop. Implementation of E-Commerce requires a mature strategy that has been decided by the management of PT. Bunitop, including preparing resources of technology devices and human resources are reliable in the field of information technology. If all these things can be done well then it will be able to improve the excellence to compete.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan SDM yang sangat penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Dimana karyawan yang baik dan memenuhi standar kualifikasi dan syarat yang diperoleh melalui rekrutmen/penerimaan karyawan yang efektif. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan pemilihan karyawan yang tepat, agar mendapat karyawan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan tersebut. Dalam mencari pegawai/karyawan sebagai sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan tidaklah mudah. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk memperoleh pegawai yang berkualitas adalah dengan melakukan seleksi/pemilihan pada saat penerimaan karyawan baru. Masalah yang sering ditemukan pada setiap perusahaan adalah banyak karyawan baru yang telah direkrut oleh perusahaan, sudah diberikan pelatihan dan dapat bekerja sesuai degan prosedur perusahaan, akan tetapi dalam perjalananya banyak yang memutuskan kontrak sebelum waktu kontrak selesai, keluar atau mengundurkan diri tanpa alasan yang jelas dan masuk akal, dengan adanya hal tersebut akan  sangat  merugikan perusahaan yang telah mengeluarkan biaya pada saat  perekrutan/penerimaan karyawan baru dan juga bagian atau unit yang ditinggalkan akan mengalami masalah,  karena ada kekosongan karyawan dan akan menghambat proses kinerja di bidang atau bagian tertentu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi tersebut, maka pada saat pengambilan keputusan penerimaan karyawan baru pada suatu perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode naïve bayes, Hasil dari metode naïve bayes yang digunakan pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan tentang penerimaan/rekrutmen karyawan baru dengan data calon karyawan yang digunakan adalah 80 data mining dan 80 data testing dengan hasil akurasi yang didapatkan yaitu 95.00%.

Abstract

Teknologi berkembang dengan begitu pesat serta kebutuhan informasi pada saat ini merupakan kebutuhan mutlak bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan agar mempermudah dalam menyelesaikan sebuah pekerjaan pada bidang tertentu. Dimana informasi juga merupakan pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan, sehingga dibutuhkan penyampaian informasi yang akurat, tepat dan cepat dalam mendapatkannya agar tidak menimbulkan masalah-masalah yang akan menghambat sebuah pekerjaan. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode wawancara (Interview), pengamataan (Observation), studi pustaka. Sistem informasi inventory yang dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan material, pengecekan material, update stok material , sampai pembuatan laporan sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terdapat pada sistem informasi inventory yang masih secara manual maka metode yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall (model air terjun), Model Waterfall adalah strategi SDLC paling awal yang dimanfaatkan untuk peningkatan perangkat lunak. Dengan diterapkannya perancangan sistem inventory diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam proses pengelolaan inventory baik dalam pengelolaan material masuk, material keluar dan juga stok material, sehingga dalam proses kerja dapat menghasilkan sebuah laporan yang lebih akurat dan juga lebih efisien dan efektif dalam pengelolaan inventory.

Abstract

QR code sendiri merupakan teknologi yang dapat digunakan dalam beberapa bidang maka dari itu QR code sangat berguna. Perkembangan tersebut membawa dampak yang besar di dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan contohnya dalam bidang Pendidikan atau kantoran. Dapat menggantikan sistem yang bersifat manual dengan cara memanggil ataupun melakukan absensi dengan melihat kandidat/murid yang hadir satu persatu. Berdasarkan uraian permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan solusi yang tepat untuk mambantu pihak sekolah dapat membuat aplikasi berbasis absensi yang menggunakan QR code untuk mempermudah sistem absensi pada saat pandemic ini.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama internet, membutuhkan formula untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam arah positif dan meminimalkan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Internet, CV. Cex & City Courier Service Pex menggunakan multikoneksi dengan dua penyedia layanan Internet dan bandwidth yang berbeda. Penggunaan multikoneksi merupakan salah satu solusi menjadikan akses jaringan internet lebih stabil dan cepat. Load balancing adalah teknik multikoneksi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan keandalan dengan mendistribusikan beban lalu lintas pada dua jalur atau lebih secara seimbang sehingga lalu lintas data dapat berjalan secara optimal, hasil maksimal, waktu respons yang kecil dan menghindari beban berlebih pada salah satu jalur koneksi. Beberapa metode load balancing yang dapat digunakan, diantaranya Equal Cost Multi Path (ECMP), Nth dan Per Connection Classifier (PCC). Dalam penelitian ini penerapan metode Nth dilakukan pada routerOS mikrotik dengan membuat koneksi yang masuk ke router menjadi satu arus yang sama meskipun koneksi tersebut berasal dari gateway yang berbeda. Metode Nth bekerja dengan prinsip per packet load balance maupun per connection load balance, dapat membagi penyebaran paket data yang merata pada masing-masing gateway. Hasil kinerja load balancing yang diterapkan pada routerOS mikrotik menggunakan metode Nth menghasilkan Tx (upload) 31.8 kbps dan Rx (download) 3.3 kbps.
