Abstract

Abstract: A system of data input and the grade of students who still use manual way namely by filling form of data on student and the grades of students in the form of paper sheet done by administration and teacher. Besides needed a place the immense storage, to find files need a require a long time, because that is the way are considered less effective. Websites is information in word wide web stored in different file as a page web. Academic information system web-based can manage academic information with more effective. Abstract

Sistem yang digunakan pada PT. Samyang Tour & Travel Jakarta masih bersifat pembukuan sehingga berdampak negatif khususnya pada penerimaan karyawan baru, yang membutuhkan waktu lebih dalam penerimaan karyawan serta data yang disajikan tidak akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahap metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah AnalisisKebutuhan, Desain, Pengkodean, Pengujian, Implementasi, dan Support. Hasil dari analisa menyatakan bahwa sistem yang diterapkan efektif dalam proses penerimaan karyawan. Data yang disajikan pun akurat dalammengelola data. Rancangan sistem yang dibuatbersifat komputerisasi dengan MySQL dan PhpMyAdmin sebagai basis data, serta Dreamweaver sebagai desain prototype interface untuk Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Karyawan Baru Pada PT.Samyang Tour & Travel Berbasis Websiteini. Kata kunci:Sistem Informasi, Penerimaan KaryawanBaru, PT.Samyang Tour & Travel, Website.

Abstract

Decision support system is a computerized system designed to improve the effectiveness of decision-making to solve problems that are semi-structured and structured so that in the decision-making process can be more qualified. The decision to choose a course in school should be accurate. Apprenticeship for Vocational High School (SMK) 1 students of Cengkareng Jakarta is conducted at the time of admission of new students. Students will decide what majors are chosen, a common problem is the difficulty in the process of placement of students in choosing majors who are still not sure of the students choose departments that eventually dissolved because the majors are not in accordance with ability. Decision Support System Design is built using PHP and MySQL as well as Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 software. By using the software then the website work will be faster and easier. The tables used in the making of this web are student tables, department tables, consulting tables majors, user tables, opinion tables, academic tables, report card grades, and info tables. All the tables are used to accommodate the data needed in building the website
